The present invention relates generally to a hand-muscle developer, and more particularly to a fitness hand-muscle developer for exercising the muscles of fingers and arms and mobilizing the finger joints and palm joints.
In order to exercise the muscles of fingers, palms and arms and to mobilize the joints thereof, somebody developed the hand-muscle developer.
The conventional hand-muscle developer 1 is designed for young people, its spring 12 has very strong elastic force. In order to avoid elastic fatigue of spring 12 after a period of time, the designers often design a high predetermined elasticity of spring 12, so that the conventional hand-muscle developer 1 is unsuitable for the elderly, the weakling and women.
However, the elderly and the weakling have degenerated somatic function, they need exercises to keep them healthy. The women are unwilling to exercise, so it is necessary to design appropriate fitness equipments for them.
In addition, the spring 12 of conventional hand-muscle developer 1 is made of metals, the cost is high, and the conventional hand-muscle developer 1 only exercises hand muscles, it has no other uses.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fitness hand-muscle developer, its elasticity is fit for the elderly and the weakling, or the women exercise moderately and voluntarily according to the strength of hand muscles, and it is portable for exercises at any time.
In order to solve the above problems, the technical scheme of the present invention is described below:
A fitness hand-muscle developer, comprising: a main body, elastic, rod-like, defining a lengthwise direction; a band, with two opposite free ends, two free ends being fixed to the main body in the lengthwise direction of the main body; and a holding space, located between the band and the surface of the main body.

The main body 21 can be all made of one material or more than two materials. For example, main body 21 comprises a surface layer 211 and an interior layer 212. The band 22 and main body 21 can be formed in one, or manufactured respectively and then fixed to each other. The band 22 has two opposite free ends, fixed to the main body 21 in the longitudinal direction of rod-like main body 21. The two opposite free ends are fixed to the surface of main body 21, and can be inserted in the main body 21 before they are fixed, so as to define the holding space 23 between band 22 and main body 21. The aforementioned band 22 can be fixed to the main body 21 by stitching, gluing, heat fusion or fixing components.

On the other hand, the user can place the fitness hand-muscle developer 2 on the surface of a hard object, e.g. table top, and then the palm is put on the main body 21 of fitness hand-muscle developer 2, kneading the object surface back and forth to roll the fitness hand-muscle developer 21, so as to massage the skin and muscles of hand.
In another method of application, the user holds one end of main body 21 of fitness hand-muscle developer 2 with one hand, and uses the other end of main body 21 to flap body parts.
