Claims
- 1. Process for flavoring foodstuffs and delicacies or drinks characterized in that 3,7-dimethyl-octa-2,6-dienyl-mercaptan is incorporated therein in an amount from 10 ppb to 100 ppm of said compositions.
- 2. A cassis flavoring composition containing from 0.05 to 0.5 percent of 3,7-dimethyl-octa-2,6-dienyl-mercaptan.
- 3. A foodstuff, confectionery product or drink containing from 10 ppb - 100 ppm of 3,7-dimethyl-octa-2,6-dienyl-mercaptan.
