Claims
- 1. In information retrieval apparatus: a cassette having an open end, a pair of opposed sides, and means on the inner surfaces of the sides for mounting a number of strips in stacked relationship therewith with each strip being movable relative to the sides at least partially out of the cassette through said open end, said cassette having a recess in one side thereof through which a portion of one side edge of each strip is thus engageable by edge drive means, whereby each strip can be moved relative to said cassette in opposed directions.
- 2. In apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein the inner surface of each side is provided with a number of parallel grooves, there being a groove on one side for each groove, respectively, on the other side, each groove terminating at said open end.
- 3. In apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein the other side of the cassette has an end margin adjacent to said open end, said one side having an end margin spaced from said open end, there being an open space between said open end and said end margin of said one side, said open space defining said recess.
- 4. In apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein said one side has an opening therein defining said recess.
