Abstract
A foam generating bathing brush, comprising a brush head and a brush handle, wherein the brush head is detachably connected to the brush handle, the brush head further comprising a brush body and a sponge; wherein the brush body is provided with a plurality of bristles and an accommodation portion, and a side wall of the bristles is provided with a plurality of circulation holes which functions as channels to the accommodation portion, wherein the sponge is disposed in the accommodating portion, wherein foams can be generated by the sponges and flows to the plurality of bristles through the circulation holes.
Description
FIELD OF INVENTION

The present invention relates to a bathing brush, more specifically to a foam generating bath brush.


BACKGROUND

Conventional bathing brushes are widely used by consumers. Those brushes help users to better cleaning their body parts during bath and shower. They can also function as a massaging tool for the users. Typically shower gel and other bathing products are applied during the use of the bathing brushes to help lubricate and cleaning the skin. However, there is a need to design the brushes in a way to generate significantly more foams and to increase auxiliary lubrication.


SUMMARY

The present invention is directed to a foam generating bathing brush, comprising a brush head and a brush handle, wherein the brush head is detachably connected to the brush handle, wherein the brush head further comprises a brush body and a sponge; wherein the brush body is provided with a plurality of bristles and an accommodation portion, and a side wall of the bristles is provided with a plurality of circulation holes which functions as channels to the accommodation portion, wherein the sponge is disposed in the accommodating portion, wherein foams can be generated by the sponges and flows to the plurality of bristles through the circulation holes.


In one embodiment, the bristles are formed from silica gel, the brush body is of a hollow structure, a side edge of the brush body is provided with an opening for inserting the sponge body into the accommodating portion.


In another embodiment, the brush head further comprises a connecting piece detachably connected to one side of the brush body opposite to the bristles; the connecting piece is capable of detachably connecting the brush body to the brush handle; the brush body is a made of a soft material; and the connector is made of a hard material.


In another embodiment, the connecting piece further comprising a clamping body, and a connecting portion extending in the direction away from the brush body on the clamping body, wherein the brush body is provided with an engaging portion for the clamping body, wherein the handle is detachably connected to the brush head through the connecting piece.


The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 6, wherein the engaging portion further comprising an annular clamping ring, and a clamping groove formed below the annual clamping ring, and wherein the clamping groove corresponds to the clamping body enables the connecting piece to be detachably connected to the brush body. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 6, wherein the brush handle further comprising a connecting buckle capable of detachably connecting to the connecting portion.


The foam generating bathing brush according to any one of claims 6, wherein the connecting portion is connected to one end of the handle, and the handle extends in a direction away from the opening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

This description of the exemplary embodiments is intended to be read in connection with the accompanying drawings, which are to be considered part of the 20 entire written description. In the description, relative terms such as “lower,” “upper,” “horizontal,” “vertical,”, “above,” “below,” “up,” “down,” “top” and “bottom” as well as derivative thereof (e.g., “horizontally,” “downwardly,” “upwardly,” etc.) should be construed to refer to the orientation as then described or as shown in the drawing under discussion. Reference will now be made in detail to the presently preferred embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout.


Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a foam generating bathing brush can comprise a brush head (1) and a brush handle, wherein the brush head is detachably connected to the brush handle, wherein the brush head can further comprise a brush body (11) and a sponge (12); wherein the brush body (11) is provided with a plurality of bristles (13) and an accommodation portion (14). The bristles (13) are placed or formed on a side wall of the brush body, wherein the same side wall is provided with a plurality of circulation holes (15) which functions as channels to the accommodation portion. Those circulation holes are strategically placed among the bristles. The accommodation portion can have a hollow enclosure in the middle. The sponge (12) is disposed inside the accommodating portion (14) in the hollow enclosure. Foams can be generated by soaking the sponge with water and body wash products. The foams generated can flow to the plurality of bristles through the circulation holes from the sponge. The bristles (13) can be made from materials such as silica gel, rubbers or other elastic materials that can effectively providing a good bathing or scrubbing experience for the users.


Referring to FIG. 3, the brush body (11) can be a hollow structure, wherein a side edge of the brush body (11) is provided with an opening (16) for inserting the sponge body (12) into the accommodating portion (14). The brush body (11) can be made elastically so the opening can be expanded to allow a larger sponge to be inserted and the opening can then return to its smaller, natural position to prevent the sponge from slipping out of the opening.


Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, brush head (1) can further comprise a connecting piece (17) detachably connect to one side of the brush body (11) opposite to the bristles (13). The connecting piece (17) is capable of detachably connecting the brush body (11) to the brush handle by functioning as a connector. One side the connecting piece is connected to the brush body and the opposed side of the connecting piece is connected to the brush handle.


In one embodiment, the brush body (11) is a made of a soft material and the connector (17) is made of a relatively more rigid material. For example, the brush body can be made of silicone and the brush handle can be made of plastic. For another example, the brush body can be made of soft silicone and the brush handle can be made of a hard silicone. The basic principle is that the handle should be made of a material that is more rigid than the brush body. So, the brush handle can effectively drive the brush body without deforming significantly.


Referring to FIG. 4, the connecting piece (17) can further comprise a clamping body (171), and a connecting portion (172). In some embodiment as shown in the figures, the clamping body and the connecting portion can be extending in the direction away from the brush body (11). The brush body (11) can be provided with an engaging portion (18) corresponding to the connecting piece (17). When the engaging portion (18) is engaged with the connecting piece (17), the brush handle (2) is therefore detachably connected to the brush head.


In this embodiment, the engaging portion (18) can be a circular shape and further comprise an annular clamping ring (181), and a clamping groove (182). The clamping groove is formed below the annual clamping ring (181). The clamping groove (182) corresponds to the clamping body (171). The clamping body can also be in circular shape and nestles inside the clamping groove when they are engaged with each other, enabling the connecting piece to be detachably connected to the brush body.


In this embodiment, the brush handle (2) further comprising a connecting buckle (21) capable of detachably connecting to the connecting portion (172). The connecting buckle (21) corresponds to the connecting portion (172). When the connecting buckle is engaged with the connection portion, the brush head is detachably connected to the brush handle.


Although the invention has been described in conjunction with specific embodiments thereof, it is evident that many alternatives, modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variations that fall within the broad scope of the following claims.


Other embodiments of the invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the invention disclosed herein. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the invention being indicated by the following claims.

Claims
  • 1. A foam generating bathing brush, comprising a brush head (1) and a brush handle, wherein the brush head is detachably connected to the brush handle, wherein the brush head further comprising a brush body (11) and a sponge (12); wherein the brush body (11) is provided with a plurality of bristles (13) and an accommodation portion (14), wherein a plurality of circulation holes (15) is provided adjacent to the plurality of bristles which functions as channels to the accommodation portion, wherein the sponge (12) is disposed inside the accommodating portion (14), wherein the sponge is capable of generating foams, wherein the plurality of circulation holes is capable of delivering the foams from the sponges to the plurality of bristles.
  • 2. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 1, wherein the bristles (13) are made of silicone.
  • 3. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 1, wherein the accommodation portion (14) is a hollow structure, wherein a side edge of the brush body (11) is provided with an opening (16) for inserting the sponge (12) into the accommodating portion (14).
  • 4. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 3, wherein the brush head (1) further comprising a connecting piece (17) detachably connected to one side of the brush body (11) opposite to the bristles (13), wherein the connecting piece (17) is capable of detachably connecting the brush body (11) to the brush handle.
  • 5. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 4, wherein the connecting piece (17) is made of a material relatively more rigid than the brush body.
  • 6. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 4, wherein the connecting piece (17) further comprising a clamping body (171), and a connecting portion (172), wherein the handle (2) is detachably connected to the brush head through the connecting piece (17).
  • 7. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 6, wherein the engaging portion (18) further comprising an annular clamping ring (181), and a clamping groove (182) formed below the annual clamping ring (181), and wherein the clamping groove (182) corresponds to the clamping body (171) enables the connecting piece to be detachably connected to the brush body.
  • 8. The foam generating bathing brush according to claim 6, wherein the brush handle (2) further comprising a connecting buckle (21) capable of detachably connecting to the connecting portion (172).
  • 9. The foam generating bathing brush according to any one of claims 6, wherein the connecting portion (172) is connected to one end of the handle (2), and the handle (2) extends in a direction away from the opening (16).
