Claims
- 1. A flexible polyurethane foam that is free of a major glass-rubber transition between −100° C. and +25° C.
- 2. A flexible polyurethane foam having an E′−100° C./E′+25° C. ratio of 1.3-15.
- 3. A flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a free rise core density of 4-30 kg/m3.
- 4. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a content of benzene rings of 30 to 70% by weight based on total weight of the foam.
- 5. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a sag factor of 4.5-10.
- 6. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a Young's storage modulus at 25° C. of 10-200 kPa.
- 7. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a ball rebound of at least 50%.
- 8. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a ball rebound of 55-85%.
- 9. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a CLD hysteresis below 45%.
- 10. Flexible foam according to claim 1, the foam having a free rise core density of 4-30 kg/m3, a content of benzene rings of 30 to 70% by weight based on total weight of the foam, a sag factor of 4.5-10, a Young's storage modulus at 25° C. of 10-200 kPa, a ball rebound of 55-85% and a CLD hysteresis below 45%.
- 11. A flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a free rise core density of 4-30 kg/m3.
- 12. Flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a content of benzene rings of 30 to 70% by weight based on total weight of the foam.
- 13. Flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a sag factor of 4.5-10.
- 14. Flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a Young's storage modulus at 25° C. of 10-200 kPa.
- 15. Flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a ball rebound of at least 50%.
- 16. Flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a ball rebound of 55-85%.
- 17. Flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a CLD hysteresis below 45%.
- 18. A flexible foam according to claim 2, the foam having a free rise core density of 4-30 kg/m3 a content of benzene rings of 30 to 70% by weight based on total weight of the foam, a sag factor of 4.5-10, a Young's storage modulus at 25° C. of 10-200 kPa, a ball rebound of 55-85% and a CLD hysteresis below 45%.
