DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, the present invention discloses a flip-type photo frame, which includes:

a frame body 1, where the whole frame body 1 is square, an insert cavity 11 for arranging a photo is arranged in the frame body 1, a front side of the insert cavity 11 is a display side, and an upper side of the insert cavity 11 is provided with a mounting opening 111 for allowing the photo to enter the insert cavity 11;

an opening—and—closing flip cover 2, where the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is turnably arranged on the frame body 1 and forms a closing position 91 and an opening position 92 through turning, the closing position 91 and the opening position 92 are located on a turning track of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2, so that the mounting opening 111 is in a closed state or an opened state, and the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is provided with a positioning sticking portion 21; and an elastic positioning part 3, where the elastic positioning part 3 is arranged on the frame body 1, and the elastic positioning part 3 is provided with a closing positioning portion 31 and an opening positioning portion 32.

When the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the closing position 91, the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 closes the mounting opening 111, and the positioning sticking portion 21 cooperates with the closing positioning portions 31 to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from being turned toward the opening position 92.

When the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the opening position 92, the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is far away from the mounting opening 111, so that the mounting opening 111 is opened, and the positioning sticking portion 21 cooperates with the opening positioning portions 32 to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from being turned toward the closing position 91.

Therefore, the present invention has the following advantages: 1. When a photo, a picture or the like needs to be taken out and put inside, the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is driven to be turned, so that the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is turned from the closing position 91 to the opening position 92 to open the mounting opening 111, and the photo, the picture or the like can then be put into or taken out of the insert cavity 11 through the mounting opening 111; and after the photo, the picture or the like has been taken out or put inside, the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is turned again, so that the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is turned from the opening position 92 to the closing position 91 to close the mounting opening 111, thereby ensuring that the photo, the picture or the like can be stably placed in the insert cavity 11 and displayed through the display side, and making operation more convenient. 2. The cooperation between the positioning sticking portion 21 and the elastic positioning portions 3 ensures that the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 can be stabilized at the closing position 91 under the action of the closing positioning portions 31 to close the mounting opening 111, so that the mounting opening 111 can be prevented from being arbitrarily opened to cause the photo or the picture to fall out, and that the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 can be stabilized at the opening position 92 under the action of the opening positioning portions 32 to open the mounting opening 111, so that the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 can be prevented from being arbitrarily turned to interfere with the photo, the picture or the like being taking out or put inside.

Preferably, the elastic positioning part 3 in this embodiment is arc-shaped, and is arched upwards to act on the positioning sticking portion 21, and the frame body 1 is provided with a first positioning portion 12 and a second positioning portion 13.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the closing position 91, the closing positioning portion 31 is restored to generate a backward and upward force acting on the positioning sticking portion 21, so that a front side of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is driven to turn downwards, and the opening-closing flip cover 2 downwardly abuts against the first positioning portion 12 for positioning.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the opening position 92, the opening positioning portions 32 is restored to generate a forward and upward force acting on the positioning sticking portion 21, so that the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is driven to turn backwards, and backwardly abuts against the second positioning portion 13 for positioning.

The above structure makes the structure of the elastic positioning part 3 simpler, and has a good guiding and positioning function to ensure the stability of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 for closing or opening the mounting opening 111.

In other embodiments, the elastic positioning part 3 may be V-shaped or U-shaped. The principle is the same as that of the arc.

Specifically, a forward first mounting portion 14 is arranged on a rear side over the frame body 1 in this embodiment, the second positioning portion 13 is arranged on the first mounting portion 14, and a front end of the first mounting portion 14 is provided with a limiting strip 141 projecting downwards. A rear side of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is provided with a rotary connecting portion 20, and the rotary connecting portion 20 and the limiting strip 141 form a detachable turning connection. The elastic positioning part 3 is arranged under the rotary connecting portion 20 to apply an outward elastic restoring force on the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 in a radial direction of the arc or an inclined direction.

Specifically, the rotary connecting portion 20 is composed of a positioning sticking portion 21 and a second mounting portion 22. The positioning sticking portion 21 is located at an outer end of the second mounting portion 22. The second mounting portion 22 is provided with a first limiting portion 221, a second limiting portion 222, and a first fastening cavity 223 formed between the first limiting portion 221 and the second limiting portion 222. The first fastening cavity 223 is open upwards. The interior of the first limiting portion 221 is provided with a second fastening cavity 224 which communicates with the first fastening cavity 223. The first fastening cavity 223 and the second fastening cavity 224 are configured for the insertion fitting with the limiting strip 141.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the closing position 91, the opening of the first fastening cavity 223 faces upwards, the limiting strip 141 is downwardly inserted into the first fastening cavity 223, and the closing positioning portion 31 is restored to generate a backward and upward force acting on the positioning sticking portion 21, so that the first limiting portion 221 is driven to upwardly abut against the first mounting portion 14 to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from being upwardly turned and the second limiting portion 222 is driven to backwardly abut against the limiting strip 141 to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from being backwardly turned, to downwardly press the second mounting portion 22. Although the limiting strip 141 will get out of the first fastening cavity 223, after the acting force is removed, the second mounting portion 22 will be quickly upwardly matched with the first mounting portion 14 and pull the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 forwards under its own restoration and the restoration of the closing positioning portions 31, and is limited under the action of the first limiting portion 221 and the limiting strip 141, thereby ensuring the stability of positioning.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the opening position 92, the opening of the first fastening cavity 223 faces backwards, the limiting strip 141 is gradually downwardly inserted into the second fastening cavity 224 in the process of turning the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from front to top, the opening positioning portions 32 is restored to generate a forward and upward force acting on the positioning sticking portion 21 to drive the first limiting portion 221 to turn forward and upward, so that the limiting strip 141 is downwardly inserted deep into the second fastening cavity 224, a rear wall of the second fastening cavity 224 abuts against the limiting strip 141, and the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 backwardly abuts against the second positioning portion 13, to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from being turned, so as to ensure the stability of positioning.

In addition, in=this embodiment, a side that is of the first limiting portion 221 and that is away from the second limiting portion 222 is provided with a mounting guide slope 225. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 and the frame body 1 are in a separated state shown in FIG. 5, the first mounting portion 14 and the second mounting portion 22 of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 located at the closing position 91 are close to each other. At least one of the first mounting portion 14, the second mounting portion 22 and the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is deformed by the mounting guide slope 225, so that the limiting strip 141 gets across the first limiting portion 221 to enter the first fastening cavity 223, and the positioning sticking portion 21 goes backwards from the opening positioning portions 32 to the closing positioning portions 31, and then under the action of the deformed first mounting portion 14, the second mounting portion 22 and the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 and the effect of the restoration of the closing positioning portions 31, the limiting strip 141 is inserted into the first fastening cavity 223 to complete mounting shown in FIG. 3, so mounting is convenient.

In other embodiments, the mounting guide slope 225 is arranged on at a side that is of the second limiting portion 222 and that faces the second limiting portion 222, and can guide the limiting strip 141 to get across the first limiting portion 221 to enter the first fastening cavity 223 when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is mounted relative to the frame body 1.

In addition, an arc-shaped dismounting guide slope 142 is arranged over a front side of the first mounting portion 14 in this embodiment, and the frame body 1 is provided with a dismounting position 93, which is located on the turning track of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2. Specifically, the limiting strip 141 and the first mounting portion 14 are arranged at an angle of 90°, an included angle between the dismounting position 93 and the opening position 92 is about 30°, so that an opening direction of the first fastening cavity 223 and the limiting strip 141 are at an angle of 105° to 135° when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the dismounting position 93, and therefore, an obliquely downward force can be applied to detach the rotary connecting portion 20 from the limiting strip 141. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the dismounting position 93, the limiting strip 141 is inserted in the second fastening cavity 224, the positioning sticking portion 21 is matched with the opening positioning portions 32, the dismounting guide slope 142 is located on the turning track along which the second limiting portion 222 slides downwards, and therefore, the limiting strip 141 can upwardly get out of the second fastening cavity 224 in a direction away from the opening positioning portions 32 by pressing the opening—and—closing flip cover 2; and the dismounting guide slope 142 then abuts against the second limiting portion 222, so that the limiting strip 141 can be gradually guided along the dismounting guide slope 142 or in a sliding or rotating manner to get out of the first fastening cavity 223 to complete the disassembly of the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 and the frame body 1, so dismounting is more convenient.

Preferably, when the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is located at the opening position 92, the first mounting portion 14 is located below the second limiting portion 222 to limit the opening—and—closing flip cover 2 from being pressed downwards at the opening position 92 to cause the limiting strip 141 to downwardly get out of the second fastening cavity 224, so as to more stably ensure the cooperation between the limiting strip 141 and the second fastening cavity 224, thus preventing the first mounting portion 14 from being separated from the second mounting portion 22.

Preferably, the frame body 1 in this embodiment includes four assembly rods 15 to be assembled into a square. A rear side of each assembly rod 15 is provided with an assembly slot 151, a rear side of each assembly slot 151 and both sides in a length direction of the corresponding assembly rod 15 defines an opening, and a connecting component 4 is arranged between adjacent assembly rods 15 to fixedly connect the corresponding two assembly rods 15.

Therefore, the structural design of the multi-rod assembly type frame body 1 is less difficult, and the production cost is reduced.

Specifically, each connecting component 4 includes a pressure-bearing plate 41, a screw joint plate 42, and a screw joint bolts\ 43. Both the pressure-bearing plate 41 and the screw joint plate 42 are L-shaped so as to be inserted into the corresponding two assembly slots 151 respectively, and the pressure-bearing plate 41 is located at a front side of the corresponding screw joint plate 42. Each screw joint plate 42 is provided with screw joint holes 421, and each screw joint bolt 43 is in threaded fit to the corresponding screw joint hole 421 and abuts against the corresponding pressure-bearing plate 41, so that the pressure-bearing plate 41 forwardly abuts against a front wall of each corresponding assembly slot 151 and the screw joint plate 42 backwardly abuts against a rear wall of each corresponding assembly slot 151.

Therefore, after the pressure-bearing plate 41 and the screw joint plate are separately pressed in the assembly slot 151 by the screw joint bolts 43, the other assembly rod 15 can be relatively fixed under a condition that the pressure-bearing plate 41/screwing plate and any assembly rod 15 are fixed due to the L-shaped structure. Therefore, the connecting structure is simpler, the requirement on alignment accuracy is low, and holes, the accuracy of which is required, are not required to be made in the assembly rods 15.

Preferably, a number of screw joint bolts 43 corresponding to each connecting component 4 in this embodiment is two and a number of screw joint holes 421 in each screw joint plate is two, so that the pressure-bearing plate 41 and the screw joint plate can be tightened by the two screw joint bolts, that is, any screw joint bolt can be screwed down to ensure the stable connection of two assembly rods 15, thus increasing the stability of connection.

Preferably, both L-shaped ends of each pressure-bearing plate 41 and each screw joint plate 42 in this embodiment are provided with guide angles 44 respectively, so that the pressure-bearing plate 41 and the screw joint plate 42 can be more smoothly inserted into the assembly slot 151.

Specifically, the four assembly rods 15 in this embodiment are one opening rod 152 at the upper side, and peripheral rod 153s on left, right and lower sides respectively. The opening—and—closing flip cover 2 is arranged on the opening rod 152. The insert cavity 11 includes accommodating slots 112 arranged in the peripheral rods 153, and each accommodating slot 112 is open inwards along the frame body 1 and at both ends in a length direction of the corresponding peripheral rod 153. A first protective plate 51 and a second protective plate 52 located behind the first protective plate 51 are arranged in the insert cavity 11. The first protective plate 51 is transparent, and both the first protective plate 51 and the second protective plate 52 are inserted into each accommodating slot 112.

Preferably, a mounting cavity 1521 is arranged in the opening rod 152 in this embodiment, and the mounting cavity 15 is open upwards, leftwards and rightwards, and the elastic positioning part 3 is arranged in the mounting cavity 1521. The interior of the mounting cavity 1521 is provided with retaining portions 1522 respectively at a front side and rear side of the elastic positioning part 3 to limit the front and rear of the elastic positioning part 3. The first mounting portion 14 is arranged at a rear side over the mounting cavity 1521 and located over the elastic positioning parts 3 to limit the elastic positioning parts 3 from getting out of the mounting cavity 1521.

Embodiment 2

A main structure of a flip-type photo frame is the same as that in Embodiment 1, except that a mounting opening 111 is arranged on one of a left side and right side of the frame body 1; or

a number of mounting openings 111 is two, and the mounting openings 111 may be arranged on the left side and right side of the frame body 1 respectively; or

a number of the mounting openings 111 is three, and the mounting openings 111 may be arranged on the left side, right side and upper side of the frame body 1 respectively.
