1. An this eloquently hand apparatus was purposefully designed and used to promote the awareness along with the artistic expressions found in the sounds of music:
- and along with this design we elected to support what will serve in a dual capacity, first it will serve as a protective buffer; and secondly it will ensure both precision and accuracy during play;
- and following are the rudiments that can be found in this apparatus also called our hand guard which is design specifically based upon numerous themes and variations to enhance the artistic style;
- this otherwise apparatus comes equip with a collections of songs that are designed to enhance the intellectual style of the individual learner with a proven history in accordance to our concept and our theory.
2. The terminology that has been outlined in claim 1) is sole for the purpose of the art wherein to further the cause and the advancement found in continuing education.
3. In addition, the language here in claim 1), is used to promote the idea of this scientific evolution by virtue of a new sounds which is conveniently coupled with text and training along with a diversified look at this new wave in music.
4. And, with this seemingly new breakthrough in science we seek to advance music wherein to reform the sounds of our enabling past and to cultivate what will be a new beginning.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
And, wherein the embodiment that is found here in this invention shall subscribe to advance what will be the call of music and that of education. And, we further subscribe to a new forum with a new vision in our sights to present music as a viable means in terminology consistent with variations and their interpretation. We therefore strive to promote the kind of diversity that will cultivate a new norm in music, science and that of literature to the world as we prepare for the journey ahead with a 21st century look at the art otherwise known as music. And, we will continue to educate and to bring about the awareness that change is well and thriving in this ever changing world.
SPECIFICATION OF DRAWINGS
1. On the following pages are the drawings beginning with FIG. 1 starting from the top moving clockwise and here we show just how these patterns here in this was crafted and created and they are as follows:
FIG. 1—shows an overall pattern that is consistent with four (4) distinct patterns that are shown here in this design. And, first we have an are identical panels in position 1 and 2; and for the sake of clarity these are otherwise known as finger 1, and finger 2; and following these patterns you will find what is called our utility pocket; and finally we have a pattern that is consistent with a wristband.
FIG. 2—In this drawing there are two (2) 1.5 inch finger or ring guards that are to be used in concert with the right-hand on what is called the point finger and or the (2nd) finger; followed by what is called the thumb and or the first (11 finger.
FIG. 3—observe here in the center mass of this design and here you can clearly see an open cavity or what some may refer to as a utility pocket and it is consistent with 2 inches long and 2 inches wide.
FIG. 4—and here we collectively show what the overall makeup in this design wherein to reflect all the moving parts. First, you can visually see the specs that are seen in this design consistent with all the dimensions that can be found here in the drawings. Beginning with 8 inch long frame; next we have a showing of two 1 inch long and a 1½ inch wide ring or finger guards. Next, we have what is commonly referred to as our utility pocket. And, finally we show what is commonly referred to as the wristband that is conveniently resized to 3 inch long with 3½ inch wide consistent with our 7 inch wide panel. The wristband is conveniently secured with the aid of a 1 inch Velcro fastener; and the ring or finger guard is secure with a ½ inch Velcro fastener.
