FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fixed caster of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

A top plan view has been omitted as it does not form a portion of the claimed design.
