The broken lines shown in the drawings are for the purpose of illustrating part of the flip lid bin and form no part of the claimed design. A rear elevational view of the flip lid bin is not shown because it is a mirror image of the front elevational view of the flip lid bin that is shown in FIG. 5. A right side elevational view of the flip lid bin is not shown because it is a mirror image of the left side elevational view of the flip lid bin that is shown in FIG. 6.
