Abstract
Foldable slippers, comprising: a front part of the shoe, which includes the sole plate and an arched or herringbone upper piece connected to the sole plate; a rear part of the shoe, the sole plate of which is connected to the front part of the shoe by means of a folding middle section. This allows it to fold or unfold relative to the front part of the shoe. The shoe has a simple structure, a small foldable design which is unfolded when in use and then able to store after use. It is durable and convenient to carry and use. This product not only is more inexpensive, but also easier to use and manufacture.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This present invention relates to a foldable slipper. According to market research and patent searches, there are no shoes or slippers on the market that can be easily stored—shoes are generally too large and inconvenient for people to easily carry and use. To overcome these problems, we have developed foldable slippers.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The technical problem to be solved by the purposes of this present invention is to provide a foldable slipper which has a simple structure that can be folded for ease of storage and is convenient to carry and can be unfolded during use. Therefore, it is a product with superior economic and technical performance.

To achieve the goals stated above, the present invention provides a foldable slipper, comprising: a forefoot portion, comprising a sole plate and a flexible arch portion. A rear portion comprising a sole plate, and a folding middle piece that allows the rear part of the shoe to fold or unfold relative to the forefoot portion.

Compared with the current state of the art, the present invention has the following advantages: it has a simple foldable structure with a folded storage and transport mode and an unfolded use mode. It is thus convenient to carry and use, and is durable because of the simple structure. Therefore it is a product with superior economic and technical performance.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a foldable slipper in an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in detail. The examples of the embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawing, wherein the same or similar reference numerals represent the same or similar elements with the same or similar functions.

In the description of the present invention, the meaning of “at least” is one or more than one, unless otherwise clearly stated.

In the present invention, unless otherwise clearly specified and limited, the terms “assembly” and “connection” should be understood in a broad sense—for example, the connection can be fixed or detachable, or integrally connected; it can also be mechanically connected; it can also be connected through an intermediate medium, and the two components can be connected internally. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meaning of the above-mentioned terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific circumstances.

In the following section, in conjunction with the drawing in the specification, the specific implementation of the present invention will be further described to make the technical solution of the present invention and its beneficial effects clearer. The following description of the embodients with reference to the drawings is exemplary, and is intended to explain the present invention, but should not be understood as a limitation to the present invention.

As shown with reference to FIG. 1, the present invention is a foldable slipper, which comprises; a forefoot shoe part 1, a rear shoe part 2, and a folding middle part 3, wherein the forefoot shoe part 1 comprises a sole 11 and an arch portion 12 connected to the sole plate 11 and the folding middle piece 3; the rear shoe portion 2 is folded or unfolded relative to the front shoe portion 1 by means of the folding middle piece 3.

In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the folding middle piece includes a pivoting mechanism, flexible deformable block, clamping structure, or buckling structure.

In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the sole plate and the rear part of the shoe are made of flexible materials.

In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the forefoot portion of the shoe is made of rubber or woven material.

In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the fabric of the arch portion is more flexible than the material of the rear part of the shoe.

In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the middle portion comprises multiple pieces arranged at intervals.

In this embodiment, the folding middle part 3 comprises a pivoting mechanism, flexible deformable block, clamping structure, or buckling structure, which can be adjusted or combined according to different needs.

The arch portion 12 and the rear portion 2 of the shoe are made of flexible materials, and can be made of materials such as rubber. The sole plate 11 is made of less flexible rubber or woven materials. In order to decrease the volume after being folded, the length ratio of the front shoe portion to the rear shoe portion is 1:0.8 to 1.2. In order to make walking more labor-saving, the material of the arch portion 12 is more flexible than the material of the rear part 2 of the shoe. The folding middle portion 3 is made of multiple parts arranged at intervals.

Based on the above content and combined with the drawings, when in use, the forefoot shoe portion 1 can be unfolded from the rear shoe portion 2 and can be worn on a human foot. After use, it can be stored folded, which can save storage space. It has a simple structure and can be easily used. The folding method is simple, it is easy to carry and use, and is durable. Therefore, it is a product with superior economic and technical performance.

Although the present invention has been described in accordance with the preferred embodiments, there are modifications, replacements, and equivalent solutions that fall within the scope of the present invention.
