A foldable member extends from a top end of the wall. The foldable member has an end that is provided with a second engaging member. The cover body and the box body are combinable and interlockable in a detachable manner. The foldable member is curvable or flexible to allow the second engaging member to engage and combine with the first engaging member, such that when the cover body and the box body are separated, the perforation line is broken and the first engaging member and the cover body are separated from each other.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a container, and more particularly to a folded opening-resistant container that is resistant against opening and is unrestorable upon opening.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART

Various plastic containers that are made through vacuum forming are available, including boxes, cups, or bowls, for packaging food to keep the food fresh in supermarkets. Such products are generally made of clear materials, allowing general consumers to observe food therein in purchasing products in order to eliminate unnecessary arguing and quarrels after the sale. However, to inspect the food contained in such a container is intact and fresh, some consumers may open, without permission and authorization, the plastic container to directly inspect the food, and often, such products are not or cannot be restored to the original condition after such opening. This would lead loss of freshness for the food contained in the plastic container, and the plastic container is damaged and the outside appearance is affected. Further, if it is not timely recognized that the package container has been opened, the food contained therein may get deteriorating and this would cause a waste of food and is also an economic burden of the shops. In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a folded opening-resistant container, which achieves the purpose of opening preventing, opening recognizing, and unrestorability upon opening, in order to alleviate or overcome the drawbacks of the prior art and to improve the performance thereof.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above drawbacks, the present invention provides a folded opening-resistant container, which comprises: a cover body, which has an outside that is provided with a grip part, the grip part being connected, in an inside thereof, through a perforation line to a first engaging member; and a box body, which comprises a circumferentially surrounding wall and a bottom plate arranged at a bottom inside the wall, a foldable member extending from a top end of the wall, the foldable member having an end that is provided with a second engaging member, the cover body and the box body being combinable and interlockable in a detachable manner, the foldable member being curvable or flexible to allow the second engaging member to engage and combine with the first engaging member, such that when the cover body and the box body are separated, the perforation line is broken and the first engaging member and the cover body are separated from each other.

In a known female-male fastener structure of a container, the male fastening member is made with a male mold and thus exhibits a high stiffness, while the female fastening member is made with a female mold, making a bottom thereof insufficient in stiffness, such that when the male and female fastening members engage and combine with each other, the male fastening member can be easily ejected out through pushing the bottom of the female fastening member so as to readily open the cover. The present invention is structured such that the first engaging member and the second engaging member are both made with a male mold, and as such, the stiffness is enhanced for both the first engaging member and the second engaging member. Due to the high stiffness of the first engaging member, it is not possible to eject the second engaging member out by pushing the bottom of the first engaging member, and thus, the drawback of the prior art female-male fastener structure is overcome.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

For easy description of the contents of the present invention, and the effectiveness achieved thereby, an embodiment is provided, in combination with the attached drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention provides a folded opening-resistant container, which comprises:

a cover body 10, which is provided, on an outside thereof, with a grip part 11, wherein the grip part 11 is connected, at an inside thereof, through a perforation line 111 to a first engaging member 12;

wherein, referring to FIGS. 3 and 6, the grip part 11 comprises a notch 112, and the first engaging member 12 is connected through the perforation line 111 to the notch 112; and

a box body 20, which comprises a wall 21 that is circumferentially surrounding and a bottom plate 22 arranged on a bottom of an inside of the wall 21, wherein a foldable member 211 is extended from a top end of the wall 21 and the foldable member 211 is provided, at a distal end thereof, with a second engaging member 212.

The first engaging member 12 and the second engaging member 212 comprise a planar part A and a fastening part B. The planar part A of the first engaging member 12 is connected, at one side thereof, through the perforation line 111 to the grip part 11 of the cover body 10, and specifically, the planar part A of the first engaging member 12 is connected through the perforation line 111 to the notch 112.

The planar part A of the second engaging member 212 is connected, at an end thereof, to the foldable member 211, wherein the foldable member 211 is formed with a first fold line 2111 and a second fold line 2112 that are spaced from each other, and the first fold line 2111 is connected to the end of the planar part A of the second engaging member 212.

The fastening part B is made in the form of a hollow cylindrical body having a top end that is formed with an opening B 1, wherein an outside of the opening B1 is combined with the planar part A.

An interior and the outside of the fastening part B are made in a configuration that is narrow in top and wide in bottom, but is not limited thereto.

Referring to FIGS. 3-5, the cover body 10 and the box body 20 are combinable and interlocked in a detachable manner. The foldable member 211 is curved or flexed to have the second engaging member 212 engaging and combined with the first engaging member 12 in such a way that the outside of the fastening part B of the second engaging member 212 is snap fit into and engages with the opening B1 of the fastening part B of the first engaging member 12, wherein the fastening part B of the second engaging member 212 extends through the opening B1 of the first engaging member 12 into the interior of the fastening part B, such that the fastening part B of the first engaging member 12 is set in tight and retaining engagement with the fastening part B of the second engaging member 212.

Referring to FIG. 6, to open the folded opening-resistant container according to the present invention, a user uses two hands to respectively grip the grip part 11 and the interlocked first and second engaging members 12, 212 and lift upward and thus open the cover body 10 so that the perforation line 111 is broken and thus, the cover body 10 and the box body 20 are separated from each other, wherein the first engaging member 12 so torn away is not re-combinable with the notch.
