The present disclosure relates to the technical field of folding beds, and specifically provides a folding integrated bed.
A bed is generally used in the bedroom, the dormitory, the ward and the like, and is a living supply used for meeting daily sleeping requirements of people and recording and monitoring the weight of people. In the modern beds, a wooden bed is used most widely.
Currently, the wooden bed is mainly made up of a headboard, a bed frame and bed boards, and for convenient transportation, each part of the wooden bed is detachably connected. During transportation, each part of the wooden bed is detached for separate transportation; and after the transportation is completed, each part of the wooden bed needs to be reassembled in use, wherein detachment and reassemble of each part of the wooden bed cause inconvenience in bed transportation. For convenient transportation, the existing folding bed can be folded during transportation, and its folding bed body is generally made of metals; in particular, most of the folding metal beds do not contain a headboard in order to achieve the folding function, and then a proper headboard should be additionally bought for the use. Therefore, the existing bed is hard to simultaneously meet requirements of folding and wooden bed. Furthermore, the existing bed body adopts a single bed board structure, especially, the wooden bed is generally formed by splicing a plurality of wood boards and these wood boards are changeless in shape and state, so the existing bed body is hard to meet different sleeping postures of the user.
To solve the problems in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a folding integrated bed, which can simultaneously meet two requirements of folding and wooden bed. The folding integrated bed is convenient to transport and reduces transportation costs; furthermore, during transportation, a wooden bed body is integrated and is convenient to fold and unfold, a headboard can be directly placed on the folded bed body and can be relatively regular after being stacked on the folded bed body, and bed boards can be adjusted to meet different sleeping postures of a user, so the folding integrated bed is more practical.
In order to achieve the above objective, a main technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is as follows.
A folding integrated bed comprises a peripheral bed frame and a bed body arranged in the peripheral bed frame;
the peripheral bed frame comprises a headboard and a bed frame, the headboard is detachably mounted at one end of the bed frame, and the bed frame is mounted on outer sides of the bed body;
the bed body comprises two connecting plates, a first bed body, a second bed body, a first bed board, a second bed board, a third bed board, a fourth bed board and a fifth bed board;
the first bed body and the second bed body are U-shaped, and relative two end parts of the first bed body and the second bed body are respectively rotationally arranged at two ends of the two connecting plates;
the first bed board, the second bed board, the third bed board, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board are sequentially distributed along a length direction of the bed body, two ends of the second bed board are respectively rotationally connected with the first bed board and the third bed board, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board are rotationally connected, the first bed board, the second bed board and the third bed board are located on one side of the first bed body, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board are located on one side of the second bed body, and relative one sides of an end part of the third bed board and an end part of the fourth bed board are respectively fixedly arranged on the connecting plates through support blocks; and
the folding integrated bed further comprises two external vibrators, which are respectively fixedly mounted to the lower end face of the first bed board and the lower end face of the fifth bed board through vibration spring pieces.
Preferably, the folding integrated bed further comprises two connecting rods, one ends of the two connecting rods are respectively rotationally arranged on two sides of the lower end face of the first bed board while the other ends thereof are commonly rotationally connected with a support bar, and the support bar is arranged in the first bed body in a width direction of the bed body.
Preferably, the folding integrated bed further comprises two swing driving parts, and the two swing driving parts are respectively arranged in the first bed body and the second bed body; and
the swing driving part comprises a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate and an electric telescopic link, the electric telescopic link is arranged between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, and two ends of the electric telescopic link are respectively rotationally connected with the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate; and the two first mounting plates are respectively fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the second bed board and the lower end face of the fifth bed board, and the two second mounting plates are respectively fixedly mounted on the lower end face of the third bed board and the lower end face of the fourth bed board.
Preferably, the folding integrated bed further comprises two middle support legs, the two middle support legs are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower end face of the bed body in the width direction of the bed body, and two sides of the upper end face of the middle support leg are respectively connected with the lower end face of the first bed body and the lower end face of the second bed body.
Preferably, the folding integrated bed further comprises at least four angle irons which are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first bed body and the second bed body; the angle iron is L-shaped, one end of the angle iron extends to the upper portion of an inner cavity of the bed body, and the height of the upper end face of the angle iron, the height of the lower end face of the third bed board and the height of the lower end face of the fourth bed board are the same.
Preferably, the bed frame is made up of two half frames respectively corresponding to the first bed body and the second bed body, and the two half frames are respectively mounted on outer sides of the first bed body and outer sides of the second bed body through bolts.
Preferably, the third bed board and the fourth bed board have the same sizes, and the size of the fifth bed board is equal to the sum of the size of the first bed board and the size of the second bed board.
Preferably, an interval is reserved between the two half frames.
Preferably, the folding integrated bed further comprises soft cushions, which are arranged at relative end parts of the two half frames, and the soft cushions located on the two half frames are mutually in contact.
Preferably, the bed body is located at the bottom of an inner cavity of the peripheral bed frame.
The present disclosure provides a folding integrated bed. The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
1. a whole body of the bed frame and the bed body can be directly folded by turning over the whole body of the bed frame and the bed body around a rotational junction of the first bed body and the connecting plate and a rotational junction of the second bed body and the connecting plate, and the headboard is directly placed above the folded whole body of the bed frame and the bed body, so that the size of the whole bed can be reduced, the bed is convenient to transport, and the transportation costs are reduced; especially in a folding process, the bed frame and the bed body are always integrated and avoid the needing of detaching so as to be more conveniently unfolded when being conveniently folded, and the bed is convenient to use; and
2. due to arrangement of the swing driving parts and the connecting rods and mounting and connecting manners of the first bed board, the second bed board, the third bed board, the fourth bed board and the fifth bed board, one swing driving part can directly drive the fifth bed board to swing so as to achieve adjustment of an inclined angle of the fifth bed board, the other swing driving part can match with the connecting rods to drive the second bed board to swing and also to drive the first bed board to move such that the back and the legs of the user can be respectively supported in different states, and the user can freely adjust the inclined angle according to comfortableness; therefore, the folding integrated bed has a better using effect.

As shown in
the peripheral bed frame 1 comprises a headboard 11 and a bed frame 12, the headboard 11 is detachably mounted at one end of the bed frame 12, the bed frame 12 is mounted on outer sides of the bed body 2, a reinforcing plate 14 is connected between the headboard 11 and the bed frame 12 through two reinforcing bolts 13, and one reinforcing bolt 13 connects one end of the reinforcing plate 14 with the headboard 11 while the other reinforcing bolt 13 connects the other end of the reinforcing plate 14 with the bed frame 12; the headboard 11 and the bed frame 12 are separated during transportation; in use, the headboard 11 and the bed frame 12 need to be assembled, and at this time, the reinforcing bolts 13 match with the reinforcing plate 14 to be capable of improving connection stability of the headboard 11 and the bed frame 12 and then to improve the stability of the whole folding integrated bed;
the bed body 2 comprises two connecting plates 21, a first bed body 22, a second bed body 23, a first bed board 24, a second bed board 25, a third bed board 26, a fourth bed board 27 and a fifth bed board 28;
the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23 are U-shaped; and specifically, peripheral support legs are arranged at corners of the lower end face of the first bed body 22 and the lower end face of the second bed body 23, relative two end parts of the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23 are respectively rotationally arranged at two ends of the two connecting plates 21, and the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23 can rotate at the two ends of the connecting plates 21 so as to achieve a folding process of the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23;
the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25, the third bed board 26, the fourth bed board 27 and the fifth bed board 28 are sequentially distributed along a length direction of the bed body 2, two ends of the second bed board 25 are respectively rotationally connected with the first bed board 24 and the third bed board 26, the fourth bed board 27 and the fifth bed board 28 are rotationally connected, the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25 and the third bed board 26 are located on one side of the first bed body 22, the fourth bed board 27 and the fifth bed board 28 are located on one side of the second bed body 23, relative one sides of an end part of the third bed board 26 and an end part of the fourth bed board 27 are respectively fixedly arranged on the connecting plates 21 through support blocks 3, the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 are fixed and immovable, and when the bed body 2 and the peripheral frame are fold completely, the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 are located at an end part of a rectangle formed after folding; and
the folding integrated bed further comprises two external vibrators 9, which are respectively fixedly mounted on the lower end face of the first bed board 24 and the lower end face of the fifth bed board 28 through vibration spring pieces 10; when operating, the external vibrators 9 can massage the legs and the back of a human body; the vibration spring pieces 10 are arranged between the external vibrator 9 and the bed body 2 such that a resonance effect generated by the spring pieces and the vibrators is greatly higher than the resonance effect of the traditional vibrator which is directly welded on an iron frame.
In the embodiment, the folding integrated bed further comprises two connecting rods 4, one ends of the two connecting rods 4 are respectively rotationally arranged on two sides of the lower end face of the first bed board 24 while the other ends thereof are commonly rotationally connected with a support bar 5, and the support bar 5 is arranged in the first bed body 22 in a width direction of the bed body 2. Specifically, two ends of the support bar 5 can be connected with two side inner walls of the first bed body 22 through bolts, the support bar 5 is used for fixing one end of the connecting rod 4; when the second bed board 25 swings, one end of the connecting rod 4 moves along with the second bed board 25 and can effectively support one end, far away from the second bed board 25, of the first bed board 24; when an upward swinging amplitude of the second bed board 25 is increasingly larger, an included angle between the first bed board 24 and the second bed board 25 is increasingly smaller; when the second bed board 25 swings upwards by a certain amplitude and stops swinging, the connecting rod 4 can effectively support the first bed board 24 and ensures that a constant included angle is kept between the first bed board 24 and the second bed board 25; therefore, a user can adjust the upward swinging amplitude of the second bed board 25 according to requirements to ensure the first bed board 24 and the second bed board 25 to show different included angles in order to be applicable to placing the legs at different postures.
In the embodiment, the folding integrated bed further comprises two swing driving parts 6, and the two swing driving parts 6 are respectively arranged in the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23; and
the swing driving part 6 comprises a first mounting plate 61, a second mounting plate 62 and an electric telescopic link 63, the electric telescopic link 63 is arranged between the first mounting plate 61 and the second mounting plate 62, and two ends of the electric telescopic link 63 are respectively rotationally connected with the first mounting plate 61 and the second mounting plate 62; the two first mounting plates 61 are respectively fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the second bed board 25 and the lower end face of the fifth bed board 28, and the two second mounting plates 62 are respectively fixedly mounted on the lower end face of the third bed board 26 and the lower end face of the fourth bed board 27; the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 are fixedly arranged on the connecting plates 21 through the support blocks 3, so, the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 can effectively fix one ends of the electric telescopic links 63 through the two second mounting plates 62; when the electric telescopic link 63 is powered to operate, the whole electric telescopic link 63 can swing on the second mounting plate 62, so, when the electric telescopic links 63 operate, they can adjust the fifth bed board 28 and the second bed board 25 to swing by their length change, and the electric telescopic links 63 can provide power for the swinging of the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25 and the fifth bed board 28; and especially in use, the user can firstly lie on the bed and then utilizes the electric telescopic links 63 to provide the power to adjust the states of the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25 and the fifth bed board 28, which is more convenient and labour-saving in comparison with a manual adjusting manner of the traditional bed.
Furthermore, due to arrangement of the swing driving parts 6 and the connecting rods 4 and mounting and connecting manners of the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25, the third bed board 26, the fourth bed board 27 and the fifth bed board 28, one swing driving part 6 can directly drive the fifth bed board 28 to swing so as to achieve adjustment of an inclined angle of the fifth bed board 28, the other swing driving part 6 can match with the connecting rods 4 to drive the second bed board 25 to swing and also to drive the first bed board 24 to move such that the back and the legs of the user can be respectively supported in different states, and the user can freely adjust the inclined angle according to comfortableness; therefore, the folding integrated bed has a better using effect.
In the embodiment, the folding integrated bed further comprises two middle support legs 7, the two middle support legs 7 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lower end face of the bed body 2 in the width direction of the bed body 2, one end of the middle support leg 7 can swing to a horizontal state towards the lower side of the bed body 2, and two sides of the upper end face of the middle support leg 7 are respectively connected with the lower end face of the first bed body 22 and the lower end face of the second bed body 23, and due to such arrangement manner, the middle support legs 7 can support the bed body 2 and simultaneously can effectively connect and fix the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 to improve the stability between the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 so as to improve the stability of the whole bed body 2. Specifically, the middle support legs 7 and the bottoms of the peripheral support legs are located on the same horizontal plane, the peripheral support legs have the same structures with the middle support legs 7 and are used for matching with the middle support legs 7 to effectively support the bed body 2, and during folding, the middle support legs 7 and the peripheral support legs can be respectively adjusted to be the horizontal state towards the lower side of the bed body 2.
In the embodiment, the folding integrated bed further comprises at least four angle irons 8 which are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23; the angle iron 8 is L-shaped, one end of the angle iron extends and is located above an inner cavity of the bed body 2, and the height of the upper end face of the angle iron 8, the height of the lower end face of the third bed board 26 and the height of the lower end face of the fourth bed board 27 are the same. Due to such arrangement manner, portions, located above the inner cavity of the bed body, of the angle irons 8 can effectively support the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25 and the fifth bed board 28, and the first bed board 24, the second bed board 25, the third bed board 26, the fourth bed board 27 and the fifth bed board 28 have the same height differences with the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23 in a vertical direction; and when the half frames 121 rotate, an interval due to the height differences is used for accommodating the half frames 121 so as to prevent end parts of the half frames 121 from being exposed after the half frames 121 rotate, and the whole bed is relatively regular.
In the embodiment, the bed frame 12 is made up of two half frames 121 respectively corresponding to the first bed body 22 and the second bed body 23, the two half frames 121 are respectively mounted on outer sides of the first bed body 22 and outer sides of the second bed body 23 through bolts, the whole bed frame 12 is divided into two half frames 121, and the folding of the two half frames 121 ensures that the folding integrated bed has a conveniently folding effect.
In the embodiment, the third bed board 26 and the fourth bed board 27 have the same sizes, and the size of the fifth bed board 28 is equal to the sum of the size of the first bed board 24 and the size of the second bed board 25. Due to such arrangement manner, the bed is folded to form a relatively regular rectangular structure.
In the embodiment, an interval is reserved between the two half frames 121 and is used for providing a rotation space for relative one ends of the two half frames 121 when the half frames 121 rotate.
Furthermore, a whole body of the bed frame 12 and the bed body 2 can be directly folded by turning over the whole body of the bed frame 12 and the bed body 2 around a rotational junction of the first bed body 22 and the connecting plate 21 and a rotational junction of the second bed body 23 and the connecting plate 21, and the headboard 11 is directly placed above the folded whole body of the bed frame 12 and the bed body 2, so that the size of the whole bed can be reduced, the bed is convenient to transport, and the transportation costs are reduced; especially in a folding process, the bed frame 12 and the bed body 2 are always integrated and avoid the needing of detaching so as to be more conveniently unfolded when being conveniently folded, and the bed is convenient to use.
In the embodiment, the folding integrated bed further comprises soft cushions 8, which are arranged at relative end parts of the two half frames 121, and the soft cushions 8 located on the two half frames 121 are mutually in contact. Specifically, the soft cushion 8 may be a rubber cushion or a sponge cushion, and the soft cushion 8 can improve the smoothness of the whole bed frame 12 on the premise of not influencing the rotation of the half frames 121.
In the embodiment, the bed body 2 is located at the bottom of the inner cavity of the peripheral bed frame 1. Due to such arrangement manner, when the two half frames 121 rotate, the rotation axis is eccentric with a lower portion of the bed frame 12 in a width direction, and then when the two half frames 121 rotate, motion tracks of inner side corners are reduced; therefore, the rotation of the two half frames 121 is facilitated, the size of the interval can be reduced, and the completeness of the whole bed frame 12 is improved.
