The present invention relates to an electric bed and, more particularly, to a foldable bottom bed structure of an electric bed.
A conventional electric bed comprises a bottom bed structure that has a large volume and cannot be detached, thereby causing inconvenience to the user during storage, packaging and transportation of the electric bed. Another conventional electric bed comprises a bottom bed structure which includes a front bed bottom and a rear bed bottom. The front bed bottom is provided with a concave portion, and the rear bed bottom is provided with a convex portion inserted into the concave portion of the front bed bottom. Thus, when the convex portion the rear bed bottom is detached from the concave portion of the front bed bottom, the rear bed bottom is removed from of the front bed bottom, such that the bottom bed structure is disassembled to facilitate storage, packaging and transportation of the electric bed. However, the bottom bed structure includes an electric cylinder and a linkage located under the front bed bottom and the rear bed bottom respectively, such that the bottom bed structure is not assembled easily.
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a bottom bed structure that is folded easily and quickly.
In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a bottom bed structure comprising a front bed bottom, a rear bed bottom, two hinge mechanisms, and a plurality of stands. The front bed bottom includes a first frame and a first board. The first frame of the front bed bottom is provided with two first screw holes, two first mounting seats, and a second mounting seat. The rear bed bottom includes a second frame and a second board. The second frame of the rear bed bottom is provided with two second screw holes, two third mounting seats, and a fourth mounting seat. Each of the two hinge mechanisms includes a pivot bracket and two bolts. The pivot bracket of each of the two hinge mechanisms is provided with two third screw holes formed in two ends thereof. Each of the stands is provided with a fastening bolt. In assembly, the pivot bracket of each of the two hinge mechanisms is located between the first frame of the front bed bottom and the second frame of the rear bed bottom. Then, the two bolts of each of the two hinge mechanisms extend through the two third screw holes of the pivot bracket, the two first screw holes of the first frame, and the second screw holes of the second frame respectively. Then, the stands are screwed onto the two first mounting seats, the second mounting seat, the two third mounting seats, and the fourth mounting seat after the front bed bottom and the second frame of the rear bed bottom are expanded.
According to the primary advantage of the present invention, the front bed bottom is pivoted to overlap the rear bed bottom, such that the bottom bed structure is folded, to reduce the whole volume, thereby facilitating storage, packaging and transportation of the bottom bed structure, and thereby decreasing the cost of packaging.
According to another advantage of the present invention, the bottom bed structure is expanded and folded easily and quickly, such that the user expands and folds the bottom bed structure conveniently.
Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to the drawings and initially to
The front bed bottom 10 includes a first frame 100 and a first board 101. The first frame 100 of the front bed bottom 10 is provided with two first screw holes 1000, two first mounting seats 1001, and a second mounting seat 1002. The rear bed bottom 11 includes a second frame 110 and a second board 111. The second frame 110 of the rear bed bottom 11 is provided with two second screw holes 1100, two third mounting seats 1101, and a fourth mounting seat 1102. The fourth mounting seat 1102 of the second frame 110 is located opposite to the second mounting seat 1002 of the first frame 100 to enhance the stability of the bottom bed structure 1. Each of the two hinge mechanisms 12 includes a pivot bracket 120 and two bolts 121. The pivot bracket 120 of each of the two hinge mechanisms 12 is provided with two third screw holes 1200 formed in two ends thereof. Each of the stands 13 is provided with a fastening bolt.
In assembly, the front bed bottom 10 and the rear bed bottom 11 are juxtaposed to each other. Then, the pivot bracket 120 of each of the two hinge mechanisms 12 is located between the first frame 100 of the front bed bottom 10 and the second frame 110 of the rear bed bottom 11. Then, the two bolts 121 of each of the two hinge mechanisms 12 extend through the two third screw holes 1200 of the pivot bracket 120, the two first screw holes 1000 of the first frame 100, and the second screw holes 1100 of the second frame 110 respectively, such that the pivot bracket 120 of each of the two hinge mechanisms 12 is pivotally connected with the first frame 100 of the front bed bottom 10 and the second frame 110 of the rear bed bottom 11 respectively. Then, the stands 13 are screwed onto the two first mounting seats 1001, the second mounting seat 1002, the two third mounting seats 1101, and the fourth mounting seat 1102 by the fastening bolts.

Accordingly, the front bed bottom 10 is pivoted to overlap the rear bed bottom 11, such that the bottom bed structure 1 is folded, to reduce the whole volume, thereby facilitating storage, packaging and transportation of the bottom bed structure 1, and thereby decreasing the cost of packaging. In addition, the bottom bed structure 1 is expanded and folded easily and quickly, such that the user expands and folds the bottom bed structure 1 conveniently.
