TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to guns technology and can be used in firearms.
PRIOR TECHNICAL TIER
Known methods of attaching the breech of the barrel in the receiver, for example, U.S. Pat. No. 3,731,418A, US20140165444A1. These designs have a clamp connection with a slot in the lower part of the receiver, which makes it difficult to install the barrel and complicates the design.
Known solution with a clamp connection with a slot in the upper part of the receiver RU2588922 C2, in which the installation of sights is carried out on an additional part, which also complicates the design.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
This invention solves the issue of securely fixing the barrel in the receiver and facilitating the manipulation of its installation.
To achieve the specified technical result, the receiver of the firearm has an attachment unit of the barrel's breech, made in the form of a compressible clamp connection, the slot of which is located in the upper part of the receiver, while the upper part of the receiver is the basis for installing and securing the sights.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:
The essence of the invention is explained by sketches, where:
on FIG. 1—shows the external and axonometric views of the receiver with the installed barrel and sight; the diagram of the installation and fixation of the barrel in the receiver; installation of the sight;
on FIG. 2—shows the appearance of the receiver, sections A-A, B-B;
on FIG. 3—shows the appearance of the receiver with the installed barrel and sight; sections C-C, F-F, local view D;
on FIG. 4—shows the appearance of the receiver with the number of tightened parts, which is more than two, sections V-V, S-S;
on FIG. 5—shows the appearance of the receiver with the installed barrel, when the receiver has two or more compression parts, an axonometric view, a diagram of the installation and fixation of the barrel in the receiver.
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION
Receiver 2 (FIG. 1, 2, 3) for attaching the breech 1.1 of the barrel 1 (FIG. 1) contains an attachment unit 3 (FIG. 2, 3), the breech of the barrel 1.1 (FIG. 1), which is a compressible clamp connection,
including the channel 3.1 (FIG. 2), a longitudinal slot T (FIG. 2, 3), made on the compressible section 3.2 (FIG. 2, 3) of the upper part 2.1 (FIG. 2, 3) of the receiver 2 (FIG. 2), while the upper part 2.1 allows to install and fix the sights 18 (FIG. 1, 3).
Barrel 1 (fig.1) is placing with its breech 1.1 (fig.1,3), according to the diagram in FIG. 1 in to the channel 3.1 (FIG. 2, 3). Further occurs the compression of the compressible part 3.2 (FIG. 2, 3) with the help of part 11 (FIG. 1, 3), passing through the hole 3.3 (FIG. 2), while the slot T does not close.
A variant of the receiver 4 (FIG. 4, 5), when the number of parts compressing the clamp connection is two or more pieces, has an attachment unit 5 (FIG. 4) of the breech 1.1 of the barrel 1 (FIG. 5), similar in structure to the unit 3 (FIG. 2, 3), except that there are two or more transverse holes 3.3 (FIG. 4).
