BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a fixing structure of the cord winding mount used for the window curtain.
2. The Prior Arts
Currently, the structural method used to fix the cord winding mount at the curtain rail rack, for instance, the structural method disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 3,357,270 and U.S. Pat. No. 5,680,892 (as shown in FIG. 1, 2), thereat, the fastening method disclosed in these two patents was to construct an integrated metal fixing lug A2 on a cord winding mount A1, and also utilizing arc groove A3 formed at both sides of such fixing lug A2 which would be provided to receiving and fastening the rail rack A4; as to the operation and installation methods, firstly, it needs to pull out the rail rack A4 let the cord winding mount A1 able to be inserted into the rail rack A4, and then make the rail rack A4 to be ejected into the arc groove A3 of said fixing lug A2 so as to be fastened, where these structures not only would cause great inconvenience to the user, but also resulting in the deformation of rail rack A4 due to tension thereto.
Additionally, there was another fastening technology applied for cord winding mount, for instance, U.S. Pat. No. 6,761,204 (as shown in FIG. 3), the patent was to establish a turnable supporting point B1 and a movable device of fixing lug B2, wherein it utilized the movable fixing lug B2 to fasten and support relevant component to the curtain rail rack B3 at one side, and thereat, another side was then formed a fixed type supporting fastener B4, so that it would be able to support and fasten each side of said curtain rail rack B3 at its fixed position respectively, and hence fixing the cord winding mount at its preset position thereto; due to the movable function of said movable fixing lug B2, after assembling, therefore, it would work together with two disk surfaces B6 of pull cord's winding drum B5 and hence create a distance space B7, so that it would make pull cord B8 jump out of said winding drum B5 from this distance space B7, furthermore, causing a problem of tightly winding together with each other, and under this circumstance, it would not be able to preserve its normal operating condition at all.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a kind of fixing structure of the cord winding mount for the window curtain, primarily comprising a stationary block, an arbor gear and a winding drum, a movable cover and a positioning cover plate, wherein said stationary block has been partitioned into left or right securing member, so that it could be correspondingly coupled with its arbor gear, winding drum and movable cover respectively by means of said left or right securing member, in such a way that it will hence construct the primary body of said cord winding mount thereof, where the primary method is to utilize the flange of fastening plate underneath the movable cover to install the primary body of said cord winding mount at the right position inside the curtain rail rack, and then to separating the positioning cover plate which has been designed as an independent type component, and afterwards utilizing the lower caulking groove to couple and fasten said positioning cover plate at top end of said stationary block, and by the time while it is being coupled with all together, the arc bracket at both ends of such positioning cover plate will be respectively fixed to and hence supporting at the position underneath the orbicular end locating at both top ends of the curtain rail rack, and in this way the primary body of said cord winding mount will be able to be fixed at the right position thereto, in addition, the present invention utilizes a stopper which is extending from the portion underneath the arc bracket at one side of said positioning cover plate to seal the distance space above the disk surface of winding drum in order to prevent the pull cord from jumping out of said winding drum.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
With reference to FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 7 (as shown in FIG. 4), the present invention primarily comprises a stationary block 1, an arbor gear 2, a winding drum 3, a movable cover 4 and a positioning cover plate 5, wherein said stationary block 1 has been partitioned into left or right securing member 10, 11, which could be correspondingly coupled with thereto, a plurality of mounting holes 104, 113, which are opened at appropriate positions of internal surface of said left or right securing member 10, 11, are allowed the rivet 105 to going through and hence combining the left and right securing member 10, 11 all together; and in addition, smaller-size embossed blocks 100, 110 are formed at top ends of left or right securing member 10, 11, and thereat, an embossment 114 having a flat surface at its bottom end which is constructed at outer flange of said left or right securing member 10, 11; and furthermore, at the top center of internal surface of said left or right securing member 10, 11, there are axle holes 101 and 111 provided for receiving said arbor gear 2, and also an arc-notch 102 is formed at the central segment of said left or right securing member 10, 11 respectively that is used to receiving the shaft 31 with threads 30 which is extending from one side of said winding drum 3 and then being coupled with left or right securing member 10, 11 and thus revolving at the same time accordingly; Again, a plurality of shaft 103, 112, which are extending from its lower portions and installed at lower corner of said left or right securing member 10, 11, where thereat shafts are able to be combined through axle hole 41 of the coupling tube 40 positioned at the end of movable cover 4, so that said movable cover 4 could move downward (as shown in both FIGS. 4 and 7). The arbor gear 2 is installed in axle hole 101, 111 of said left or right securing member 10, 11 respectively, wherein a through hole 201 is formed at the center of said arbor gear 2 allowing the arbor to going through, in addition, said arbor gear 2 has gear teeth 20 at its external edge which can be coupled with screw 31 having threads 30 positioned at once side of said winding drum 3, and thereat, by the time while said left and right securing member 10, 11 are assembling and coupling together, said gear teeth 20 and screw threads 30 are then meshing together and hence forcing said arbor gear 2 to revolving synchronously; and moreover, at one side of said winding drum 3, there is a shaft 31 with threads 30 and a gear mount 32 is constructed at the other side of said winding drum 3 allowing the pull cord 6 to wind around, where said gear mount 32 has disk surfaces at its both ends; a through hole 35 is opened at gear mount 32 locating between said two disk surfaces 33 and 34 that is utilized to fasten the pull cord 6 and allowed said pull cord 6 being conveniently wound on said gear mount 32 (also refer to FIG. 7), and in addition, at the end of movable cover 4, it is formed a coupling tube 40 which has an axle hole 41 opened at its center portion, so that the shaft 103, 112 of said left or right securing member 10, 11 could be easily inserting into and coupling thereto, and again, a receiving plate 41, which is extending from the portion underneath the coupling tube 40 of said movable cover 4, has through holes 42, 43 that is allowed the each end of said pull cord 6 to going through respectively, and also a fastening plate 44 is formed underneath said receiving plate 41, and there is a flange 45 located at the front end of said fastening plate 44 which is allowed to be inserted with a mounting hole preset for curtain rail rack 7 (also refer to FIG. 8), said positioning cover plate which has been separated and being designed as an independent type component (as shown in FIGS. 4, and 5), and also a caulking groove 50 at lower end of said positioning cover plate 5 can couple and fasten with an embossed block 100, 110 formed on said left or right securing member 10, 11 respectively, and moreover, the arc supporting fasteners 51, 52 constructed at both ends of said positioning cover plate 5 respectively having its lower structure to be designed as the arc block 53, 520 and meanwhile having its upper structure to be designed as flat bracket slot 54, 521; and thereat, a stopper 530 is being constructed at a position underneath the arc block 53 of said arc supporting fastener 52, so that said arc supporting fastener 51, 52 would be able to fasten said positioning cover plate 5 onto the curtain rail rack, and thus assembling the primary structure of said cord winding mount by the utilization of each relevant component (as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7).
With reference to FIG. 8, by the time while you would like to install the cord winding mount into the curtain rail rack 7, it needs to utilize the gear mount 32 along with two disk surfaces 33 and 34 to construct a winding space thereof, where it is necessary to wind up the pull cord 6 rapidly around the gear mount 32, and then inserting said pull cord 6 through the through hole 43 (42) at the receiving plate 41 of movable cover 4, and in this way said pull cord 6 will be able to going through the mounting hole 72 of said curtain rail rack 7, so that the cord winding mount will be inserted into mounting hole 72 and fastened at its fixed position with the utilization of flange 45 of fastening plate 44 formed at the lower end of receiving plate 41 of said movable cover 4 (as shown in FIG. 9). Again, while utilizing the arc supporting fastener 52 formed at one side of said positioning cover plate 5, it is able to firstly have the flat bracket slot 521 opened at upper surface of arc supporting fastener 52 to be inserted into and fastened at the lower position of orbicular end 70 of said curtain rail rack 7, and then having the arc supporting fastener 51 formed at the other end of arc supporting fastener 52 to be coupled, from top toward bottom, tightly with the orbicular end 71 of said curtain rail rack 7 (as shown in FIG. 9), so that it would make said orbicular end 71 being pushed against by the arc block 53 positioned underneath said arc supporting fastener 52 to moving outward and hence being inserted into the flat bracket slot 54 and in this way the positioning cover plate 5 would be successfully fastened onto the curtain rail rack 7 thereto, and under this circumstance the caulking groove 50 opened at the lower end surface of said positioning cover plate 5 would directly and respectively couple with the upper embossed block 100, 110 on a combined body, thereat such combined body was formed due to the correspondingly coupling function of said left and right securing member 10, 11 (refer to FIG. 10), so that it would make the cord winding mount being firmly fixed through the combination of said positioning cover plate 5; while utilizing the stopper 530 positioned at said arc supporting fastener 51 that was constructed at one side of said positioning cover plate 5, it would be able to synchronously seal off the distance space above the disk surface 33, 34 of said gear mount 32 and thus preventing the pull cord 6 wound around the gear mount 32 from jumping out of the disk surface 33 thereof, and under this condition, thus, the cord winding mount would be able to provide the pull cord with a positioning and a safe operating function accordingly.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiment thereof, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
