Claims
- 1. A process for augmenting or enhancing the aroma or taste of a foodstuff comprising the step of adding to said foodstuff from about 0.001 ppm up to about 250 ppm of a mixture of compounds having a fresh lemon, lemon juice like, floral and grapefruit aroma and taste profile at 2 ppm and and having the structures: ##STR54##
