DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below in details with the examples thereof shown in the accompanying drawings, and the same or similar reference numerals represent same or similar elements or elements having same or similar function throughout the specification. The embodiments described by referring to the drawings below are only illustrative and used only to interpret the present disclosure rather than understood as limiting of the present disclosure.

Furthermore, the terms “first” and “second” and the like are used only for the purpose of descriptions and shall not be understood as indicating or implying any relative importance. In the descriptions of the present disclosure, it should be noted that, unless otherwise clearly stated or defined, the terms “connect” and “couple”, and the like shall be understood in a broad sense, for example, may be fixed connection, or detachable connection, or integral connection; or may be mechanical connection, or electrical connection; or direct connection or indirect connection through an intermediate medium. Those skilled in the art may understand the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure according to actual situations. Furthermore, in the descriptions of the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, “plurality” has the meaning of two or more.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the present disclosure provides an embodiment 1 of a folding swing chair, which includes a folding mechanism. The folding mechanism includes two upright rods 1, two oblique support mechanisms and a linkage mechanism connected between the two oblique support mechanisms. The oblique support mechanisms include an oblique support rod 2, a bottom frame rod 3, a first connection piece 4 and a rear support foot 5. The linkage mechanism includes two linkage rods 6 which are crossed and hinged to each other. Upper ends of the two oblique support rods 2 are respectively hinged to two first connection pieces 4, and upper ends of the two linkage rods 6 are also respectively hinged to the two first connection pieces 4. Lower ends of the two linkage rods 6 are respectively hinged to two rear support feet 5. First ends of two bottom frame rods 3 are respectively hinged to the two rear support feet 5, and second ends of the two bottom frame rods 3 are respectively hinged to the two oblique support rods 2. A third connection piece 13 is fixed on the linkage rods 6 and lower ends of the upright rods 1 are respectively hinged to the third connection pieces 13.

When the folding mechanism is unfolded, the upright rods 1, the oblique support rods 2 and the bottom frame rods 3 form a triangular structure while the upright rods 1 are tilted toward the front of the chair body. The triangular structure ensures the stability of the chair. Since the upright rods 1 are tilted forward, when a user sits on a seat cushion, the center of gravity falls to above the oblique support rods 2 and the bottom frame rods 3, preventing the chair from falling backward.

The first connection pieces 4 each have a combination through hole 7 allowing the corresponding upright rod 1 to run through. The first connection pieces 4 are slidably sleeved on the upright rods 1 through the combination through holes 7. The combination through holes 7 have two columnar through holes, with central axes of the two columnar through holes intersecting. When the folding mechanism switches between a folded state and an unfolded state, the upright rods 1 can rotate around the third connection pieces 13, with their inclination angles changing. The combination through holes 7 can enable the first connection pieces 4 to smoothly slide on the upright rods 1.

The swing chair further includes a seat cushion 8 and two support rods 9. A suspension strap 10 is connected respectively to both sides of the seat cushion 8. The support rods 9 are connected with the suspension straps 10 through a second connection piece 12 respectively and held against the suspension straps 10. The upright rods 1 are inserted into the support rods 9 such that the support rods 9 can move along the upright rods. When the folding chair is unfolded and the seat cushion 8 bears a heavy load, the bottoms of the support rods 9 tightly press the first connection pieces 4 respectively. When the folding mechanism is folded, the first connection pieces 4 are slid up the upright rods 1 respectively. Thus, when people sits on the seat cushion 8, the lower ends of the support rods 9 press the corresponding first connection pieces 4 such that the first connection pieces 4 cannot slide up. In this way, the folding mechanism is in a stable unfolded state.

The swing chair further includes a foot pad 11. Lower ends of the oblique support rods 2 are hinged to the foot pads 11 respectively. With the foot pads 11, the chair can be adapted to uneven ground.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in an embodiment 2, the first connection pieces 4 further include an accommodation chamber 401, a control block 402, a spring 403 and a lock pin 404. The control block 402 is hinged to the accommodation chamber 401 through a pivot. A control part and a lock part of the control block 402 are located at both sides of the pivot respectively. The control part is provided with an anti-slip protrusion. The spring 403 and the lock pin 404 are disposed inside the accommodation chamber 401. Both ends of the spring 403 are abutted against the control part and the accommodation chamber 401 respectively. The lock pin 404 is connected to the lock part by a fixing pin 405. A free end of the lock pin 404 can be penetrated through the accommodation chamber 401 and inserted into a lock hole of the corresponding upright rod 1. Different from the embodiment 1, it is not required to press the first connection pieces 4 by the lower ends of the support rods but insert the free end of the lock pins 404 into the lock hole of the upright rods 1 to disable the first connection pieces 4 to slide up so as to enable the folding mechanism to be in a stable unfolded state. Moreover, in the embodiment 2, the upright rods 1 are connected with the suspension straps 10 through the second connection pieces 12 respectively and held against the suspension straps 10. When the chair is to be folded up, the control part of the control block 402 is pressed to enable the free end of the lock pin 404 to separate from the lock hole of the corresponding upright rod 1.

Enlightened by the ideal embodiments of the present disclosure, those skilled in the arts can make various modifications and variations based on the above contents without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present disclosure. The technical scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the above contents of the present disclosure but determined based on the claims.
