Abstract
A foldable toilet step stool includes a stool hoard and two supporting boards. The two supporting hoards are respectively rotatably arranged on two ends of the stool board. First rotating pieces and second rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two ends of the stool board. Third rotating pieces and fourth rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two supporting hoards. Each first rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding third rotating piece. Each second rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding fourth rotating piece. A clamping piece is arranged between each first rotating piece and each third rotating piece. Each clamping piece is configured to control a rotation of a corresponding supporting board.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a field of toilet step stool technology, and in particular to a foldable toilet step stool.


BACKGROUND

Toilet step stools are generally used to help pregnant women, children, the elderly, and people with constipation go to the toilet.


A toilet is usually used by multiple family members, when the toilet step stool is used, it makes the space of the toilet tight. There are usually two types of folding stools. Chinese patent CN206462687U discloses a folding stool, which includes an outer stool frame, an inner stool frame, and a stool surface made of soft material. A left frame and a right frame of the inner stool frame are arranged in the outer stool frame. The left frame and the right frames of the inner stool frame are respectively connected with a left frame and a right frame of the outer stool frame to form a folding stool frame. Two ends of the stool surface are respectively fixed on an upper end of the outer stool frame and an upper end of the inner stool frame to realize folding of the folding stool. Chinese patent CN209750421U discloses a board-replaceable folding stool. A first upper cover is connected with a first supporting board, a second upper cover is connected with a second supporting board. The first upper cover is hinged with the first supporting hoard, and the second upper cover is hinged with the second supporting board to achieve folding of the folding stool.


The toilet step stool needs to be arranged on an outer wall of the toilet, and a stool board of the toilet step stool needs to be provided with a clamping groove. The toilet step stool is arranged on a. bottom of the toilet through the clamping groove. Due to irregular shapes of stool boards, it is inconvenient to store. Further, the above two folding stools cannot be applied to different toilets. Therefore, it is necessary to solve problems of space occupied and inconvenient storage of the toilet step stools


SUMMARY

Based on this, it is necessary to provide a foldable toilet step stool in view of the space occupied and inconvenient storage of the current toilet step stools.


The foldable toilet step stool comprises a stool board and two supporting boards. The two supporting boards are respectively rotatably arranged on two ends of the stool board.


First rotating pieces and second rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two ends of the stool board. Third rotating pieces and fourth rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two supporting boards. Each first rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding third rotating piece. Each second rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding fourth rotating piece. A clamping piece is arranged between each first rotating piece and each third rotating piece. Each clamping piece is configured to control a rotation of a corresponding supporting board.


In one embodiment, the first rotating pieces comprise first connecting portions and second connecting portions. The third rotating pieces comprise third connecting portions and fourth connecting portions. Each first connecting portion is connected with a corresponding third connecting portion through a first rotating shaft. Each second connecting portion is connected with a corresponding fourth connecting portion through a second rotating shaft. One end of each clamping piece passes through a corresponding third connecting portion and a corresponding first connecting portion. Another end of each clamping piece is connected with a corresponding second connecting portion or a corresponding fourth connecting portion.


In one embodiment., each clamping piece comprises a pressing portion, a sliding portion, a fixing portion, and a spring sleeved on the fixing portion. Each spring abuts against a corresponding second connecting portion or a corresponding fourth connecting portion. A diameter of each fixing portion is greater than a diameter of each sliding portion. The first connecting, portions comprise arc-shaped sliding holes and circular fixing holes. Each arc-shaped sliding boles matches each sliding portion. Each circular fixing hole matches each fixing portion. Each arc-shaped sliding hole is communicated with a corresponding circular fixing hole,


In one embodiment, each fixing portion is a self-locking structure.


In one embodiment, each clamping piece is a positioning rod. The first rotating pieces and the third rotating pieces comprise positioning holes, Each positioning rod is inserted into corresponding positioning holes.


In the above-mentioned foldable toilet step stool, the first rotating pieces and the second rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two ends of the stool board, and the third rotating pieces and the fourth rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two supporting hoards. Each first rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding third rotating piece. Each second rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding fourth rotating piece. Thus, the supporting boards avoid a position where the toilet is stuck in a middle portion of the stool. Each clamping piece configured to control the rotation of a corresponding supporting board is arranged between each first rotating piece and each third rotating piece, which makes a structure of the foldable toilet step stool in use state stable. When folding the foldable toilet step stool, the supporting boards are folded by controlling the clamping pieces, which is convenient for storage.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to make the above objectives, features and advantages of the present disclosure obvious and easy to understand, specific embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, many specific details are explained in order to fully understand the present disclosure. However, the present disclosure can he implemented in many other ways different from the description herein. Those skilled in the art are able to make similar improvements without departing from the connotation of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.


In addition, terms “first” and “second” are only used for descriptive purposes, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of indicated technical features. Therefore, the features defined with “first” and “second” may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the features. In the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise specifically defined, “multiple” means at least two, such as two, three, etc.


As shown in FIG. 1, a foldable toilet step stool comprises a stool board 10 and two supporting hoards 20. The two supporting boards 20 are respectively rotatably arranged on two ends of the stool board 10. First rotating pieces 110 and second rotating pieces 120 are fixedly arranged on the two ends of the stool board 10. Third rotating pieces 210 and fourth rotating pieces 220 are fixedly arranged on the two supporting boards 20. Each first rotating piece 110 is pivotally connected to a corresponding third rotating piece 210. Each second rotating piece 120 is pivotally connected to a corresponding fourth rotating piece 220. A clamping piece 30 is arranged between each first rotating piece 110 and each third rotating piece 210. Each clamping piece is configured to control a rotation of a corresponding supporting board 20. A clamping groove 130 is disposed on a middle portion of the stool board 10. The clamping groove 130 is configured to hold a toilet. The stool hoard 10 and the supporting boards 20 may be made of hard materials such as wood, metal or plastic, which is not limited thereto.


In the above mentioned foldable toilet step stool, the first rotating pieces 110 and the second rotating pieces 120 are fixedly arranged on the two ends of the stool board 10. The third rotating pieces 210 and the fourth rotating pieces 220 are fixedly arranged on the two supporting boards 20. Each first rotating piece 110 is pivotally connected to the corresponding third rotating piece 210, and each second rotating piece 120 is pivotally connected to the corresponding fourth rotating piece 220, so that the supporting boards 20 avoids a position where the toilet is stuck in the middle portion of the stool board 10. By arranging clamping pieces 30 controlling the rotation of the supporting, boards 20 between the first rotating pieces 110 and the third rotating pieces 210, when folding the foldable toilet step stool, the supporting boards 20 are folded by controlling the clamping pieces, which is convenient for storage.


As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in order to solve problems of structural stability of the stool board 10 and the two supporting boards 20 in use, in one embodiment, the first rotating pieces 110 comprise first connecting portions 111 and second connecting portions 1112. The third rotating pieces 210 comprise third connecting portions 211 and fourth connecting portions 212. Each first connecting portion is connected with a corresponding third connecting portion 211 through a first rotating shaft 113. Each second connecting portion 112 is connected with a corresponding fourth connecting portion 212 through a second rotating shaft 114. One end of each clamping piece 30 sequentially passes through a corresponding third connecting portion 211 and a corresponding first connecting portion 111 and then protrudes from the first connecting portion 111. The other end of each clamping piece 30 is connected with a corresponding second connecting portion 112. For example, the first rotating pieces 110 comprise first fixed connecting portions 115, and the first fixed connecting portion 115 are screwed to the stool board 10. For example, the third rotating pieces 210 comprises second fixed connecting portions 213, and the second fixed connecting portions 213 are screwed to the two supporting boards 20.


In one embodiment, each clamping piece 30 comprises a pressing portion310, a sliding portion 320, a fixing portion 330, and a spring sleeved on the fixing portion 330. Each spring abuts against a corresponding second connecting portion 112 or a corresponding fourth connecting portion 212. A diameter of each fixing portion 330 is greater than a diameter of each sliding portion 320. The first connecting portions comprise arc-shaped sliding holes 1111 and circular fixing holes 1112. Each arc-shaped sliding holes 1111 matches each sliding portion 320. Each circular fixing hole 1112 matches each fixing portion 330. Each arc-shaped sliding hole 1111 is communicated with a corresponding circular fixing hole 1112. For example, the pressing portion 310, the sliding portion 320, and the fixing portion 330 are integrally formed. In general, each fixing portion 330 is located in a corresponding circular fixing hole 1112. Since the diameter of each fixing portion 330 is greater than a width of each arc-shaped sliding hole 1111, the first rotating portions 110 and the third rotating portions 210 are damped and are prevented from rotating. When the user When a user presses the pressing portions 310, the sliding portions 320 slide inward, and each sliding portions 320 slides in a corresponding arc-shaped sliding hole 1111, so that a pivoting structure of the first rotating pieces 110 and the third rotating pieces 210 are able to rotate.


In one embodiment, each clamping piece 30 comprises the pressing portion 310, the sliding portion 320, and the fixing portion 330. The diameter of each fixing portion 330 is greater than the diameter of each sliding portion 320. The first connecting portions comprise arc-shaped sliding holes 1111 and circular fixing holes 1112. Each arc-shaped sliding holes 1111 matches each sliding portion 320. Each circular fixing hole 1112 matches each fixing portion 330. Each arc-shaped sliding hole 1111 is communicated with a corresponding circular fixing hole 1112. Each fixing portion 330 is a self-locking structure (not shown in the drawings). The self-locking structure may be a ballpoint pen type automatic telescopic locking mechanism, When the user presses the pressing portions 310, the sliding portions 320 slide inward and are fixed in the arc-shaped sliding holes, so that each sliding portions 320 slides in the corresponding arc-shaped sliding hole 1111. Thus, the pivoting structure of the first rotating pieces 110 and the third rotating, pieces 210 are able to rotate.


In one embodiment, each clamping piece 30 is a positioning rod. The first rotating pieces 110 and the third rotating pieces 210 comprise positioning holes. Each clamping piece30 is inserted into corresponding positioning holes. By insetting or pulling out the positioning rods, the rotation of the first rotating pieces 110 and the third rotating pieces 210 is controlled.


Technical features of the above-mentioned embodiments can be combined arbitrarily. In order to make the description concise, not all possible combinations of the various technical features in the above-mentioned embodiments are described. However, as long as there is no contradiction in the combination of these technical features, they should be considered as within the scope of the present disclosure.

A foldable toilet step stool, comprising a stool board and two supporting boards, the two supporting boards are respectively rotatably arranged on two ends of the stool board; wherein first rotating pieces and second rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two ends of the stool board; third rotating pieces and fourth rotating pieces are fixedly arranged on the two supporting boards; each first rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding third rotating piece; each second rotating piece is pivotally connected to a corresponding fourth rotating piece; and a clamping piece is arranged between each first rotating piece and each third rotating piece; each clamping piece is configured to control a. rotation of a corresponding supporting board.

The foldable toilet step stool according to claim 1, wherein the first rotating pieces comprise first connecting portions and second connecting portions; the third rotating pieces comprise third connecting portions and fourth connecting portions; each first connecting portion is connected with a corresponding third connecting portion through a first rotating shaft; each second connecting, portion is connected with a corresponding fourth connecting portion through a second rotating shaft; one end of each clamping piece passes through a corresponding third connecting portion and a corresponding first connecting portion; another end of each clamping piece is connected with a corresponding second connecting portion or a corresponding fourth connecting portion.
  • 3. The foldable toilet step stool according to claim 2, wherein each clamping piece comprises a pressing portion, a sliding portion, a fixing portion, and a spring sleeved on the fixing portion; each spring abuts against a corresponding second connecting portion or a corresponding fourth connecting portion; a diameter of each fixing portion is greater than a diameter of each sliding portion; the first connecting portions comprise arc-shaped sliding holes and circular fixing holes; each arc-shaped sliding holes matches each sliding portion; each circular fixing hole matches each fixing portion; each arc-shaped sliding hole is communicated with a corresponding circular fixing hole.
  • 4. The foldable toilet step stool according to claim 3, wherein each fixing portion is a self-locking structure.
  • 5. The foldable toilet step stool according to claim 1, wherein each clamping piece is a positioning rod; the first rotating pieces and the third rotating pieces comprise positioning holes; each positioning rod is inserted into corresponding positioning holes.
