Description
BACKGROUND

The present invention relates to a foldable table tennis table capable of securing a bottom space, and more specifically, a foldable table tennis table capable of securing a bottom space in which left and right folding means are located on the bottom of the left and right table tennis tables positioned facing each other, and the left and right table tennis tables can be folded and unfolded smoothly through the link means and the right link means which are connected alternately with the left and right folding means, and when viewed from a side view, one end of the left link means is connected to the lower part of the vertical leg located on the left, and the other end of the left link means is connected to the right folding means located on the bottom of the right table tennis table, and on the contrary, one end of the right link means is connected to the bottom of the vertical leg located on the right, and the other end of the right link means is located on the bottom of the left table tennis table. In the state that the left and right table tennis tables are unfolded, the left link means and the right link means are connected diagonally in a “custom-character” shape to secure enough space on the bottom of the table tennis table, so that it can also be used as an office or a conference table as another usage.

A table tennis table refers to a device that is installed outdoors or indoors to enjoy table tennis.

However, the conventional table tennis table consists of two separate tables and has to be separately assembled each time when it is opened and folded, so there is an inconvenient problem. In addition, there is a problem in that it is difficult to raise and lower a heavy table when unfolding and folding.

Thus, a folding table tennis table as shown in FIG. 9 appeared.

By the way, when the folding table tennis table of FIG. 9 is folded, both table tennis tables do not come into close contact and there is a slight gap L. In addition, the legs (especially vertical legs) f1, f2, f3, and f4 at the bottoms of both table tennis tables are not in close contact with the bottom of the table tennis table, but are kept at a predetermined angle to the outside. Accordingly, when the folding table tennis table as shown in FIG. 1 is to be stored, it is usually stored in a folded state, and in this case, it occupies a large area. In particular, in the case of storing several foldable table tennis tables, the table tennis table cannot be kept in close contact with each other, so a large storage area is required.

In addition, in the conventional folding table tennis table, a plurality of link means are complicatedly installed on the bottom of the table tennis table so that the space on the bottom cannot be used separately.

left third link means 52 connected to each end of the left first and second link means 51 and 53;

right first and second link means 54 and 56 installed in parallel with one end connected to each of the first folding means and the third folding means and the other end facing the lower ends of the third and fourth vertical pillars 43 and 44; and

a right third link means 55 connected to each end of the right first and second link means 54 and 56.

Horizontal legs 71,72,73, and 74 are connected to the lower ends of the first to fourth vertical pillars 31,32,33, and 34, respectively.

Wheels 81, 82, 83 and 84 fixed while covered by a cover are rotatably fixed to the ends of the horizontal legs. The wheel can be easily detachably installed at the ends of the horizontal legs, and the connecting portion can be rotated even when the left and right table tennis tables are unfolded.

In the first to third folding means,

it is shaped like a C and the closed side is tightly fixed to the bottom of the left and right table tennis tables, respectively. In addition, left and right first and second link means 51, 53, 55, and 56 are installed while intersecting, respectively, on the open surface of the first to third folding means.

In the first to third folding means,

a left folding means 28-1 and a right folding means 28-2 each having an inclined surface on one side of the open portion are installed while being overlapped with each other, as if two cutting blades are formed around a rotation shaft 63 of the overlapped portion. It is installed so that it can rotate as if it is folded while meeting. The closed long side portions of the left folding means 28-1 and the right folding means 28-2 are portions that are tightly fixed to the bottom surfaces of the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20.

When the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are completely folded, they are positioned facing each other, but one side of the rotation shaft 63 is alternated with each other and some surfaces overlap each other. It is characterized in that the straight surfaces 28-1c and 28-2c with the inclined surfaces 28-1d and 28-2d of each folding means are configured so that they are no longer rotated by other inclined surfaces. Reference numerals 28-1a and 28-2a denote one side of each folding means, and 28-1b and 28-2b denote the other side of each folding means.

On the other hand, the rotation shaft 63 is positioned across the link means 53 and 56 intersecting each other, and in particular, is positioned to be slightly inserted while straddling the engaging grooves formed on the side surfaces 56a of the link means 53 and 56 (Left and right table tennis tables are unfolded, see FIG. 3).

FIGS. 6 to 8, a foldable table tennis table 100 capable of securing a bottom space according to the present invention, first when a user wants to fold the foldable table tennis table 100 that is unfolded as in the state of FIG. 1, it can be expected to be rotated as shown in FIG. 6, but if a hand is placed and applied to a force near the bottom of the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 facing each other in the vicinity of a rotation shaft 63 so that rotation can be started, in the state, the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are lifted. Thereafter, the left table tennis table 10 and the right table tennis table 20 are evenly balanced and continuously applied to the bottom of the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 facing each other in the vicinity of the rotating shaft 63 and apply more force upward. As shown in FIG. 7, the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are approached closer. The left C-shaped link means (i.e., left first to third link means 51, 52, and 53) has its ends rotated in conjunction with the rotation shaft 62, and its lower end is connected to the vertical columns (31, 32). The damper (supporting means) 41 and 42 connected to the vertical pillars 31 and 32 are also operated, and the left table tennis table 10 is further lowered and closer to the right table tennis table 20.

The right C-shaped link means (i.e., the right first to third link means 54, 55, and 56) has its ends rotated in conjunction with the rotation shaft 61, and its lower end is connected to the vertical columns 33 and 34). After being rotated in, the dampers 43 and 43 connected to the vertical pillars 33 and 34 are also operated, and the right table tennis table 20 is further lowered downward and closer to the left table tennis table 10. Eventually, the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are positioned vertically and parallel to each other, and the left and right C-shaped link means are positioned between the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20, respectively. Of course, the wheels and horizontal legs are exposed.

The second folding means (which is folded or unfolded while rotating around the rotation axis) has an elastic member 110 selectively installed on the central rotation axis, and both ends of the elastic member 110 are faced and located (not shown) with the left and right folding means. If the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are folded in an unfolded state, a user hold it on the bottom of the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 and lift it up, so that force is applied to the elastic member 110 and then the table tennis tables are fold slowly, not suddenly folded. However, the elastic member 110 is of an optional configuration, and when it is lifted while giving a certain amount of initial pushing force by the pressure set in the above-described damper, it can be naturally raised to a completely folded state (FIGS. 6, 7 and 8).

The left first to third link means 51, 52, and 53 form a left U-shaped link means as a whole, and

the right first to third link means 54, 55, and 56 also form a right U-shaped link means as a whole, and

when the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are folded and unfolded, the left table tennis table 10 is operated in connection with the right C-shaped link means, and

when the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20 are folded and unfolded, the right table tennis table 20 is connected to and operated with the left C-shaped link means.

A reference numeral 26 is a C-shaped bracket installed on the bottom of the left and right table tennis tables 10 and 20. Other devices may be installed rotatably on the outside or on the inside of the c-shaped bracket 26 such as the c-shaped bracket 26.

Reference numerals 28a and 28b are circular grooves formed in the folding means and are portions in which the rotation shafts 61, 62 and 63 described later are installed.

According to the present invention, the folding and unfolding motions of the left and right table tennis tables constituting one table tennis table by being interviewed and facing each other can be smoothly performed.

In addition, the left link means and the right link means are connected diagonally to each other in the form of a “custom-character” to secure enough empty space at the bottom of the table tennis table, so that it can also be used as a table for other purposes, such as office or conference, in addition to the table tennis table.
