Abstract

A foldable pentagram adornment includes a rotating shaft tube, a plurality of triangular supporting frames are provided in the rotating shaft tube, and five triangular supporting frames configure a pentagonal shape; a decoration canopy is provided to an outer side of the triangular supporting frames, a stretching opening is provided on the decoration canopy, a folding line is provided in a central part of each of the triangular supporting frames and between neighboring triangular supporting frames; a stretching opening is provided on a central folding line in a triangular supporting frame, and a chain is provided in the stretching opening. The foldable pentagram adornment provided by the present invention, is of a reasonable structural design, remains stable when subject to pressure, and when the stretching opening is closed, five points are supported by the triangular supporting frames.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to adornment technical field, specifically a foldable pentagram adornment.

BACKGROUND ART

Adornments are articles that serve to modify and decorate, such as contouring profiles and sculpture ornaments in a fitment effect drawing; and sometimes some supplementary items are decorated on body or article surfaces to appear to be more beautiful. Adornments are enhancing and setting off others. At the very beginning, adornments are only for wrapping purposes, and with the development of life standards and human creativity, adornments become to a great extent modifying elements, which yield a variety of adornments, such as crystals, jewelries, decorations, and natural topaz. Adornments are used to decorate and wear, and some adornments have function such as being fragrant, cleaning and beautifying, good decorations make a wearer look radiant and comfortable, more and more decoration boutiques focus on decoration market, and decorations are indispensable in home decoration, birthday gifts, friend parties and love relationships.

Existing pentagram adornments are not portable, and it is not possible to support the adornments from one side, which adversely affects decoration effects.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a foldable pentagram adornment, to address technical problems existing in the prior arts, namely, adornments are not portable, and it is not possible to support from one side, which adversely affects decoration effects.

To realize the above mentioned purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical plan: a foldable pentagram adornment, comprises a rotating shaft tube and a plurality of triangular supporting frames provided to an outer side of the rotating shaft tube, and five triangular supporting frames form a pentagonal shape, a decoration canopy is provided in the triangular supporting frames, and a folding line is provided in a middle of each of the triangular supporting frames and between neighboring triangular supporting frames. Furthermore, a stretching opening is provided on a folding line in the middle of a triangular supporting frame and a chain is provided in the stretching opening.

Further still, a first magnetic sheet and a second magnetic sheet are provided respectively on the decoration canopy in both sides of the stretching opening, and the first magnet sheet and the second magnetic sheet are of different magnets.

Further still, a light band is wound on an outer end portion of the plurality of triangular supporting frames, and a button cell and a switch are provided on a side of the light band.

Still further, a sling is provided on a corner of a triangular supporting frame. Compared with the prior arts, the present invention exhibits the following beneficial effects:

• 1. By providing a plurality of triangular supporting frames to an outer side of the rotating shaft tube, configuring five triangular supporting frames to be a pentagonal shape, providing a decoration canopy in the triangular supporting frames, a stretching opening in a central folding lines of a triangular supporting frame and a chain inside the stretching opening, when the stretching opening is closed, five points are supported by the triangular supporting frames with the decoration canopy fully extended, and when the stretching opening is open, the entire structure can be closed and folded, which saves space, eases transportation and carriage, shows reasonable design and remains stable when subject to pressure.
• 2. A light band is provided on an outer side of the triangular supporting frames, and a button cell and a switch are provided to a side of the light band, which enhances adornment beauty.

To show purposes, technical designs and advantages of the present invention more clearly, a clear and full description will be given to the technical plan in embodiments of the present invention in conjunction with accompanying drawings, apparently, embodiments described here are only several embodiments of the present invention, rather than all. Based on embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments that one of ordinary skill in the art can obtain without involving creative work fall within protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, a detailed description of embodiments of the present invention provided in the drawings are not intended to limit scope of the present invention claimed, and are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention.

As is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a foldable pentagram adornment, comprising a rotating shaft tube 1, a plurality of triangular supporting frames to an outer side of the rotating shaft tube 1, one end of each of the triangular supporting frames 2 is rotatable in the rotating shaft tube 1, five triangular supporting frames form a pentagonal shape; wherein the triangular supporting frames can be made of steel wires; a decoration canopy 3 is provided in the triangular supporting frames 2, a folding line 6 is provided in a middle of each of the triangular supporting frames 2 and between neighboring triangular supporting frames 2, a stretching opening 4 is provided in a folding line 6 in the middle of a triangular supporting frame, and a chain is provided in the stretching opening 4, consequently, when the stretching opening 4 is closed, five points are supported by the triangular supporting frame 2 with the entire decoration canopy 3 fully stretched, and when the stretching opening 4 is open, the entire structure can be closed and folded to save space, ease transportation and carriage; and the rotating shaft tube 1 can be made of a plastic tube.

Preferably, a first magnetic sheet 7 and a second magnetic sheet 8 are respectively provided on the decoration canopy 3 in both sides of the stretching opening 4, and the first magnetic sheet 7 and the second magnetic sheet 8 are of different magnets, to fix the folded decoration canopy with the two magnetic sheets.

Preferably, a light band 9 is provided on an outer end portion of the plurality of triangular supporting frames 2 and a button cell and a switch is provided on a side of the light band 9, to amplify adornment beauty.

Preferably, a sling 5 is provided to a corner of a triangular supporting frame 2.

Working principle and usage flow of the present invention: by providing a plurality of triangular supporting frame 2 to an outer side of the rotating shaft tube 1, a pentagonal shape is formed by five triangular supporting frames 2, a decoration canopy 3 is provided in the triangular supporting frames, a stretching opening 4 is provided in a central folding line 6 of a triangular supporting frame 2, when the stretching opening 4 is closed, the triangular supporting frames 2 support five points, to have the decoration canopy fully extended; when the stretching opening 4 is open, the entire structure is closed and folded to save space, ease transportation and carriage, shows reasonable structural design and remains stable when subject to pressure, and by providing a light band 9 to the outer side of a triangular supporting frame 2, decoration beauty is improved.

Finally, it shall be noted that, the above described is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, although a thorough description has been given to the present invention with reference to the above mentioned embodiment, it is still possible for one of ordinary skill in the art to modify the technical design shown in the embodiment, and make equivalent replacement to some technical features. All modifications, equivalent replacement and improvements done within spirit and scope of the present invention fall into protection scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A foldable pentagram adornment, comprising a rotating shaft tube (1) and a plurality of triangular supporting frames (2) provided to an outer side of the rotating shaft tube (1), characterized in that: five triangular supporting frames (2) form a pentagonal shape, a decoration canopy (3) is provided in the plurality of triangular supporting frames (2), and a folding line (6) is provided in a central part of each of the plurality of triangular supporting frames (2) and between neighboring triangular supporting frames (2).

2. The foldable pentagram adornment according to claim 1, characterized in that, a stretching opening (4) is provided on a central folding line (6) provided in one of the plurality of triangular supporting frames (2), and a chain is provided in the stretching opening (4).

The foldable pentagram adornment according to claim 2, characterized in that, a first magnetic sheet (7) and a second magnetic sheet (8) are respectively provided on the decoration canopy (3) to both sides of the stretching opening (4), and the first magnetic sheet (7) and the second magnetic sheet (8) are different in polarity.

4. The foldable pentagram adornment according to claim 1, characterized in that, a light band (9) is wound on an outer portion of the plurality of triangular supporting frames (2), a button cell and a switch are provided to a side of the light band (9).

5. The foldable pentagram adornment according to claim 1, characterized in that, a sling (5) is provided in a corner of one of the plurality of triangular supporting frame (2).
