Claims
- 1. A process for augmenting or enchancing the aroma or taste of a foodstuff comprising the step of adding to said foodstuff from about 0.001 ppm up to about 250 ppm of a composition of matter which is a mixture of compounds having the structures: ##STR98## with the mole ratio of the compound having the structure: ##STR99## to compound having the structure: ##STR100## varying from about 70:30 up to about 90:10.
- 2. A process for augmenting or enhancing the aroma or taste of a foodstuff comprising the step of adding to said foodstuff from about 0.001 ppm up to about 250 ppm of a composition of matter which is a mixture of compounds having the structures: ##STR101## wherein the mole ratio of compound having the structure: ##STR102## to compound having the structure: ##STR103## is 85:15.
