Description
BACKGROUND
Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cloth structure that is attachable for many times, and in particular, to a fabric structure having a cloth material with a plurality of curved hook structures on its surface and a cloth material with a plurality of loop structures on its surface that can be embedded in each other for binding and fastening.

Related Art

Generally, the hook-and-loop fasteners on the market are commonly used to attach two objects. A hook-and-loop fastener substantially includes two pieces of fabrics made of nylon. The surface of the loop piece is covered with loop structures, and the surface of the hook piece is covered with hook structures. The hook structures are not formed by spinning and weaving. The hook piece and the loop piece are hard pressed together to connect the hook structures to the loop structures, so that two objects connected thereto can be bound and fastened together. The two objects can be easily separated when the hook piece is peeled back from the loop piece hard.

However, in practical application, because the hook-and-loop fastener is made of nylon, which has considerable rigidity and lacks elasticity, resulting in inability to be pulled and stretched, the hook-and-loop fastener cannot be widely sewn on various fabrics. Especially some cloth materials are in contact with human skin, such as cloth menstrual pads for women attached to the bottom of the panties, and breastfeeding pads attached to the bra cup of the breastfeeding underwear, which need considerable softness. The cloth materials attached to the inner surface of the bottom of the panties and the inner surface of the bra cup need considerable softness and flexibility, so that the cloth materials can change the shape with movement of human body and provide a soft and comfortable feeling. Therefore, the pads cannot be attached to the bottom of the panties and the inner surface of the bra cup by using the hook-and-loop fastener made of nylon for binding and fastening.

Therefore, an objective of the present invention is to provide a fabric for binding and fastening, comprising a first cloth material and a second cloth material that are formed by spinning and weaving cotton yarn. The first cloth material has a first base cloth, and a plurality of curved hook structures is provided on a surface of the first base cloth. The second cloth material has a second base cloth, and a plurality of loop structures is provided on a surface of the second base cloth. The hook structures of the first cloth material and the loop structures of the second cloth material are pressed and embedded in each other for binding. It is repeatable to attach the first cloth material to the second cloth material or attach the second cloth material to the first cloth material, avoiding the cloth materials from moving freely.

To achieve the above objective, the present invention discloses a fabric for binding and fastening, comprising a first cloth material and a second cloth material.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The detailed content and technical description of the present invention are further described by using embodiments, but it is to be understood that, the embodiments are merely examples for description, and should not be construed as limiting the implementation of the present invention.

Refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4. FIG. 1 is a schematic three-dimensional diagram of a first cloth material according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plane enlarged view of a first cloth material according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a schematic three-dimensional diagram of a second cloth material according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a plane enlarged view of a second cloth material according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present invention discloses a fabric for binding and fastening, including: a first cloth material 100 and a second cloth material 200 that are formed by spinning and weaving yarn. The first cloth material 100 and the second cloth material 200 may be woven from cotton yarn. The first cloth material 100 has a first base cloth 110, and a plurality of curved hook structures 120 is formed on a surface of the first base cloth 110 by yarn hooking. The hook structures 120 protrude from the first base cloth 110 by an appropriate height. The hook structures 120 are bent toward the same direction. The hook structures 120 feel fluffy when touched by hand. The second cloth material 200 has a second base cloth 210, and a plurality of loop structures 220 is formed on a surface of the second base cloth 210 by yarn hooking. The loop structures 220 are in the shape of an inverted drop. The loop structures 220 may vary in size. The loop structures 220 protrude from the second base cloth 210 by an appropriate height. The loop structures 220 feel fluffy when touched by hand.

Based on this, further referring to FIG. 5, when a surface of the first cloth material 100 with the curved hook structures 120 and a surface of the second cloth material 200 with the loop structures 220 are opposite and pressed together, the hook structures 120 of the first cloth material 100 can be embedded in the loop structures 220 of the second cloth material 200, so that the first cloth material 100 and the second cloth material 200 can be bound and fastened together, which can provide easy and quick attachment and peeling back, and avoid moving freely.

The first cloth material 100 and the second cloth material 200 can be separated by peeling the first cloth material 100 and the second cloth material 200 apart by hand, which is very convenient. Therefore, the fabric is applicable to two objects that need to be bound and fastened to each other, which can provide easy and quick attachment and peeling back, and avoid moving freely.

Further refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7. FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of attachment of a cloth menstrual pad to an inner side of clothing such as a pantie with the fabric according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a partial enlarged view of FIG. 6. The present invention is applicable to a pantie 300. Many women are allergic to menstrual pads and thus have to use a cloth menstrual pad 320 when menstruating. Because the cloth menstrual pad 320 is washable and reusable, more economical than the commercially available menstrual pads, and causes neither skin allergies nor environmental problems, there is a certain market for the cloth menstrual pads. In use, as shown in FIG. 7, the first cloth material 100 is sewn on a surface of the cloth menstrual pad 320, and the second cloth material 200 is sewn on a bottom 310 of the pantie 300. When in use, by embedding and attaching the plurality of hook structures 120 of a surface of the first cloth material 100 into the plurality of loop structures 220 of a surface of the second cloth material 200, the cloth menstrual pad 320 is fastened on an inner surface of the bottom 310, which is soft and comfortable, and avoids moving freely, and the cloth menstrual pad 320 cannot move or separate from the pantie with the change in posture of the human body, such as walking, sitting, jumping, and running.

Certainly, the first cloth material may alternatively be sewn on the bottom of the pantie, and the second cloth material may alternatively be sewn on the surface of the cloth menstrual pad. Similarly, by embedding and attaching the plurality of hook structures of the surface of the first cloth material into the plurality of loop structures of the surface of the second cloth material, the cloth menstrual pad is fastened on the inner surface of the bottom.

In terms of implementation, the present invention is also applicable to a breastfeeding underwear. A bra cup of the breastfeeding underwear includes a breastfeeding pad of cloth. The first cloth material is sewn on an inner surface of the breastfeeding pad, and the second cloth material is sewn on an inner surface of the bra cup of the breastfeeding underwear. When in use, as long as the first cloth material sewn on the inner surface of the breastfeeding pad is attached to the second cloth material of the bra cup, the breastfeeding pad can be fastened on the breastfeeding underwear, which is soft and comfortable, and avoids moving freely. Since the breastfeeding pad made of cloth is washable and reusable, environmental problems can be avoided.

The present invention is also applicable to underpants for men. Some male elders suffer from leakage of urine and have to wear adult diapers all day, which is too stuffy and uncomfortable, and diapers will cause environmental problems. Therefore, by the present invention, the first cloth material is sewn on a surface of a cloth diaper, and the second cloth material is sewn on a surface of a bottom of a pair of underpants. By attaching the hook structures of a surface of the first cloth material to the loop structures of a surface of the second cloth material, the cloth diaper can be fastened to the inner surface of the bottom of the pair of underpants. The diaper is used to absorb urine, so as to resolve the problem of leakage of urine, and is soft and comfortable, and avoids moving freely. In addition, the diaper is washable and reusable, without causing environmental problems.

It is worth mentioning that the present invention is not limited to the attachment of cloth menstrual pads to panties or the attachment of breastfeeding pads to breastfeeding underwear or the attachment of cloth diapers to underpants. All cloth materials for binding and fastening two objects fall within the scope claimed by the present invention.

The present invention has been described with exemplary embodiments above. However, a person skilled in the art should understand that the embodiments are only used to describe the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, any changes and replacements equivalent to the embodiments shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
