The present invention relates to a fastening plate for fastening a badge, and more particularly, to a fastening plate for fastening a badge that securely fastens the badge to a garment and prevents the badge put on the garment from rotating by causing the badge to be stuck on the garment by projections such that the badge and the garment are securely supported.
In general, there are badges that are put on clothing for the purpose of representing company logos or specific occupations such as lawmakers, lawyers or prosecutors or promoting associations.
Such a badge carries, on the surface thereof, a logo, a shape or a phrase informing people of a company, association or occupation, and these badges are usually fastened to clothes using fasteners.
Conventionally, in order to fasten a badge to a garment, a pin provided to the badge is first inserted into the front side of the garment so that the pin is exposed to the rear side of the garment, and then the fastener is connected to the badge pin exposed on the rear side to fix the badge to the garment.
However, in the case of a conventional fastener for fastening and fixing a badge to clothing, the fastener is simply brought into close contact with the back surface of the clothes, and accordingly close contact between the back surface of the clothes and the fastener is not ensured.
Further, as close contact between the back surface of the clothes and the fastener is not ensured, the badge put on the front of the garment often rotates, which is a problem. In severe cases, the badge may be separated from the clothes.
A conventional badge is disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1426808, which includes a base, a handle rotatable about a shaft at the center of the base, a rotary table disposed on the front surface of the handle and coupled to the shaft at the center of the base to be rotated by rotation of the handle, a base projecting pin provided on the front surface of the rotary table and projecting from the base, a plurality of opening/closing blades coupled to an opening/closing blade fixing protrusion protruding from the rotary table, and a cover covered and coupled with the base, the rotating plate, and the front surface of the plurality of opening and closing blades and having a through hole formed at the center thereof, wherein a first image pattern expression part formed on the opening/closing blades and a second image pattern expression part expressed on the front surface of the rotary table produce an image that can be changed by opening and closing of the opening and closing blades engaged with rotation of the handle.
As another example, Utility Model Application Publication No. 20-1998-064072 discloses a badge fixing structure, in which a badge for inserting and fixing a leg into a fixing hole of a cabinet for imparting marketability includes a support member formed on the side of the fixing hole corresponding to the rear surface of the cabinet to support the bending elastic force of the leg.
These prior art techniques are designed to prevent movement of the badge by causing various images of the badge to be presented or the leg fixing part for fixing the badge to have elasticity by bending stress.
However, in the prior art, since the badge is fastened to the clothes only by surface contact with the clothes during the process of fastening and fixing the badge to the clothes, the badge is not firmly fastened to the clothes and is not fixedly supported. Therefore, problems such as movement of the badge still need to be addressed.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is one object of the present invention to provide a fastening plate for a badge fastener that securely fastens the badge to a garment and prevents the badge put on the garment from rotating or moving with respect to the garment by causing the badge to be affixed to the garment by projections with the fastener in close contact with the back surface of the garment such that secure fastening between the garment and the fastener is ensured and the badge is securely fastened to and supported by the garment.
In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, provided is a fastening plate for fastening a badge, including: a fastener for fixing a badge to a garment by fixing a fixing portion of the badge arranged through the garment; and a fastening plate fixed to the fastener through close contact, wherein the fastening plate includes: a close contact portion closely contacting a back surface of a garment with the badge put on a front surface of the garment and having a fixing hole through which the fixing portion penetrating the garment from the front surface to the back surface is arranged, the close contact portion including an inner circumferential portion provided with a plurality of cut-out holes formed therethrough; and a plurality of wedges bent upward of the plurality of cut-out holes, erected with respect to the close contact portion and stuck in the garment closely contacting the close contact portion.
Further, each of the wedges is formed in a triangular shape having a sharp center, and has a first toothed portion provided at an edge thereof.
Further, each of the wedges includes: a first vertical surface perpendicularly erected with respect to the close contact portion of the fastening plate and having a rectangular shape; and a second toothed portion provided at an upper end of the first vertical surface.
Further, each of the wedges includes: a second vertical surface perpendicularly erected with respect to the close contact portion of the fastening plate and having an arc shape; and a third toothed portion provided at an upper end of the second vertical surface.
Further, the center of each of the wedges is bent obliquely in a transverse direction with respect to the close contact portion of the fastening plate.
Further, each of the wedges has a shape curved in an arc shape so as to be perpendicular to the close contact portion of the fastening plate.
As apparent from the fore-going, with the present invention, a badge to be attached to the front of a garment can be securely fixed to the garment. Further, by firmly supporting the badge on the garment with wedges of the fastener secured to the garment so that the badge does not wobble, rotate or move, robustness and supportability between the badge and the garment or between the fastener and the garment as well as robustness of the badge and fastener are greatly improved.
Other objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It is to be understood that the terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting in any way. Unless stated otherwise, all terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms, have the same meaning as commonly understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs. Terms such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries are to be interpreted as having a meaning consistent with the meaning in the context of the related art and are not to be construed as ideal or overly formal in meaning unless expressly defined in the present application.
Hereinafter, a fastening plate for a badge fastener according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the drawings, a fastening plate for a badge fastener according to the present invention includes a fastener 20 for fixing a badge 10 to a garment by fixing a fixing portion 11 of the badge 10 arranged through the garment, and a fastening plate 30 fixed to the fastener 20 through close contact. The fastening plate 30 includes a close contact portion 32 closely contacting the back surface 41 of a garment 40 with the badge 10 put on the front surface of the garment and having a fixing hole 31 through which the fixing portion 11 penetrating the garment 40 from the front surface 42 to the back surface 41 is arranged, the close contact portion 32 including an inner circumferential portion provided with a plurality of cut-out holes 33 formed therethrough, and a plurality of wedges 34 bent upward of the plurality of cut-out holes 33, erected with respect to the close contact portion 32 and stuck in the garment 40 closely contacting the close contact portion 32.
When the fixing portion 11 of the badge 10 is formed in the shape of a pin as shown in
That is, the fastening plate 30 of the present invention is coupled to the upper portion of a fixing fastener, which is a means for fixing the badge 10 to the garment 40. The fastener can be variously modified.
The fastening plate 30 of the present invention securely fixes the badge to the garment to prevent the badge fastened to the garment from rotating, wobbling or moving.
The fastening plate 30 is held in close contact with the back surface 41 of the garment 40. In this case, a plurality of cut-out holes 33 is formed in the inner circumferential portion of the fastening plate 30, and the fastening plate 30 further includes a plurality of wedges 34 bent upward of the plurality of cut-out holes 33 to be erected upward with respect to the close contact portion 32 of the fastening plate 30 and stuck in the back surface 41 of the garment 40 which the fastening plate 30 closely contacts.
Since the plurality of wedges 34 is further arranged perpendicular to the close contact portion 32 of the fastening plate 30 as described above, the wedges 34 are burrowed into the garment 40 from the back surface 41 of the garment 40 when the fastening plate 30 is brought into close contact with the back surface 41 of the garment 40. Thereby, the fixing fastener 20 provided and fixed to the upper portion of the fastening plate 30 is further securely fixed to the back surface of the garment.
Further, as the fastener 20 is securely fixed while being stuck in the garment by the wedges 34 of the fastening plate 30, the badge 10 fastened and fixed to the garment may also be securely fixed.
The wedge 34, which is a constituent of the badge fastener of the present invention, can be variously modified. For example, as shown in
Alternatively, as shown in
