Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sports equipment, in particular to fight training equipment.

BACKGROUND

At present, for fight training, conventional fight equipment is generally used for punching and other routine trainings. When using conventional equipment, users can be generally trained for only a few of fixed punching postures and punching strengths. Conventional equipment will purely swing with different punching directions and punching strengths of the users, and the users can predict a swing direction of the conventional equipment and prepare for next attack postures in advance.

In this training process, the swing of the conventional equipment can be predicted by the users, so the user's reaction ability cannot be trained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Exemplary embodiments will be described in detail herein, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with some aspects of the present disclosure as detailed in the appended claims.

Embodiment I

Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a set of fight training equipment provided by Embodiment I of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 1, the fight training equipment provided by this embodiment includes:

a training equipment body 1;

a liner 2 fixed inside the training equipment body 1;

at least one telescopic arm 4 fixed in the liner 2 through a first elastic member 603;

a pop-up device arranged in the liner 2;

a pop-up channel matched with each arm 4 in a one-to-one correspondence manner being arranged between the liner 2 and the training equipment body 1 so that the arm 4 extends from the liner 2 to the outside of the training equipment body 1 through the pop-up channel under the action of the pop-up device and the arm 4 is withdrawn to the middle part of the liner 2 through the pop-up channel under the action of the first elastic member 603;

an arm control assembly 6 arranged on the training equipment body 1;

a drive device connected with the pop-up device;

the arm control assembly 6 being connected with the drive device and being used to control the drive device to drive the pop-up device.

The liner is arranged in the training equipment body; at least one telescopic arm is arranged in the liner; the pop-up channel which is matched with each arm in the one-to-one correspondence manner is arranged between the liner and the training equipment body so that the arm extends from the liner to the outside of the training equipment body through the pop-up channel under the action of the pop-up device arranged in the arm; the arm control assembly is further arranged on the training equipment body; the pop-up device or the winding device is connected with the drive device; the drive device is connected with the arm control assembly; and the arm control assembly is used to control the drive device to drive the pop-up device. Based on this, the arm control assembly can control the drive device to drive the pop-up device to pop up the arm from the liner to the outside of the training equipment body through the pop-up channel, so as to attack people. A user cannot predict the attack time of the arm of the fight training equipment of the present disclosure. Therefore, the fight training equipment of the present disclosure can train the reaction ability of the user.

It should be noted that there may be various combinations for the arm control assembly 6. For example, it can be formed by combining a user position sensor and a controller, or a touch screen and a controller, or a user position sensor, a touch screen, and a controller.

When the arm control assembly includes the user position sensor and the controller, the user position sensor is connected with the controller. The user position sensor sends a user position signal to the controller after detecting a position of a user, and the controller controls, according to the user position signal, the drive device to drive the pop-up device. In this way, the arm can be controlled to be popped up according to the position of the user, thus improving the unpredictability of training and enhancing the training effect.

When the arm control assembly includes the touch screen and the controller, the touch screen is connected with the controller, and the touch screen may detect a touch operation of the user, thus acquiring an arm attack plan. For example, the user may input attack time, an attack direction, and the like through the touch screen to constitute the arm attack plan. The touch screen sends the arm attack plan to the controller. The controller controls, according to the arm attack plan, the drive device to drive the pop-up device. In this way, the user may carry out targeted training according to his own needs in a planned way, and the training effect can be enhanced.

When the arm control assembly includes the user position sensor, the touch screen, and the controller, the user may select the user position sensor to detect his position for training or carry out the training through the customized arm attack plan. This selection interface may be set on the touch screen, or training ways may be selected by means of a physical switch.

In addition, based on the above arm control assembly, the equipment of this embodiment may further include a human motion sensor capable of being in communication interaction with the controller. The human motion sensor may be worn on a trainee, i.e., user's body, and the controller may receive a human motion signal detected by the human motion sensor and analyze the human motion, thus controlling, according to the human motion, the drive device to drive the pop-up device to pop up or withdraw the arm.

In this embodiment, the fight training equipment is described in detail by taking one specific arm and the pop-up device corresponding to the arm as an example.

Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a pop-up device provided by Embodiment I of the present disclosure.

The pop-up device includes a disk 3054, a first electromagnet 3062, a second elastic member 3063, and an ejection rod 3064;

the disk 3054 is fixed on the drive device; the disk 3054 rotates under the driving of the drive device;

the first electromagnet 3062, the second elastic member 3063, and the ejection rod 3064 are fixed on the disk 3054; one end of the second elastic member 3063 is connected with the first electromagnet 3062, and the other end of the second elastic member is connected with a first end of the ejection rod 3064;

the arm 4 is provided with a groove matched with the ejection rod 3064;

when the first electromagnet is demagnetized, the ejection rod is popped up by the second elastic member; a second end of the ejection rod falls into the groove of the arm; as the disk rotates, the ejection rod drives the arm to extend from the liner to the outside of the training equipment body through the pop-up channel;

when the first electromagnet is magnetized, the ejection rod, the second elastic member, and the first electromagnet are attracted together, the second end of the ejection rod is separated from the groove, and the arm retracts under the action of the first elastic member.

Specifically, an operating process of the pop-up device provided by the present disclosure is specifically as follows:

As the disk rotates, the disk, the first electromagnet, the second elastic member, and the ejection rod also continuously rotate, and an orientation of the ejection rod continuously changes. Referring to FIG. 2, at this time, the arm is in a retracted state. As the disk clockwise rotates, the orientation of the ejection rod changes and faces the groove in the arm. At this time, the first electromagnet is demagnetized, and the ejection rod is popped up under the action of the second elastic member and falls into the groove. As the disk clockwise rotates, the ejection rod drives the arm to be popped up. Referring to FIG. 3, when the first electromagnet is magnetized, the ejection rod, the second elastic member, and the first electromagnet are attracted together, the second end of the ejection rod is separated from the groove. It should be noted that after the second end of the ejection rod is separated from the groove, the arm starts to be withdrawn under the action of the first elastic member.

In addition, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the arm may also bend in the pop-up process through the pop-up bending device.

In addition, there may be various kinds of drive devices. For example, a first kind of drive device, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, may include: a pendulum bob 301 which swings as the fight training equipment acts, and a first ratchet wheel mechanism 302. The first ratchet wheel mechanism includes a first ratchet wheel 3021, a first ratchet 3022, and a first ratchet fixing structure 3023 which is coaxially and rotatably fixed to the first ratchet wheel. One end of the first ratchet is fixed on the first ratchet fixing mechanism, and the other end of the first ratchet presses against any intertooth space of the first ratchet wheel. The first ratchet fixing structure is fixedly connected with the pendulum bob through a swing link, so that the first ratchet fixing structure rotates as the pendulum bob swings. The drive device further includes an energy storage structure which is in transmission connection with the first ratchet wheel and a power output structure connected with an output end of the energy storage structure. The energy storage structure is used to store mechanical energy generated by the rotation of the first ratchet wheel and output the stored mechanical energy to the power output structure. The power output structure is connected with a rotatable fixing member, so as to drive the rotatable fixing member.

When the fight training equipment acts with a force applied by a user, the pendulum bob will swing with this action, thus driving the first ratchet fixing structure to rotate. Since one end of the first ratchet is fixed on the first ratchet fixing structure, and the other end presses against any intertooth space of the first ratchet wheel, when the first ratchet fixing structure rotates, the end of the first ratchet pressing against any intertooth space of the first ratchet wheel may push the first ratchet wheel to rotate. The energy storage structure is in transmission connection with the first ratchet wheel, so that the energy storage structure may store the mechanical energy of the rotation of the first ratchet wheel for outputting and providing power.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first drive device may further include a first bevel gear 306, a second bevel gear 307, a third bevel gear 308, and a second ratchet wheel mechanism 309. The second ratchet wheel mechanism includes a second ratchet wheel 3091, a second ratchet 3092, and a second ratchet fixing structure 3093 which is coaxially and rotatably fixed to the second ratchet wheel. One end of the second ratchet is fixed on the second ratchet fixing mechanism, and the other end of the second ratchet presses against any intertooth space of the second ratchet wheel. The second ratchet fixing structure is fixedly connected with the pendulum bob through a swing link, so that the second ratchet fixing structure rotates as the pendulum bob swings. The first bevel gear and the first ratchet wheel are disposed in a synchronous transmission manner, and the second bevel gear and the second ratchet wheel are disposed in a synchronous transmission manner. The first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are engaged with the third bevel gear, so that the first bevel gear rotates to drive, through the third bevel gear, the second bevel gear to rotate according to a rotation direction opposite to that of the first bevel gear. A direction where the first ratchet pushes the first ratchet wheel is opposite to a direction where the second ratchet pushes the second ratchet wheel.

It should be noted that the swing of the pendulum bob has two directions: “forward” and “backward”. In this embodiment, the swing direction of the pendulum bob is described as a first direction and a second direction.

When the user applies a force to enable the motion equipment to move, the pendulum bob may swing with it. When the pendulum bob swings towards the first direction, the first ratchet fixing structure and the second ratchet fixing structure may rotate towards the same direction with the pendulum bob, and at this time, the first ratchet may push the first ratchet wheel to rotate, thus storing the mechanical energy generated by the rotation of the first ratchet wheel in the energy storage structure. Since the direction where the first ratchet pushes the first ratchet wheel is opposite to the direction where the second ratchet pushes the second ratchet wheel, when the first ratchet pushes the first ratchet wheel, the second ratchet slips on the second ratchet wheel and will not push the second ratchet wheel to rotate.

When the pendulum bob swings towards the second direction, the first ratchet fixing structure and the second ratchet fixing structure may rotate towards the same direction with the pendulum bob, and at this time, the second ratchet pushes the second ratchet wheel to rotate, and the first ratchet slips on the first ratchet wheel. Since the second bevel gear and the second ratchet wheel are disposed in the synchronous transmission manner, when the second ratchet wheel rotates, the second bevel gear may be synchronously driven to rotate, thus driving the third bevel gear engaged with the second bevel gear to rotate and further driving the first bevel gear engaged with the third bevel gear to rotate along a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the second bevel gear. Since the first bevel gear and the first ratchet wheel are disposed in the synchronous transmission manner, the first ratchet wheel may synchronously rotate with the first bevel gear. Since the rotation directions of the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear are opposite, the rotation direction of the first ratchet wheel at this time is still the same as that of the first ratchet wheel when the pendulum bob swings towards the first direction. At this time, the mechanical energy of the rotation in the same direction may still be provided to the energy storage structure.

Therefore, no matter the pendulum bob swings in the first direction or the second direction, the first ratchet wheel will provide the mechanical energy in the same rotation direction to the energy storage structure, thereby storing the mechanical energy of the pendulum swinging in two directions.

Based on the above structure, the mechanical energy in the energy storage structure will increase to provide power as long as the user makes the training equipment act. Even in an environment where power is not available, the sports equipment can still rely on the mechanical energy in the energy storage structure to give feedback to the user, allowing the user to complete the training.

The energy storage structure may be, but is not limited to, a remontoir box. An input end 3041 of the remontoir box is in transmission connection with the first ratchet wheel, and an output end 3042 of the remontoir box is connected with the power output device. The transmission connection may be realized through a transmission gear 3044.

In addition, both the input end and the output end are gears. The remontoir box further includes a remontoir 3043. One end of the remontoir is fixedly connected with the input end, and the other end of the remontoir is fixedly connected with the output end.

Further, the remontoir box further includes a third ratchet 3045 and a fourth ratchet 3046. One end of the third ratchet is fixed, and the other end presses against any intertooth space of the input end gear; one end of the fourth ratchet is fixed, and the other end presses against any intertooth space of the output end gear.

Since the remontoir is continuously wound up, in order to prevent the mechanical energy stored in the remontoir from being output from the input end gear, the input end is provided with the third ratchet. The rotation direction of the input end gear of the wound-up remontoir is presented as clockwise rotation. Due to the presence of the third ratchet, the input end gear will not anticlockwise rotate, and the mechanical energy in the remontoir can only be output from the output end gear. The fourth ratchet is also to prevent the output end gear from rotating according to a direction opposite to a preset rotation direction.

It should be noted that the remontoir box further includes a torque limiter 3047 arranged on an outer side of the remontoir. Since the remontoir has a certain limit, after the torque limiter is arranged on the outer side of the remontoir, when the remontoir is wound up to exceed a torque of the torque limiter, the torque limiter will slip. At this time, the remontoir may not be continuously wound up, which avoids a phenomenon of breakage of the remontoir.

The power output structure of this embodiment may include a speed change device, a power output gear 3051, a brake 3052, and at least one electromagnetic clutch 3053. The speed change device is in transmission connection with the output end; the power output gear is in transmission connection with the speed change device; and the brake and each electromagnetic clutch are fixed on an output shaft of the power output gear. The speed change device, the brake, and the electromagnetic clutch are in the existing art, and descriptions thereof are omitted here.

In addition, the drive device may further be a motor and the above-mentioned power output structure. The motor may be a speed regulation motor, a servo motor, or a stepping motor.

In addition, the speed change device and the power output structure may be connected with the controller, so as to control a rotation speed of the power output gear of the power output device and working states of the brake and each electromagnetic clutch.

The strength measurement sensor may be a pressure sensor or an acceleration sensor. After a measured signal is sent to the controller, the controller processes the signal, and a punching strength and a punching speed of the user may be obtained. In addition, a strength measurement sensor may also be arranged on the arm, so a defend condition of the user may be obtained.

In addition, a display may be further arranged on a stand. The display is connected with the controller and may receive data measured, through the various sensors, by the controller, thus obtaining the punching strength, the punching speed, and the defend condition of the user. The above data may also be sent to a server through wireless data transmission equipment or wired data transmission equipment. A customer may acquire the data from the server through an application program in a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, so as to know the training. The wireless transmission equipment may be WIFI, and the wired data transmission equipment may be an optical fiber and a terminal box required by optical fiber communication.

In addition to controlling, according to the user position signal detected by the user position sensor, the arm to extend and retract, the arm attack plan may also be customized through the application program, such as the attack time, the attack speed, and the attack frequency.

In addition, a training body of this embodiment may be hung by a hanging structure. The hanging structure may include a base and a stand. The base may be fixed on the ground through a vacuum chuck or a balance weight or a screw. The stand is fixed on the base. The stand is composed of a first supporting rod perpendicular to the ground and a second supporting rod forming a certain angle with the ground. The training equipment body may be hung on the second supporting rod through a sling chain.

It should be noted that the training equipment body may also be directly hung on a wall or a roof through the sling chain. A surface of the training equipment body may be bubble leather that is used to be punched by the user. A space between the training equipment body and the liner may be filled with foam or fine sand. The liner may be made of nondeformable hard silica gel.

In this embodiment II, the fight training equipment is described by taking two kinds of specific pop-up bending device as an example.

Referring to FIG. 8, one specific structure of the pop-up bending device includes:

a first torsion spring 606 and a guy wire 605.

Two ends of the first torsion spring 606 are fixed on an inner surface of the arm 4;

one end of the guy wire 605 is connected with the liner 2, and the other end of the guy wire is connected with an end of the first torsion spring 606 away from the first elastic member 603;

when the arm 4 does not extend, the guy wire 605 is in a slack state, and the arm 4 is fixed in a straightened state by the first torsion spring 606;

when the arm 4 extends a preset distance, since the guy wire 605 has a limited length, the guy wire 605 is in the straightened state; and at this time, the arm 4 continues to extend, and the guy wire 605 may pull the end of the first torsion spring 606 away from the first elastic member 603, making the first torsion spring 606 rotate to drive the arm 4 to bend.

It should be noted that the bending of the arm is realized by means of the first torsion spring. Specifically, the pop-up bending process of the arm is mainly divided into two processes.

Referring to FIG. 8, one process is before the arm extends the preset distance, and at this time, the guy wire is in the slack state, and the arm is fixed in the straightened state by the first torsion spring.

Referring to FIG. 9, the other process is after the arm extends the preset distance, and at this time, the guy wire is in a tightened state. Since the guy wire has a limited length, the guy wire is in the straightened state, and the arm continues to extend. The guy wire may pull the end of the first torsion spring away from the first elastic member, making the first torsion spring rotate to drive the arm to bend. The arm is fixed in the straightened state by the first torsion spring.

It should be noted that when the arm extends the preset distance, the guy wire is in the straightened state, that is, the guy wire does not pull the first torsion spring, and the first torsion spring does not deform. However, if the arm continues to extend forwards, since the guy wire has the limited length, the guy wire pulls the end of the first torsion spring away from the first elastic member, making the first torsion spring rotate. When the arm is withdrawn, as the guy wire is changed from the tightened state to the slack state, the first torsion spring is restored to the original state, thus driving the arm to be straightened.

Referring to FIG. 10, the other specific structure of the pop-up bending device includes:

a second electromagnet 91 and a second torsion spring;

the second electromagnet 91 is connected with the controller;

the second electromagnet 91 is fixed on an inner surface of a preset arm bending position;

a shaft of the second torsion spring is fixed near the second electromagnet 91 on the inner surface of the arm, so that one side of the second torsion spring is attracted to the second electromagnet 91 by twisting and the other side of the second torsion spring is fixed on the inner surface of the arm;

the side of the second torsion spring attracted by the second electromagnet 91 is hook-like; when the arm is withdrawn, the hook-like side is driven to twist till the hook-like side is attracted by the second electromagnet 91.

It should be noted that the bending of the arm is realized by means of the second torsion spring. When the second electromagnet is demagnetized, a side 922 of the second torsion spring attracted to the second electromagnet twists under an elastic force of the second torsion spring till it is fitted to the inner surface of the arm. At this time, the side 922 of the second torsion spring is farther from the second electromagnet than the other side 923 of the second torsion spring. The side 922 of the second torsion spring continues to twist under the elastic force of the second torsion spring, and the side 922 of the second torsion spring will push the arm to rotate along the shaft of the second torsion spring to an initial state of the second torsion spring, and the arm twists at the same time. The arm twists from the state in FIG. 10 to the state in FIG. 11. The initial state of the second torsion spring is a state where neither the side 922 of the second torsion spring nor the other side 923 of the second torsion spring may twist without an external force.

In addition, the number of the pop-up bending device is at least one. Since the arm may twist around the shaft of the second torsion spring of the pop-up bending device, the pop-up bending device is arranged on the inner surface of a part to be bent of the arm according to a need.

Embodiment III

In this embodiment III, the power output structure is described by taking one set of specific fight training equipment as an example.

As shown in FIG. 12, the power output structure includes a third electromagnet 3061, an electromagnetic clip 3060 fixed in the liner 2, a power output gear 3051 for driving the output device, and a brake 3052 arranged on the power output gear 3051;

a groove matched with the electromagnetic clip 3060 is formed in the brake 3052;

when the third electromagnet 3061 is magnetized, the electromagnetic clip 3060 is attracted and leaves the groove in the brake 3052, and the power output gear 3051 starts to rotate to drive the pop-up device or the winding device to work;

when the electromagnet is demagnetized, the electromagnetic clip 3060 is spread; as the brake 3052 rotates, the electromagnetic clip 3060 enters the groove; and when the electromagnetic clip enters the groove, the brake 3052 is locked, and the power output gear 3051 stops rotating.

It should be noted that in the solution provided by the present disclosure, the disk is arranged on the power output gear. As the power output gear rotates, the controller is connected to a power supply circuit of the third electromagnet to control a power supply state of the third electromagnet, thus controlling the rotation of the power output gear.

The structures included in the power output structure may refer to Embodiment I and Embodiment II, and descriptions thereof are omitted here.

Embodiment IV

Referring to FIG. 14, FIG. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a winding device provided by Embodiment IV of the present disclosure.

In this embodiment, only differences from Embodiment I, Embodiment II, and Embodiment III are described, and other parts which are the same as those in the previous three embodiments will not be described repeatedly.

Actually, the only difference of this embodiment IV from the previous three embodiments is that the pop-up device in Embodiment I is replaced with the winding device.

The winding device is arranged in the liner 2.

The arm is withdrawn from the outside of the equipment body to the middle part of the liner through the pop-up channel under the action of the winding device, and the arm extends to the outside of the equipment body through the pop-up channel under the action of the first elastic member.

The winding device is connected with the drive device.

the arm control assembly 6 is connected with the drive device and is used to control the drive device to drive the winding device.

The liner is arranged in the training equipment body; at least one telescopic arm is arranged in the liner; the pop-up channel which is matched with each arm in the one-to-one correspondence manner is arranged between the liner and the training equipment body so that the arm is withdrawn from the outside of the equipment body to the middle part of the liner body through the pop-up channel under the action of the winding device arranged in the arm, so as to prepare for the attack to the user. The user cannot predict the attack time of the arm of the fight training equipment of the present disclosure. Therefore, the fight training equipment of the present disclosure can train the reaction ability of the user.

In this embodiment, the fight training equipment is described in detail by taking one specific arm and the winding device corresponding to the arm as an example.

Referring to FIG. 14, FIG. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a winding device provided by Embodiment IV of the present disclosure.

The winding device includes a wire spool 701, a pull wire 703, a pulley 702, a locking mechanism, and a slope bulge 704;

the wire spool 701 is fixed on the drive device;

the wire spool 701 rotates under the driving of the drive device;

one end of the pull wire 703 is fixed on the wire spool 701, and the other end of the pull wire is connected with an end of the arm close to the first elastic member through the pulley 702.

Specifically, an operating process of the winding device provided by the present disclosure is specifically as follows:

when the wire spool 701 rotates, the pull wire 703 is wound on the wire spool 701, and a tail end of the pull wire 703 pulls the arm to be withdrawn from the outside of the training equipment body.

Referring to FIG. 15, FIG. 15 is a schematic diagram of a first state of one kind of winding device provided by Embodiment IV of the present disclosure. The first state means a state that the arm is pulled halfway back into the training equipment body.

When the arm is withdrawn to the locking mechanism and locked, the first elastic member is compressed; the pull wire 703 fixed on the wire spool 701 slides off from the wire spool 701 under the guidance of the slope bulge 704.

Referring to FIG. 16, FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram of a second state of one kind of winding device provided by Embodiment IV of the present disclosure. The second state means a state that the arm is withdrawn into the liner.

When the locking mechanism is released, the arm is popped up by the first elastic member and extends from the liner to the outside of the training equipment body through the pop-up channel.

As shown in FIG. 17, the locking mechanism is composed of a metal rod 706 and springs 707 connected to two lower ends of the metal rod 706. A cone structure 705 is connected with a side of the arm 4 close to the pulley. The pull wire 703 is connected to the cone structure 705. When the pull wire 703 pulls the cone structure 705 through the pulley, the arm 4 is pulled. When the cone structure is pulled to the metal rod 706, the metal rod 706 is extruded, and the springs 707 are compressed. When the side of the cone structure 705 close to the arm 4 passes through the metal rod 706, the springs 707 are popped up at this time, the metal rod 706 is also popped up and prevents the cone structure from moving towards the outside of the equipment body, and the arm is locked. The motor (not shown in the figure) is connected with the metal rod 706 through another pull wire. When the motor pull wire pulls the metal rod 706 down, the metal rod moves down, and at this time, the metal rod 706 will no longer block the cone structure 705, and the arm 4 is released. The arm 4 moves from the liner to the outside of the equipment body under the action of the first elastic member 603.

Referring to FIG. 17, FIG. 17 is a schematic structural diagram of a locking mechanism provided by Embodiment IV of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that in the solution provided by the present disclosure, the disk or the wire spool is arranged on the power output gear. As the power output gear rotates, the controller is connected to a power supply circuit of the third electromagnet to control a power supply state of the third electromagnet, thus controlling the rotation of the power output gear.

The structures included in the locking mechanism may refer to Embodiment I, Embodiment II, and Embodiment IV, and descriptions thereof are omitted here.

Referring to FIG. 13, FIG. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a set of fight training equipment provided by the present disclosure.
