Claims
- 1. A fitting for a vehicle seat, comprising:
first and second fitting parts that are connected to one another by a gear mechanism so that there can be a rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part; a driving ring rotatably mounted in the first fitting part and at least partially defining an eccentric arranged so that rotation of the driving ring causes the rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part, with the driving ring including a transmission profile; and a rotatably mounted driving bushing including a transmission profile that is mated with the transmission profile of the driving ring in a form-fitting manner so that the driving bushing and the driving ring are connected to one another so that rotation of the driving bushing causes rotation of the driving ring and thereby the rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part.
- 2. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein the form-fitting transmission profiles and the eccentric are arranged in the same plane.
- 3. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein the driving bushing is formed from plastic.
- 4. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein material of the transmission profile of the driving bushing can be displaced during the installation of the driving bushing and the driving ring with respect to one another.
- 5. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein the driving bushing has cams for axially securing the eccentric.
- 6. A fitting according to one of claim 1, wherein the eccentric comprises a driving segment of the driving ring and two wedge segments which are clamped against each other.
- 7. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein the driving bushing is operative for holding, in a rotationally fixed manner, a motor-driven drive shaft.
- 8. A fitting for a vehicle seat, comprising:
first and second fitting parts that are connected to one another by a gear mechanism so that there can be a rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part; a bearing mounted to the second fitting part; a drivable eccentric rotatably mounted in the first fitting part for slidingly engaging the bearing so that rotation of the eccentric causes the rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part; and an elastic element for absorbing energy associated with operation of the fitting, wherein the elastic element is mounted proximate the bearing for being radially effective.
- 9. A fitting according to claim 8, further comprising:
a driving ring rotatably mounted in the first fitting part and at least partially defining the eccentric so that rotation of the driving ring causes the rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part, with the driving ring including a transmission profile; and a rotatably mounted driving bushing including a transmission profile that is mated with the transmission profile of the driving ring in a form-fitting manner so that the driving bushing and the driving ring are connected to one another so that rotation of the driving bushing causes rotation of the driving ring and thereby the rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part.
- 10. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is annular.
- 11. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is positioned between the bearing and the second fitting part.
- 12. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is prefitted between the bearing and a bushing.
- 13. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is prefitted in a receptacle so that:
the receptacle and the bearing are spaced apart from one another prior to a crash; and the bearing and the receptacle engage one another to together at least partially define a block-like shape, in a cross-sectional view, in the event of a crash.
- 14. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is formed from plastic.
- 15. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is formed from spring steel sheet and has a corrugated shape in the circumferential direction.
- 16. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the eccentric is substantially rigid and acts on the elastic element via the bearing.
- 17. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the elastic element is a damping element.
- 18. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the fitting is in combination with the vehicle seat, with the first fitting part mounted to a first part of the vehicle seat and the second fitting part mounted to a second part of the vehicle seat, so that the fitting is for providing relative movement between the first and second parts of the vehicle seat.
- 19. The combination according to claim 18, further comprising an electric motor that drives a drive shaft having opposite ends, with one end of the drive shaft driving the eccentric of the fitting, and the other end of the drive shaft driving an eccentric of another fitting.
- 20. A fitting according to one of claim 8, wherein the eccentric comprises a driving segment of the driving ring and two wedge segments which are clamped against each other.
- 21. A fitting according to claim 8, wherein the fitting is in combination with the vehicle seat, with the first fitting part mounted to a first part of the vehicle seat and the second fitting part mounted to a second part of the vehicle seat, so that the fitting is for causing relative movement between the first and second parts of the vehicle seat.
- 22. A fitting according to claim 9, wherein the elastic element is annular and is positioned between the bearing and the second fitting part.
- 23. A fitting according to claim 22, wherein the elastic element is prefitted between the bearing and a bushing.
- 24. A fitting according to claim 9, wherein the driving ring comprises the eccentric and is substantially rigid, and acts on the elastic element via the bearing.
- 25. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein the driving bushing has at least one cam for axially securing the eccentric.
- 26. A fitting according to claim 1, further comprising a drive shaft which extends into an opening of the driving bushing and is fixed to the driving bushing for rotating the driving bushing.
- 27. A fitting according to claim 1, wherein the transmission profiles extend only partially around respective circumferences of the driving ring and the driving bushing.
