The present invention belongs to the technical field of furniture, and particularly relates to a foldable sofa armrest.
Sofa is an article for daily use in people's work and life, is large furniture, and occupies large space. Sofa armrests in the prior art are usually integrated fixed connection structures, occupy large space, consume a lot of manpower and material resources and long time during transportation and also need very huge space during storage, such that the storage and transportation costs are increased.
To solve the above technical problems, CN202221714259.9 discloses a conveniently folded sofa armrest frame and a sofa, including two top plates hinged with each other; a first side plate hinged to one side of one of the top plates; a second side plate hinged to one side of the other top plate; two groups of limiting parts arranged on the first side plate and the second side plate, respectively; and two support plates, both sides of which are provided with second limiting parts matched with the first limiting parts; the sofa armrest frame has a first state and a second state; in the first state, the second limiting parts are matched with the first limiting parts, such that the support plates, the first side plate and the second side plate form a stable rectangular frame structure; and in the second state, the second limiting parts are separated from the first limiting parts, and the two top plates are folded and are located between the first side plate and the second side plate. The sofa armrest frame can be folded during transportation, such that the space is saved greatly, and the transportation cost is saved. However, in the sofa armrest, the two top plates and the first side plate and the second side plate are folded with each other, such that the components on the armrest cannot be closely drawn together, which affects the integral size of the folded armrest to a great extent. Meanwhile, the folded sofa armrest has a structure that is wider on the upper side and narrower on the lower side. The sofa armrest has actually been separated from a soft packaging structure of the sofa and is not matched with the sofa shape of the soft packaging structure, which affects the integral model of the sofa.
To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to improve the sofa armrest.
To overcome defects in the prior art, the present invention provides a sofa armrest with a simple structure, reasonable design, and foldability. The sofa armrest can be folded during transportation, such that the space is saved greatly, and the transportation cost is saved.
To achieve the above objective, the present invention adopts the following technical solution: a foldable sofa armrest, including an armrest frame capable of being folded along a left-right direction, the armrest frame includes a first frame and a second frame arranged on left and right sides, respectively, and at least one movable support rod assembly arranged between the first frame and the second frame; the armrest frame has an unfolded state and a folded state; when the armrest frame is in the unfolded state, the movable support rod assembly is unfolded in the left-right direction, and the first frame and the second frame are arranged on left and right sides of the movable support rod assembly, respectively; when the armrest frame is in the folded state, the movable support rod assembly is folded in the left-right direction, such that the first frame and the second frame are drawn close to each other and fit each other.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, there are two movable support rod assemblies, and the two movable support rod assemblies are assembled at front and back ends of the first frame and the second frame, respectively.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, the movable support rod assembly includes a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod intersect with each other and are in pivot joint at the intersection; an end of the first connecting rod is pivotally connected to the first frame, and the other end of the first connecting rod is capable of either rotating relatively or being relatively slidably connected to the second frame; and one end of the second connecting rod is pivotally connected to the second frame, and the other end of the second connecting rod is capable of either rotating relatively or being relatively slidably connected to the first frame.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, an end of the first connecting rod is pivotally connected to the second frame, and the other end of the first connecting rod is capable of either rotating relatively or being relatively slidably connected to the first frame; and one end of the second connecting rod is pivotally connected to the first frame, and the other end of the second connecting rod is capable of either rotating relatively or being relatively slidably connected to the second frame.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, a limiting mechanism is assembled between the first frame and the second frame in a process that the armrest frame is turned from the folded state to the unfolded state.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, the limiting mechanism includes a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate; an end of the first limiting plate is pivotally connected to the first frame, an end of the second limiting plate is pivotally connected to the second frame, another end of the first limiting plate is pivotally connected to another of the second limiting plate, a limiting groove opened upwards is formed in a position, close to the first limiting plate, of the end of the second limiting plate, and correspondingly, a positioning plate fitting the limiting groove is formed at the end of the first limiting plate; and when the armrest frame is in the unfolded state, the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate move downwards, such that the positioning plate is clamped into the limiting groove.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, each of inner sides of the first frame and the second frame is provided with four guiding support rods; the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are in pivot joint to the guiding support rods, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are equipped with sliding parts at the intersections with the guiding support rods; and each of the sliding parts is a rotating shaft, each of the guiding support rods is provided with a guide slot extending along an up-down direction, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the guide slot in a sliding fit manner. As a preferred solution of the present invention, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the guiding support rods all are plate-like; when the armrest frame is in the folded state, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are drawn close to each other in the left-right direction and are jointly located on a front side or a rear side of the guiding support rods, such that the first frame and the second frame fit each other.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, the guiding support rods are fixedly arranged on the first frame and the second frame through connecting parts, the connecting part is positioning block or reinforcing plate.
As a preferred solution of the present invention, a transverse positioning plate is fixedly arranged in the inner middle part of the first frame in a length direction, and multiple protective rods are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the second frame in a length direction.

Specifically, the first frame 1 has the same structure as the second frame 2, presenting a square shape. It is made of stainless steel or other metal materials, such that the integral structural strength and fastness are improved, and thus, the using safety is further guaranteed. The front ends of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 forms an inclined portion 10 to fit the integral structural model of the sofa armrest and encircle the sofa armrest to maintain the shape, so as to support a human arm, thereby showing an integral sensory beauty to human.

The inner sides of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 is provided with four guiding support rods 5; the first connecting rod 30 and the second connecting rod 31 are pivotally connected to the guiding support rods 5, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are equipped with sliding parts at the intersections with the guiding support rods 5; and each of the sliding parts is a rotating shaft 6, each of the guiding support rods 5 is provided with a guide slot 50 extending along an up-down direction, and the rotating shaft 6 is inserted into the guide slot 50 in a sliding fit manner.
The intersection between the first connecting rod 30 and the second connecting rod 31 is also connected by a sliding part. Specifically, the sliding part is a sliding pin. An installation groove 51 is formed in the inner side of the guiding support rod 5. When the armrest frame 100 is in the folded state, the movable support rod assembly 3 is folded in the left-right direction. The sliding pin between the first connecting rod 30 and the second connecting rod 31 is assembled in the installation groove 51 of the guiding support rod 5. The width of the folded armrest frame 100 is only equivalent to the sum of widths of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2, such that the width decreases greatly, and thus, the structure of the armrest frame 100 transversely folded is more compact.
In the embodiment, the first connecting rod 30, the second connecting rod 31 and the guiding support rods 5 all are plate-like; when the armrest frame 100 is in the folded state, the first connecting rod 30 and the second connecting rod 31 are drawn close to each other in the left-right direction and are jointly located on a front side or a rear side of the guiding support rod 5, such that the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 fit each other. In addition, the first connecting rod 30 and the second connecting rod 31 are drawn close to each other in the left-right direction, and the widths of the first connecting rod 30 and the second connecting rod 31 are substantially consistent with those of the guiding support rods 5.
The guiding support rods 5 are fixedly arranged on the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 through the connecting pieces 7. The connecting pieces 7 are positioning blocks or reinforcing plates. Specifically, the guiding support rods 5 on the second frame 2 are connected through the positioning blocks, the positioning blocks are located between the guiding support rods 5 and the second frame 2, the guiding support rods 5 on the first frame 1 are connected through the reinforcing plates, and the reinforcing plates fit the outer side of the first frame 1.
A transverse positioning plate 8 is fixedly arranged in the inner middle part of the first frame 1 in a length direction, and multiple protective rods 9 are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the second frame 2 in a length direction. The arranged transverse positioning plate 8 and multiple protective rods 9 improve the structural strength of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2, and also improve the using safety of the whole sofa armrest. Meanwhile, when the limiting mechanism 4 defines the armrest frame 100 in the unfolded state, if the armrest frame 100 is turned from the unfolded state to the folded state, the transverse positioning plate 8 or the protective rods 9 can be pulled upwards, such that the first limiting plate 40 and the second limiting plate 41 move upwards, and the positioning plate 43 is separated from the limiting groove 42 to gradually fold the first frame 1 and the second frame 2.
The sofa armrest is skillful in design; in the process that the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are folded in the left-right direction, on the one hand, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are folded the left-right direction to be folded transversely, such that the transverse dimension of the folded sofa armrest is greatly reduced; and meanwhile, by arranging the limiting mechanism, the first frame and the second frame which are unfolded are more safely used as the sofa armrest.
