Claims
- 1. A disposable incontinence pad having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction and intended for men, the pad comprising: an absorbent part with an upper liquid-permeable surface layer; a lower backing layer; an absorbent body arranged between the liquid-permeable surface layer and the backing layer; a front end portion; and a fastening system for fixing the incontinence pad to a pair of underpants, fixing pants or the like, the fastening system including at least one fixing tongue extending in the longitudinal direction of the incontinence pad from the front end portion.
- 2. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, wherein the fixing tongue is an extension of at least one of the liquid-permeable surface layer and the backing layer.
- 3. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the fixing tongue comprising a thin absorbent material layer.
- 4. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, wherein the entire fixing tongue comes to lie inside the edges of the absorbent part of the incontinence pad when the entire fixing tongue is folded over the liquid-permeable surface layer or the backing layer.
- 5. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the fixing tongue including at least one fastener intended to be fixed to fixing pants during use.
- 6. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 5, the fastener being arranged to be fixed to the inside of the underpants of the wearer in an area of the underpants between a crotch portion and a waist of the underpants.
- 7. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the fixing tongue being arranged to be folded around the waist of a pair of underpants, fixing pants or the like, a waist elastic of the underpants or fixing pants fixing the incontinence pad via the fixing tongue.
- 8. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 7, the fixing tongue including a fastener arranged to be fixed to the outside of the fixing pants or underpants.
- 9. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 5, the fastener including a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, and a removable protective layer being arranged over the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, the protective layer being connected to the backing layer of the incontinence pad.
- 10. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 5, at least one area of the backing layer being treated with a release agent, and the fastener including a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface being connected removably to the release-agent-treated area of the backing layer.
- 11. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 5, the fastener including a hook and loop surface, and a removable protective layer being arranged over the hook and loop surface, the protective layer being connected to the backing layer of the incontinence pad.
- 12. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the fixing tongue comprising a band.
- 13. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the incontinence pad comprising two fixing tongues.
- 14. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, wherein the fixing tongue can be separated from the absorbent part of the incontinence pad.
- 15. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the incontinence pad comprising a second fastener arranged on the backing layer of the absorbent part, a removable protective layer being arranged over the second fastener.
- 16. The disposable incontinence pad according to claim 1, the absorbent part of the incontinence pad having its greatest extent in the transverse direction in a part which, in the longitudinal direction, is located towards the fixing tongue and its smallest extent in a part which, in the longitudinal direction, is located away from the fixing tongue.
