Description


FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a first embodiment of a file folder having a rotatable flag and a tab showing our new design, the file folder being shown in a slightly opened state with the rotatable flag being positioned generally upwardly;

  • We claim the ornamental design for file folders having panels and rotatable flags, as shown and described.
