Claims
- 1. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose containing, as flameproofing agent, a flameproofing effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR86## said flameproofed regenerated cellulose having been produced by regenerating cellulose from a cellulose-containing medium containing said flameproofing agent of the formula ##STR87## wherein R.sub.5 " is unsubstituted phenyl; or phenyl substituted by 1 or 2 chloro substituents, provided that not more than 1 chloro substituent is in an ortho-position; and
- R.sub.3 " is a group
- R.sub.5 "--NH--,
- or a group ##STR88## wherein R.sub.5 " is as defined above.
- 2. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 1 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR89## wherein each R.sub.5 '" is, independently, ortho-, meta- or para-chlorophenyl.
- 3. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 2 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR90##
- 4. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 2 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR91##
- 5. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 1 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR92##
- 6. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose textile material composed wholly or partially of regenerated cellulose according to claim 1.
- 7. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 1 wherein the cellulose is regenerated from an aqueous alkali cellulose xanthate solution containing the flameproofing agent.
- 8. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose containing, as flameproofing agent, a flameproofing effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR93## said flameproofed regenerated cellulose having been produced by regenerated cellulose from a cellulose-containing medium containing said flameproofing agent of the formula ##STR94## either, R.sub.1 ' and R.sub.2 ' are each, independently, ##STR95## wherein R.sub.4 ' is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl; and
- R.sub.5 ' is C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl; cyclohexyl; unsubstituted phenyl; or phenyl substituted by 1 or 2 substituents selected from bromo, chloro and C.sub.1-2 alkyl, with the provisos that: (a) when substituted phenyl contains a bromo substituent, such substituent is in the para-position, (b) when substituted phenyl contains 2 chloro substituents, not more than 1 chloro substituent is in an ortho-position, (c) substituted phenyl contains not more than one C.sub.1-2 alkyl substituent, and (d) substituted phenyl contains not more than one bromo substituent;
- or R.sub.1 ' and R.sub.2 ' together form a group ##STR96## and R.sub.3 ' is a group ##STR97## wherein R.sub.4 ' and R.sub.5 ' are as defined above; or a group ##STR98## wherein R.sub.1 ' and R.sub.2 ' are as defined above, and
- R.sub.6 ' is a group
- --NH--R.sub.7 '--NH--
- wherein R.sub.7 ' is C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 straight chain alkylene or 1,4-phenylene;
- or a group ##STR99## with the proviso that when any R.sub.4 ' is C.sub.2 or C.sub.3 alkyl, then R.sub.5 ' of the same amino group is C.sub.1-6 alkyl.
- 9. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 8 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR100## wherein either R.sub.1.sup.iv and R.sub.2.sup.iv are each, independently, ##STR101## wherein R.sub.4.sup.iv is hydrogen; methyl; or ethyl; and
- R.sub.5.sup.iv is methyl; ethyl; unsubstituted phenyl; or phenyl substituted by 1 or 2 substituents selected from chloro and methyl, with the provisos that: (a) the maximum number of methyl substituents is 1, and (b) when substituted phenyl contains 2 chloro substituents, no more than 1 chloro substituent is in an ortho-position;
- or R.sub.1.sup.iv and R.sub.2.sup.iv together form a group ##STR102## and R.sub.3.sup.iv is a group ##STR103## wherein R.sub.4.sup.iv and R.sub.5.sup.iv are as defined above; or a group ##STR104## wherein R.sub.1.sup.iv and R.sub.2.sup.iv are as defined above, and R.sub.6.sup.iv is
- --NH(CH.sub.2).sub.2 NH--;
- or ##STR105## with the proviso that when any R.sub.4.sup.iv is ethyl, then R.sub.5.sup.iv of the same amino group is methyl or ethyl.
- 10. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 9 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR106## wherein R.sub.5.sup.v is unsubstituted phenyl; phenyl substituted by 1 to 2 chloro substituents, provided that not more than 1 chloro substituent is in an ortho-position; or phenyl monosubstituted by methyl.
- 11. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 10 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR107##
- 12. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 10 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR108##
- 13. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 10 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR109##
- 14. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 10 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR110##
- 15. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 10 containing, as flameproofing agent, an effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR111##
- 16. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose textile material composed wholly or partially of regenerated cellulose according to claim 8.
- 17. Flameproofed regenerated cellulose according to claim 8 wherein the cellulose is regenerated from an aqueous alkali cellulose xanthate solution containing the flameproofing agent.
