The present invention relates to a flat knitting machine yarn feeder, in particular to a flat knitting machine yarn feeder with variable yarn feeding positions.
The yarn feeding structure of the current flat knitting machine is unable to change the yarn feeding position after set, which occurs the situation that the position of a plated loop may be wrong since the yarn feeding position is unable to be duly changed according to the knitting conditions in the knitting process.
The main purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem that the yarn feeding position cannot be changed in the knitting process after the yarn feeding structure of the flat knitting machine is set.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a flat knitting machine yarn feeder with variable yarn feeding positions. The flat knitting machine yarn feeder includes a driving mechanism and a yarn feeding mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism is controlled by an electronic signal and includes a driving plate which makes a push stroke after started. The yarn feeding mechanism comprises a joining plate connected with the driving plate and a yarn feeding arm assembled with the joining plate. The joining plate comprises a guide hole. The yarn feeding arm comprises a guide column disposed in the guide hole. The joining plate makes a displacement stroke when the driving plate makes the push stroke. The yarn feeding arm comprises a yarn feeding end facing a needle bed. The guide column changes a position in the guide hole when the joining plate makes the displacement stroke. The yarn feeding arm changes a yarn feeding position of the yarn feeding end relative to the needle bed when the guide column changes the position.
In an embodiment, the guide hole comprises two bevels which are disposed oppositely and contacted with the guide column; the two bevels are positioned in a motion direction of the flat knitting machine yarn feeder, the yarn feeding position is changed when the guide column changes the position of one of the bevels. Further, the guide hole is trapezoidal.
In an embodiment, the driving plate comprises a bump which is disposed at an end and protrudes towards the joining plate; and the joining plate comprises a supporting rail to provide the bump for disposal.
In an embodiment, the yarn feeding mechanism includes a combining element assembled with a yarn feeder guide rod, and the combining element includes a plurality of limiting columns respectively disposed to correspond to the joining plate and the yarn feeding arm to limit the joining plate and the yarn feeding arm to only make one-dimensional motion.
As previously described in the present invention, compared with the prior art, the present invention comprises the following characteristics: the flat knitting machine yarn feeder of the present invention changes the yarn feeding position of the flat knitting machine in the knitting process, so as to reduce the problem that the yarn feeding position may be wrong.
The details and technical contents of the present invention will be described below with reference to drawings.

Moreover, the joining plate 25 comprises a guide hole 251. The guide hole 251 is not a circular hole. In an embodiment, the guide hole 251 comprises two bevels 252 and 253 which are disposed oppositely. The two bevels 252 and 253 are positioned on a motion track of the flat knitting machine yarn feeder 20. Further, the guide hole 251 may be trapezoidal. The yarn feeding arm 26 comprises a guide column 261 disposed in the guide hole 251, wherein the length of the guide column 261 is set to contact with the guide hole 251 of the joining plate 25, at least. Furthermore, the yarn feeding arm 26 comprises a yarn feeding end 262 facing one of the needle beds 11 (or 12).
