DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a flat sanding structure according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body 10, and the body 10 includes a first wood planing zone 12, two supports 11 fixed on two sides of the body 10 respectively, and a second wood planing zone 20 formed between two tops of the two supports 11, wherein the second wood planing zone 20 has two supporting shelves 21 mounted on two inner walls of the two supports 11 respectively and has two parallel grinding wheels 22 arranged between the two supporting shelves 21, wherein each grinding wheel 22 has a sanding belt 221 rolled on a roller 222. A front end of each support 11 is connected with each of two first fixing pieces 42, and a rear end of said each support 11 is coupled with each of two second fixing pieces 32. Said each first fixing piece 42 has a first through orifice 421 formed proximate to a bottom thereof and has two elongated orifices 422 defined adjacent to a top thereof, and a first connecting shaft 43 is inserted between the first through orifice 421 of said each first fixing piece 42 respectively and has a threaded orifice 431 arranged on a central position thereof, a first holder 41 is defined between the two first fixing pieces 42, each of two posts 44 is inserted into two opposite elongated orifices 422 of the two first fixing pieces 42 and is in connection with the first holder 41 on which a first holding plate 40 is fixed, wherein the first holder 41 has a tab 411 extending outwardly from a bottom of a front end thereof and has an elongated hole 412 defined on the tab 411 so as to accommodate a threaded rod 45 which screws with the threaded orifice 431 of the first connecting shaft 43. A second connecting shaft 33 is inserted a second through orifice 321 of said each second fixing piece 32, and a second holder 31 is defined between the two second fixing pieces 32 and is configured to support a second holding plate 30. Furthermore, a third holding plate 23 is fixed between the two parallel grinding wheels 22 and between the two supporting shelves 21.
Referring further to FIGS. 3 to 5, the threaded rod 45 is rotated inward to drive the first holder 41 to move outward, and said each post 44 moves downward along the two opposite elongated orifices 422 of the two first fixing pieces 42 respectively, such that the first holder 41 is driven to move downward by said each post 44. In contrast, the threaded rod 45 is rotated outward to drive the first holder 41 to move inward, and said each post 44 moves upward along the two opposite elongated orifices 422 of the two first fixing pieces 42 respectively, such that the first holder 41 is driven to move upward by said each post 44.
