1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan, which enables the fan blade to be quickly and easily mounted on the mounting bracket.
2. Description of the Prior Arts
Referring to
For example, since the fan blade 12 is fixed to the mounting bracket 10 by using screws 14, usually a ceiling fan is at least provided with three mounting brackets 10 and three corresponding fan blades 12, so the assembler has to spend a lot of time on assembling the fan blades 12 and the mounting bracket 10. During assembly, the through holes 11 on the mounting bracket 10 must be aligned to the threaded holes 13 on the fan blade 12, causing much more inconveniences.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a quick fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan capable of enabling the fan blade to be quickly and easily mounted on the mounting bracket.
A fan blade mounting structure for ceiling fan provided in accordance with the present invention comprises:
a mounting bracket connected to a rotor of a ceiling fan, on a surface of the mounting bracket formed a plurality of locking members, each of the locking members having an abutting portion facing toward the rotor, a bottom surface of the abutting portion being flat;
a fan blade provided with a plurality of holes for insertion of the locking members of the mounting bracket, and the bottom surface of the abutting portion of the respective locking members abuts against a surface of the fan blade;
a positioning structure used to connect the fan blade and the mounting bracket;
a plurality of engaging members inserted in the holes of the fan blade to confine the locking members in the holes.
The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.
Referring to
The mounting bracket 20, an end of which is locked to the rotor 60, and on the surface of the mounting bracket 20 are integrally formed two reversed L-shaped locking members 21 each of which has an abutting portion 22 facing toward the rotor 60. The bottom surface of the abutting portion 22 is flat.
The fan blade 30 is provided with two holes 31 correspondingly to the two locking members 21 on the mounting bracket 20, the holes 31 is provided for insertion of the locking members 21 of the bracket 20, and the bottom surface of the abutting portion 22 serves to abut against the surface of the fan blade 30.
The positioning structure 40 includes a positioning member 41 integrally formed on the surface of the mounting bracket 20, a hour-glass shaped receiving recess 42 correspondingly formed on the fan blade 30, and on the sidewall of the receiving recess 42 formed two opposite projections 421. The positioning member 41 of the fan blade 30 is engaged in the receiving recess 42 of the fan blade 30 and is confined therein by the projections 421, and then a positing block 401 is inserted in the receiving recess 42 to abut against the projections 421.
The engaging members 50 are engaged in rest space of the holes 31 of the fan blades 30 after the insertion of the locking members 21 of mounting bracket 20 in the holes 31.
For a better understanding of present invention, its operating advantages and functions, reference should be made to
At this moment, the assembler needs to pulls the fan blade 30 in an opposite direction to the rotor 60 until the locking members 21 abut against the sidewall of the through holes 31 of the fan blade 30. The abutting portion 22 of the respective locking members 21 will abut against the surface of the fan blade 30, and the positioning member 41 on the mounting bracket 20 will be moved to the smaller space of the receiving recess 42 and confined thereof by the projections 421.
After the locking members 21 of the mounting bracket 20 are positioned in the holes 31 of the fan blade 30, the rest space of the respective holes 31 is provided for insertion of the engaging members 50, so that the locking members 21 will be firmly positioned in the holes 31 under the effect of the pushing force of the engaging members 50. Besides, the rest space (the bigger one) of the receiving recess 42 is provided for insertion of the positioning block 401, so that the positioning member 41 will be firmly positioned in the receiving recess 42 under the effect of the pushing force of the positioning block 401. Hence, the fan blade 30 is firmly mounted on the mounting bracket 20.
Therefore, the present invention provides a quick ceiling fan blade mounting structure which can effectively save the assembly time.
Referring to
The positioning structure 40 includes a receiving recess 43 formed on the mounting bracket 20, a pair of projections 431 oppositely formed on the sidewall of the receiving recess 43, and a pin-like positioning member 44 correspondingly provided on the bottom surface of the fan blade 30. The positioning member 44 of the fan blade 30 is positioned in the receiving recess 43 of the mounting bracket 20 and confined therein by the projections 431.
Referring to
The positioning structure 40 includes a slot 45 formed on the mounting bracket 20, an inserting hole 46 correspondingly formed on the fan blade 30, and a pin-like positioning member 47 is inserted in the slot 45 and the inserting hole 46.
Referring to
After the locking members 21 and the positioning member 41 of the mounting bracket 20 are positioned in the holes 31 and the receiving recess 42 of the fan blade 30, a cover 70 having two inserting blockings 71 and a positioning block 72 integrally formed correspondingly to the two holes 31 and the receiving recess 42 is used to insert the inserting blockings 71 and the positioning block 72 into the rest space of the holes 31 and the receiving recess 42 of the fan blade 30, so that the locking members 21 and the positioning member 41 are confined in the holes 31 and the receiving recess 42, respectively.
In the afore-mentioned respective embodiments, the locking members 21 are integral with the mounting bracket 20, however, the locking members also can be independent from the mounting bracket 20.
Referring to
On the mounting bracket are defined two connecting recesses 23, in each of which is formed a locking hole 231. A pair of locking members 80 each has an abutting portion 81 and a connecting portion 82, the connecting portion 82 is provided with a through hole 821 correspondingly to the locking hole 231 of the mounting bracket 20. The connecting portion 82 of the locking members 80 is inserted in the connecting recess 23, and then a screw 83 is screwed in the through hole 821 and the locking hole 231, so that the locking members 80 are firmly fixed on the mounting bracket 20.
The positioning structure 40 includes a threaded slot 45 formed on the mounting bracket 20, a threaded inserted hole 46 correspondingly formed on the fan blade 30, and a screw 48 screwed in the threaded inserted hole 46 and the slot 45.
While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
