THE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Once flapper tank ball of toilet water tank is lifted water in toilet water tank has to drain completely before flapper tank ball can close drainpipe to stop drainage. Besides chain which connects flapper tank ball will sometime sits on the opening of drainpipe to prevent the flapper tank ball from completely closing drainpipe.
THE BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Flapper tank ball pendulum consists of a buoyant hollow ball, a built-in handle on the top and a built-in director at the bottom. It can be lifted to open drainpipe to flush all water in toilet tank and also can be pushed down manually at any time to stop draining water. Only about one quarter of water in toilet water tank is enough to flush liquid human waste. People urinate several times a day and defecate once a day. Flapper tank ball pendulum can replace flapper tank ball to save huge amount of water to solve the shortage of water supplies in big cities in the States.

THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring now in detail to the drawings numeral 10 of FIG. 1 is flapper tank ball pendulum. Numeral 11 of FIG. 2 is dissection view of flapper tank ball pendulum 10 of FIG. 1. Numeral 12 of FIG. 3 is toilet water tank. Numeral 13 of FIGS. 1 and 3 is a buoyant hollow ball of flapper tank ball pendulum 10 of FIG. 1. Numeral 14 of FIG. 2 is dissection view of buoyant hollow ball 13 of FIG. 1. Numeral 15 of FIGS. 1 and 3 is fenestrated director. Numeral 16 of FIG. 2 is dissection view of fenestrated director 15 of FIG. 1. Numeral 17 of FIG. 3 is drainpipe of toilet water tank 12. Numeral 18 of FIG. 3 is opening of drainpipe 17 of FIG. 3. Fenestrated director 15 of FIGS. 1 and 3 is encircled by drainpipe 17 of FIG. 3 to prevent buoyant hollow ball 13 of FIGS. 1 and 3 from swinging away from the opening 18 of drainpipe 17 of FIG. 3. Numeral 19 Of FIGS. 1 and 3 is handle. Numeral 20 of FIG. 2 is dissection view of handle 19 of FIGS. 1 and 3. Numeral 21 of FIGS. 1 and 3 is top branch of handle 19 of FIGS. 1 and 3. Numeral 22 of FIG. 2 is dissection view of top branch 21 of FIGS. 1 and 3. Numeral 23 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is slot between two top branches 21 of FIGS. 1 and 3. Numeral 24 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 is canal of top branch 21 of FIG. 1. Numeral 25 of FIG. 1 is thumb screw. Thumb screw 25 of FIG. 1 can pass tightly through canal 24 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. Numeral 26 of FIG. 3 is toilet flushing unit. Numeral 27 of FIG. 3 is pushing handle of toilet flushing unit 26 of FIG. 3. Numeral 28 of FIG. 3 is lever of toilet flushing unit 26 of FIG. 3. Slot 23 of FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 can admit easily lever 28 of FIG. 3. After adjusting level of buoyant hollow ball 13 of FIG. 3 at desire level one can fasten top branches 21 of FIG. 3 to lever 28 of FIG. 3 by screwing thumb screw 25 of FIG. 1 into canal 24 of FIGS. 1 and 2 and the existent canal of lever 28. After using toilet user can push down pushing handle 27 of FIG. 3 to flush toilet with water and also can elevate manually pushing handle 27 to descend buoyant hollow ball 13 to close opening 18 of FIG. 3 to stop flushing water. About one quarter of water in toilet water tank is enough to flush human liquid waste. People urinate several times a day and defecate only once a day. Flapper tank ball pendulum 10 of FIGS. 1 and 3 can replace toilet flapper tank ball to save huge amount of water to solve the shortage of water supplies in big cities in the States. When we find that toilet is clogged during flushing toilet water we can lift manually pushing handle 27 of toilet flushing unit 26 to push flapper tank ball pendulum 10 downwards to close the opening 18 of drainpipe 17 to stop flushing water to prevent overflow of toilet
