Claims
- 1. A bag assembly for storing fluids including at least two communicatively connected bag members comprising: means for cooperating with a liquid purification system, including, first and second placket members, each of which is sized and shaped to provide a portion of the enclosing walls of at least two bag members having at least one fluid inlet and outlet passage and a communicating passage therebetween, said plackets being positioned in joined relation; and, a common seam along the surrounding edges thereof to provide said bag assembly.
- 2. The bag assembly of claim 1, said placket members being of a thin flexible sheet of polyester material and said common seam being fused.
- 3. The bag assembly of claim 1, said placket members being of mirror-image and positioned in facing relation.
- 4. A method of forming a bag member assembly comprising: providing means for cooperating with a liquid purification system, by, forming two side placket members sized and geometrically configured to be joined along a common continuous seam to provide at least two bags joined by a connecting passage with at least one fluid inlet and outlet passage therein; and, joining said placket members together along said common continuous seam.
- 5. The method of forming a bag member assembly of claim 4, said placket members being of identical size and shape to be placed in mirror-image relation and joined along the surrounding peripheral seam.
- 6. The method of forming a bag member assembly of claim 4, said placket members being of thin polyester sheet material.
- 7. A method of forming a bag member assembly for a storage receptacle having preselectively-sized small and large compartments comprising: providing means for cooperating with a liquid purification system, by, forming two side placket members from polyester sheet material, each identically sized to provide one appropriately-sized side of a small bag member, one appropriately-sized side of a large bag member and one appropriately-sized side of a communication passage therebetween; placing said placket members in facing mirror-image relation; and, fusing together the surrounding facing peripheral edges to form said bag assembly with at least one fluid inlet and outlet passage therein for said storage receptacle.
