Abstract
An eyelash curler includes an outer housing, a clamping mechanism, a combing mechanism, and a control mechanism. The clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly is disposed at a first end of the outer housing. The combing mechanism is disposed at a second end, opposite to the clamping assembly, of the outer housing, a first heating component for heating the combing mechanism is disposed in the combing mechanism. The control mechanism is disposed in the outer housing and is electrically connected to the first heating component and the clamping mechanism for controlling the clamping mechanism and/or the first heating component to operate. The eyelash curler is provided with the clamping mechanism and the combing mechanism on two opposite ends of the outer housing, so that when users use the eyelash curler, the control mechanism controls the combing mechanism to operate to comb eyelashes.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a technical field of beauty instruments, and in particular to an eyelash curler.


BACKGROUND

With the development of society, women have higher and higher pursuit for beauty, and eyelashes, as a part being directly on faces of the women, become more and more important for the beauty of the women, therefore use of eyelash curlers is going high. In present eyelash curlers, clamping parts of the eyelash curlers are substantially disposed at one end of each of outer housings of the eyelash curlers, before using the eyelash curlers, eyelashes need to be combed by an eyelash comb, and the eyelash curlers curl the eyelashes to reach a specific angle. Therefore, in an eyelash caring process, multiple instruments need to repeatedly use, so that difficulty of eyelash caring is increased, and efficiency of the eyelash caring is reduced.


SUMMARY

In view of above, it is necessary to provide an eyelash curler having high eyelash caring efficiency to solve above problems.


Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an eyelash curler, including an outer housing, a clamping mechanism, a combing mechanism, and a control mechanism. The clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly is disposed at a first end of the outer housing. The combing mechanism is disposed at a second end, opposite to the clamping assembly, of the outer housing, a first heating component for heating the combing mechanism is disposed in the combing mechanism. The control mechanism is disposed in the outer housing and is electrically connected to the first heating component and the clamping mechanism for controlling the clamping mechanism and/or the first heating component to operate.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamping assembly includes a first housing and a clamping component. The first housing includes a first connecting part and a first clamping part, the first clamping part is disposed at one end, facing away from the outer housing, of the first connecting part. A first sliding groove is defined on the first connecting part along an extension direction of the outer housing. The clamping component is movably disposed in the first sliding groove to abut against or face away from the first clamping part.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamping mechanism further includes a top bracing component, a second sliding groove is defined on the top bracing component along the extension direction of the outer housing. The clamping component includes a sliding part and a second clamping part, the second clamping part is disposed on the sliding part, the sliding part is movably disposed in the second sliding groove, and the second clamping part is movably disposed in the first sliding groove.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamping mechanism further includes a fixing component. The fixing component includes a second connecting part and a snapping part, a sliding hole is defined on the second connecting part, and the sliding hole is communicated with the second sliding groove. The sliding part extends into the sliding hole along the second sliding groove, and the snapping part is clamped at an inner wall of the outer housing.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamping mechanism further includes an elastic component. An accommodating groove is defined on the sliding part, and a hooking component is disposed in the accommodating groove. The elastic component is disposed in the accommodating groove, a first end of the elastic component is fixed to the hooking component, and a second end of the elastic component is fixed to the second connecting part, so as to drive the clamping component to reset after the clamping component moves upward along the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamping mechanism further includes a flipping assembly. The flipping assembly includes a pushing component and a flipping component, the flipping component is rotatably connected to the pushing component. A fixing hole is defined on the top bracing component, the pushing component extends into the fixing hole, and the pushing component abuts against a side surface of the second clamping part, so as to push the second clamping part to move in the second sliding groove through being driven by the flipping component.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the top bracing component includes a first surface, and the first surface is disposed on an outer side of the top bracing component. The flipping component includes a second surface, and the second surface is disposed on an outer side of the flipping component. The second surface is capable of attaching to the first surface to limit a position of the flipping component.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first surface and the second surface are cambered surfaces.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the combing mechanism further includes a second housing and a combing component. The second housing is fixed to the outer housing, the combing component is fixed to one end, distal from the clamping mechanism, of the second housing.


In at least one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the combing mechanism further includes a second heating component, and the second heating component is electrically connected to the control mechanism. The second heating component is disposed in the second housing and extends into an inner cavity of the combing component.


The eyelash curler of the present disclosure is provided with the clamping mechanism and the combing mechanism on two opposite ends of the outer housing, so that when users use the eyelash curler, the control mechanism controls the combing mechanism to operate to comb eyelashes. After combing the eyelashes, the control mechanism controls the clamping mechanism to heat and curl the eyelashes, so as to complete decoration of the eyelashes. The present disclosure avoids tedious operations of using multiple instruments at the same time in a decoration process of the eyelashes, thereby improving the eyelash caring efficiency.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and obviously, the described embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, but are not all embodiments.


It should be noted that when one component is considered to be “connected” another component, it may be directly connected to another component or may have a centering component at the same time. When one component is considered to be “disposed on” another component, it may be directly disposed on another component or there may be a centering component simultaneously. The terms “top”, “bottom”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “front”, “rear”, and the like used herein are for illustrative purposes only.


Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an eyelash curler, including an outer housing, a clamping mechanism, a combing mechanism, and a control mechanism. The clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly is disposed at a first end of the outer housing. The combing mechanism is disposed at a second end, opposite to the clamping assembly, of the outer housing, a first heating component for heating the combing mechanism is disposed in the combing mechanism. The control mechanism is disposed in the outer housing and is electrically connected to the first heating component and the clamping mechanism for controlling the clamping mechanism and/or the first heating component to operate.


The eyelash curler of the present disclosure is provided with the clamping mechanism and the combing mechanism on two opposite ends of the outer housing, so that when users use the eyelash curler, the control mechanism controls the combing mechanism to operate to comb eyelashes. After combing the eyelashes, the control mechanism controls the clamping mechanism to heat and curl the eyelashes, so as to complete decoration of the eyelashes. The present disclosure avoids tedious operations of using multiple instruments at the same time in a decoration process of the eyelashes, thereby improving the eyelash caring efficiency.


Some embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the case of no conflict, the following embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.


As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the present disclosure provides an eyelash curler 100, including an outer housing 10, a clamping mechanism 20, a combing mechanism 30, and a control mechanism 40, the control mechanism 40 is electrically connected to the clamping mechanism 20 and the combing mechanism 30. Specifically, the clamping mechanism 20 and the combing mechanism 30 are respectively disposed on two opposite ends of the outer housing 10, so that when users use the eyelash curler, the control mechanism 40 controls the combing mechanism 30 to operate to comb eyelashes. After combing the eyelashes, the control mechanism 40 controls the clamping mechanism 20 to curl the eyelashes, so as to complete decoration of the eyelashes. The present disclosure avoids tedious operations of using multiple instruments at the same time in a decoration process of the eyelashes, thereby improving the eyelash caring efficiency. Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 includes a clamping assembly 21 and a second heating component 22, the second heating component 22 is disposed on the clamping assembly 21, so that when the clamping assembly 21 clamps the eyelashes, the second heating component 22 heats the eyelashes to shape the eyelashes, which better ensures clamping effect of the eyelash curler.


In one embodiment, the outer housing 10 is substantially elongated ellipsoidal housing 10.


In one embodiment, the second heating component 22 includes, but not limited to, a heating wire.


Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, furthermore, the clamping assembly 21 includes a first housing 211 and a clamping component 212, the clamping component 212 is capable of moving back and forth in the first housing 211, so that the clamping component 212 moves in the first housing 211 to be close to or be distal from the first housing 211, and when the eyelashes are placed in a cavity of the first housing 211, the clamping component 212 may clamp or release the eyelashes to complete curling of the eyelashes.


Specifically, the first housing 211 includes a first connecting part 2111 and a first clamping part 2112, the first clamping part 2112 is disposed at one end, facing away from the outer housing 10, of the first connecting part 2111. A first sliding groove 2111a is defined on the first connecting part 2111 along an extension direction of the outer housing 10. The clamping component 212 is movably disposed in the first sliding groove 2111a to abut against or face away from the first clamping part 2112.


In one embodiment, the first housing 211 is substantially an ellipsoidal housing, the first connecting part 2111 is an elliptical cylinder wall of the first housing 211, and the first clamping part 2112 is an inverted hooking structure formed on the first connecting part 2111. But obviously not limited to this, as in another embodiment, the first connecting part 2111 and the first clamping part 2112 may also be other structures capable of curling the eyelashes.


Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a top bracing component 23, two ends of the top bracing component 23 are respectively fixed to the outer housing 10 and the first housing 211, so that the first housing 211 is firmly fixed to the outer housing 10. Furthermore, the clamping component 212 may move on the top bracing component 23 along the extension direction of the outer housing 10, which is convenient for the clamping component 212 to abut against or separate from the first clamping part 2112.


Specifically, a second sliding groove 23a is defined on the top bracing component 23 along the extension direction of the outer housing 10. The clamping component 212 includes a sliding part 2121 and a second clamping part 2122, the second clamping part 2122 is disposed on the sliding part 2121, the sliding part 2121 is movably disposed in the second sliding groove 23a, and the second clamping part 2122 is movably disposed in the first sliding groove 2111a. In the embodiment, the sliding part 2121 moves in the second sliding groove 23a and the second clamping part 2122 moves in the first sliding groove 2111a, which ensures movement precision of the clamping component 212 and further prevents a problem that the eyelash curler 100 is deformed due to deviation.


In one embodiment, the sliding part 2121 is substantially an elongated rectangular structure, the second clamping part 2122 is substantially a flat plate structure, and the sliding part 2121 is disposed in a middle of the second clamping part 2122.


In one embodiment, the top bracing component 23 is a seat-shaped structure.


Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a fixing component 24, a first end of the fixing component 24 is fixed to an inner wall of the outer housing 10, a second end of the fixing component 24 is fixed to the top bracing component 23, as so to ensure fixing firmness of the top bracing component 23 and the outer housing 10.


Specifically, the fixing component 24 includes a second connecting part 241 and a snapping part 242. A sliding hole 241a is defined on the second connecting part 241, and the sliding hole 241a is communicated with the second sliding groove 23a. The sliding part 2121 extends into the sliding hole 241a along the second sliding groove 23a, so that when the sliding part 2121 moves up and down in the second sliding groove 23a, a problem that the sliding part 2121 collides with an outer wall of the fixing component 24 due to the too long sliding part 2121 is prevented, thereby ensuring normal clamping and releasing of the clamping component 212 and the first clamping part 2112. Furthermore, the snapping part 242 is clamped at an inner wall of the outer housing 10, as so to firmly fix the fixing component 24 to the inner wall of the outer housing 10.


In one embodiment, the second connecting part 241 is a seat-shaped structure, and a plurality of mounting holes (not shown in the drawings) are defined on the second connecting part 241, and a plurality of columns (not shown in the drawings) with respect to the plurality of the mounting holes are disposed on the top bracing component 23, so that the top bracing component 23 extends into the plurality of the mounting holes through the plurality of the columns and fixed to the plurality of the mounting holes.


In order to ensure that the eyelash curler 100 is reset for next use after being used in sequence, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes an elastic component 25. Specifically, an accommodating groove 2121a is defined on the sliding part 2121, and a hooking component 26 is disposed in the accommodating groove 2121a. The elastic component 25 is disposed in the accommodating groove 2121a, a first end of the elastic component 25 is fixed to the hooking component 26, and a second end of the elastic component 25 is fixed to the second connecting part 241, so as to drive the clamping component 212 to reset after the clamping component 212 moves upward along the first sliding groove 2111a and the second sliding groove 23a.


In one embodiment, the elastic component 25 is a flexible spring, when the eyelash curler 100 is not in use, a gap for the eyelashes to extend is defined between the clamping component 212 and the first clamping part 2112.


In one embodiment, the hooking component 26 is a cylinder structure, where a bottom end of the cylinder structure is fixed to an inner wall of an accommodating cavity of the cylinder structure, and one end of the elastic component 25 is sleeved on the hooking component 26 to prevent the elastic component 25 from separating from the hooking component 26 after being used for multiple times.


In order to conveniently move the clamping component 212, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a flipping assembly 27. A first end of a flipping component 272 extends into the outer housing 10 and abuts against the clamping component 212, a second end of the flipping component 272 extends out of the outer housing 10, and the flipping assembly 27 is turned over to push the clamping component 212 to move.


Specifically, the flipping assembly 27 includes a pushing component 271 and the flipping component 272, the flipping component 272 is rotatably connected to the pushing component 271. Furthermore, a fixing hole 23b is defined on the top bracing component 23, the pushing component 271 extends into the fixing hole 23b, and the pushing component 271 abuts against a side surface of the second clamping part 2122, so as to push the second clamping part 2122 to move in the second sliding groove 23a through being driven by the flipping component 272. Furthermore, the flipping component 272 is connected to the pushing component 271 through a shaft, and when the flipping component 27 works, the flipping component 272 is rotated through the shaft, and is further pressed downward along the extension direction of the outer housing 10, so that the flipping component 272 may pry the second clamping part 2122 along a pivot to move toward the first clamping part 2112 within the first sliding groove 2111a.


In one embodiment, the pushing component 271 includes, but not limited to, a structure consisting of two blocks, and the flipping component 272 includes, but not limited to a flat plate structure.


Furthermore, the top bracing component 23 includes a first surface 23c, and the first surface 23c is disposed on an outer side of the top bracing component 23. The flipping component 272 includes a second surface 272a, and the second surface 272a is disposed on an outer side of the flipping component 272. The second surface 272a is capable of attaching to the first surface 23c to limit a position of the flipping component 272.


In a specific embodiment, the first surface 23c and the second surface 272a include, but not limited to, cambered surfaces.


Furthermore, the clamping mechanism 20 further includes a silicone rubber 28. The silicone rubber 28 is disposed on an end surface, close to the first clamping part 212, of the second clamping part 2122, so that curvature of the eyelashes is ensured when the first clamping part 2112 and the second clamping part 2122 abut against each other to curl the eyelashes.


Furthermore, the silicone rubber 28 is a color-changeable silicone rubber 28 and is connected to the second heating component 22, so that when the second heating component 22 is heated to different temperatures, the silicone rubber 28 is controlled to be in different colors, thereby better observing the temperature of the second heating component 22 and preventing the eyelashes from scalding due to excessive temperatures.


As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the combing mechanism 30 includes a second housing 31 and a combing component 32. The second housing 31 is fixed to the outer housing 10, the combing component 32 is fixed to one end, distal from the clamping mechanism 20, of the second housing 31.


Furthermore, the combing mechanism 30 further includes a first heating component 33, the first heating component 33 is electrically connected to the control mechanism 40, so as to heat the combing component 32, thereby better combing the eyelashes. Specifically, the first heating component 33 is disposed in the second housing 31 and extends into an inner cavity of the combing component 32.


In one embodiment, the first heating component 33 includes, but not limited to, a heating rod.


In one embodiment, the second housing 31 is an ellipsoidal structure consistent with a shape of the outer housing 10.


In one embodiment, the combing component 32 is a comb-shaped structure formed by sequentially arranging a plurality of teeth.


The eyelash curler 100 of the present disclosure is provided with the clamping mechanism 20 and the combing mechanism 30 on two opposite ends of the outer housing 10, so that when the users use the eyelash curler 100, the control mechanism 40 controls the combing mechanism 30 to operate to comb eyelashes. After combing the eyelashes, the control mechanism 40 controls the clamping mechanism 20 to heat and curl the eyelashes, so as to complete decoration of the eyelashes. The present disclosure avoids tedious operations of using multiple instruments at the same time in a decoration process of the eyelashes, thereby improving the eyelash caring efficiency.


The foregoing is merely embodiments of the present disclosure, and it should be noted that, for those who skilled in the art, improvements may also be made without departing from concept of the present disclosure, but these are all within protection scopes of the present disclosure.

Claims
  • 1. An eyelash curler, comprising: an outer housing;a clamping mechanism;a combing mechanism; anda control mechanism;wherein the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping assembly, the clamping assembly is disposed at a first end of the outer housing; the combing mechanism is disposed at a second end, opposite to the clamping assembly, of the outer housing, a first heating component for heating the combing mechanism is disposed in the combing mechanism;and the control mechanism is disposed in the outer housing and is electrically connected to the first heating component and the clamping mechanism for controlling the clamping mechanism and/or the first heating component to operate.
  • 2. The eyelash curler according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a first housing and a clamping component; the first housing comprises a first connecting part and a first clamping part, the first clamping part is disposed at one end, facing away from the outer housing, of the first connecting part; a first sliding groove is defined on the first connecting part along an extension direction of the outer housing; andthe clamping component is movably disposed in the first sliding groove to abut against or face away from the first clamping part.
  • 3. The eyelash curler according to claim 2, wherein the clamping mechanism further comprises a top bracing component, a second sliding groove is defined on the top bracing component along the extension direction of the outer housing; and the clamping component comprises a sliding part and a second clamping part, the second clamping part is disposed on the sliding part, the sliding part is movably disposed in the second sliding groove, and the second clamping part is movably disposed in the first sliding groove.
  • 4. The eyelash curler according to claim 3, wherein the clamping mechanism further comprises a fixing component; the fixing component comprises a second connecting part and a snapping part, a sliding hole is defined on the second connecting part, and the sliding hole is communicated with the second sliding groove; the sliding part extends into the sliding hole along the second sliding groove, and the snapping part is clamped at an inner wall of the outer housing.
  • 5. The eyelash curler according to claim 4, wherein the clamping mechanism further comprises an elastic component; an accommodating groove is defined on the sliding part, and a hooking component is disposed in the accommodating groove; andthe elastic component is disposed in the accommodating groove, a first end of the elastic component is fixed to the hooking component, and a second end of the elastic component is fixed to the second connecting part, so as to drive the clamping component to reset after the clamping component moves upward along the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove.
  • 6. The eyelash curler according to claim 3, wherein the clamping mechanism further comprises a flipping assembly; the flipping assembly comprises a pushing component and a flipping component, the flipping component is rotatably connected to the pushing component; anda fixing hole is defined on the top bracing component, the pushing component extends into the fixing hole, and the pushing component abuts against a side surface of the second clamping part, so as to push the second clamping part to move in the second sliding groove through being driven by the flipping component.
  • 7. The eyelash curler according to claim 6, wherein the top bracing component comprises a first surface, and the first surface is disposed on an outer side of the top bracing component; the flipping component comprises a second surface, and the second surface is disposed on an outer side of the flipping component; and the second surface is capable of attaching to the first surface to limit a position of the flipping component.
  • 8. The eyelash curler according to claim 7, wherein the first surface and the second surface are cambered surfaces.
  • 9. The eyelash curler according to claim 1, wherein the combing mechanism further comprises a second housing and a combing component; and the second housing is fixed to the outer housing, the combing component is fixed to one end, distal from the clamping mechanism, of the second housing, and the first heating component is disposed in the second housing and extends into an inner cavity of the combing component.
  • 10. The eyelash curler according to claim 1, wherein the clamping mechanism further comprises a second heating component, and the second heating component is electrically connected to the control mechanism; and the second heating component is disposed on the clamping component.
