Abstract
A folding towel heating device comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises a front combination shell, a combination base is movably arranged at the bottom of the front combination shell, and a left combination side plate and a right combination side plate are respectively arranged at two ends of one side of the front combination shell. The front combination shell, the combination shell, the left combination side plate, the right combination side plate, a rear combination shell and a combination cover can be disassembled and folded; a plurality of inserting columns are plugged in a fixing seat and work with locking mechanisms; conductive terminals are plugged for electric conduction between the components; a limit switch is triggered through a limit block, so that the device body cannot be started until the assembly is completed; moreover, the whole device body is a folding hard shell.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of heating devices, in particular to a folding towel heating device.


BACKGROUND ART

Towel heating device is a device used to heat towels or clothes. It is mainly used to heat towels, keep them warm and improve the comfort in use. Especially in cold weather, it can also be used to heat blankets, bathrobes, pajamas and other items.


In the current business environment, transportation cost has become a large expenditure cost. In the first and last mile transportation, the transportation cost will be lower if the product volume is smaller. Folding storage greatly reduces the product packaging volume. The existing towel heating devices on the market are mostly folding products in order to reduce transportation costs. Their defects are obvious. Their surfaces are made of soft cloth, which has the following disadvantages: due to the limitation of flexible materials, the temperature is low (about 80 degrees C.) and cannot reach the temperature of the conventional towel barrel (130 degrees C.), and the user experience is very poor; in terms of safety, the heating wires are distributed inside the soft cloth, which has a low safety factor and unsatisfactory use effect compared with a whole plastic hard shell of the invention.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To realize the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical proposal: a folding towel heating device comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises a front combination shell, a combination base is movably arranged at the bottom of the front combination shell, a left combination side plate and a right combination side plate are respectively arranged at two ends of one side of the front combination shell, a rear combination shell is jointly arranged at one end of the left combination side plate and the right combination side plate away from the front combination shell, and a combination cover is jointly arranged at the top of the front combination shell, the rear combination shell, the left combination side plate and the right combination side plate; locking mechanisms for locking the front combination shell and the rear combination shell are arranged inside the left combination side plate and the right combination side plate, and conductive terminals plug-connected mutually are arranged inside the left combination side plate, the right combination side plate, the front combination shell and the rear combination shell.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the front combination shell comprises a front shell, a front heating plate is arranged on one side of the front shell, a front upper lining plate and a front lower lining plate respectively located at the top and bottom of the front heating plate are arranged on one side of the front shell, front locking fixing pieces are arranged at the top and bottom of both ends of the front shell, a front clamping hole is arranged inside one end of the front locking fixing pieces, a button support, a PCB key board located on one side of the button support, and an adapter PCB board located on one side of the PCB key board are arranged at the top of one side of the front shell, two base hinged pieces are arranged at the bottom of one side of the front shell, a plurality of front fixing seats are arranged at two ends of one side of the front shell, and a plurality of front locating slots are arranged on one side of the front lower lining plate.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the combination base comprises a base upper shell, a base lower shell is arranged at the bottom of the base upper shell, a PCB mainboard, a power line locking block and a limit switch located on one side of the PCB mainboard are arranged at the bottom of the base upper shell, chutes are arranged at four corners at the bottom of the base lower shell, four legs are movably clamped at the bottom of the base lower shell through the chutes, leg locking pieces are also arranged inside the chutes, a hinged seat movably hinged with the base hinged pieces is arranged on one side of the base upper shell, a notch for exposing the limit switch is arranged on the other side thereof, a plurality of positioning columns are arranged on two sides of the base lower shell, and one end of the positioning column on one side of the base lower shell extends to the inside of the front locating slot.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, left combination side plate comprises a left side plate shell, a left heating plate is arranged on one side of the left side plate shell, a left upper lining plate and a left lower lining plate respectively located at the top and bottom of the left heating plate are arranged on one side of the left side plate shell, a plurality of left inserting columns are arranged at one end of the left side plate shell, a plurality of left fixing seats are arranged at the other end thereof, and one end of the left inserting column is inserted into the front fixing seat at one end of one side of the front shell.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the right combination side plate comprises a right side plate shell, a right heating plate is arranged on one side of the right side plate shell, a right upper lining plate and a right lower lining plate respectively located at the top and bottom of the right heating plate are arranged on one side of the right side plate shell, a plurality of right inserting columns are arranged at one end of the right side plate shell, a plurality of right fixing seats are arranged at the other end thereof, one end of the right inserting column is inserted into the front fixing seat at one end of one side of the front shell, and the right combination side plate and the left combination side plate are oppositely arranged.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the rear combination shell comprises a rear shell, a rear heating plate is arranged on one side of the rear shell, a rear upper lining plate and a rear lower lining plate respectively located at the top and bottom of the rear heating plate are arranged on one side of the rear shell, rear locking fixing pieces are arranged at the top and bottom of both ends of the rear shell, a rear clamping hole is arranged inside one end of the rear locking fixing pieces, a plurality of rear locating slots are arranged on one side of the rear lower lining plate, the interior of the rear locating slot is movably sleeved with one end of the positioning column on one side of the base lower shell, a limit block with one end passing through the notch and propping against the limit switch is also arranged on one side of the rear lower lining plate, and a plurality of rear inserting columns are arranged at two ends of one side of the rear shell and are movably plug-connected with the inside of the left fixing seat and the right fixing seat.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the conductive terminal comprises front conductive receptacles, left conductive plugs, left conductive receptacles, right conductive plugs, right conductive receptacles and rear conductive plugs, the front conductive receptacles are arranged at the top of both ends of the front shell, the left conductive plugs and the left conductive receptacles are respectively arranged at the top of both ends of the left side plate shell, the right conductive plugs and the right conductive receptacles are respectively arranged at the top of both ends of the right side plate shell, the rear conductive plugs are arranged at the top of both ends of the rear shell, the left conductive plugs and the right conductive plugs are movably plug-connected with the two front conductive receptacles, and the two rear conductive plugs are movably plug-connected with the left conductive receptacles and the right conductive receptacles.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the locking mechanisms are arranged at the top and bottom of the left side plate shell and the right side plate shell, the locking mechanism comprises a lower shell, an upper shell and a central rotating shaft, the upper shell is arranged on one side of the lower shell, the central rotating shaft is rotationally arranged inside the lower shell, one end of the central rotating shaft extends to one side of the upper shell, two locking pull rods are movably sleeved on the central rotating shaft, and pull hooks are arranged at one end of the locking pull rods away from the central rotating shaft and are respectively clamped with the front locking fixing pieces and rear locking fixing pieces through the front clamping hole and the rear clamping hole.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, limit columns are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two locking pull rods, a tension spring located on one side of the limit column is movably clamped on the locking pull rod, one end of the tension spring away from the locking pull rod is movably clamped with the inside of the upper shell, two ejector blocks respectively located on one side of the two locking pull rods are arranged inside the lower shell, springs are movably arranged inside the ejector blocks, a guide groove is arranged on one side of the ejector block, a guide block with one end extending into the guide groove is arranged on one side of the locking pull rod, and two limit pieces respectively located on the opposite surfaces of the two locking pull rods are sleeved on the central rotating shaft.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, the combination cover comprises a cover body, a fragrance box is movably clamped at the bottom of the cover body, a leather handle and handle head covers located at both ends of the leather handle are arranged at the top of the cover body, a cover groove is jointly arranged at the top of the front combination shell, the rear the combination shell, the left combination side plate and the right combination side plate, and the cover body is movably arranged inside the cover groove.


As a preferred technical proposal of the invention, compared with the prior art, the invention provides a folding towel heating device, which has the following beneficial effects:


In the folding towel heating device, the front combination shell, the combination shell, the left combination side plate, the right combination side plate, the rear combination shell and the combination cover can be disassembled and folded, greatly reducing the transportation space occupied and the transportation cost; a plurality of inserting columns are plugged in the fixing seat and work with the locking mechanisms to ensure the combination stability of the device body; conductive terminals are plugged for electric conduction between the components, not affecting the disassembly; the limit switch is triggered through the limit block, so that the device body cannot be started until the assembly is completed, being safer in use; moreover, the whole device body is a folding hard shell, with heating temperature and safety better than that of the conventional folding towel heating products, meeting the requirements of users.

In the embodiment, the left combination side plate 13 is inserted into the front fixing seat 119 through the left inserting column 135 to realize the connection with the front combination shell 11, while the left combination side plate 13 is connected with the rear combination shell 15 through the left fixing seat 136 and the rear inserting column 159, being simple and quick in the assembly process.


As a specific technical proposal of the embodiment, the right combination side plate 14 comprises a right side plate shell 141, a right heating plate 142 is arranged on one side of the right side plate shell 141, a right upper lining plate 143 and a right lower lining plate 144 respectively located at the top and bottom of the right heating plate 142 are arranged on one side of the right side plate shell 141, a plurality of right inserting columns 145 are arranged at one end of the right side plate shell 141, a plurality of right fixing seats 146 are arranged at the other end thereof, one end of the right inserting column 145 is inserted into the front fixing seat 119 at one end of one side of the front shell 111, and the right combination side plate 14 and the left combination side plate 13 are oppositely arranged.


In the embodiment, the right combination side plate 14 is inserted into the front fixing seat 119 through the right inserting column 145 to realize the connection with the front combination shell 11, while the right combination side plate 14 is connected with the rear combination shell 15 through the right fixing seat 146 and the rear inserting column 159, being simple and quick in the assembly process.


As a specific technical proposal of the embodiment, the rear combination shell 15 comprises a rear shell 151, a rear heating plate 152 is arranged on one side of the rear shell 151, a rear upper lining plate 153 and a rear lower lining plate 154 respectively located at the top and bottom of the rear heating plate 152 are arranged on one side of the rear shell 151, rear locking fixing pieces 155 are arranged at the top and bottom of both ends of the rear shell 151, a rear clamping hole 156 is arranged inside one end of the rear locking fixing pieces 155, a plurality of rear locating slots 157 are arranged on one side of the rear lower lining plate 154, the interior of the rear locating slot 157 is movably sleeved with one end of the positioning column 128 on one side of the base lower shell 122, a limit block 158 with one end passing through the notch 1212 and propping against the limit switch 125 is also arranged on one side of the rear lower lining plate 154, and a plurality of rear inserting columns 159 are arranged at two ends of one side of the rear shell 151 and are movably plug-connected with the inside of the left fixing seat 136 and the right fixing seat 146.


In the embodiment, the rear combination shell 15 is assembled with the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 through the rear inserting column 159 and is assembled with the combination base 12 through the rear locating slot 157 and the positioning column 128, then the central rotating shaft 173 is rotated in the indicated direction using a hexagonal screwdriver or a hexagon wrench, the pull hook 1741 is pulled back and locked according to the deflecting cam principle of the central rotating shaft 173, the limit block 158 passes through the notch 1212 and props against the limit switch 125 to trigger the limit switch 125, so that the PCB mainboard 123 conducts the circuit for power-on after the power line is plugged in; the device can be powered on only after the product assembly is completed and stable, being safer in use.


As a specific technical proposal of the embodiment, the conductive terminal 18 comprises front conductive receptacles 181, left conductive plugs 182, left conductive receptacles 183, right conductive plugs 184, right conductive receptacles 185 and rear conductive plugs 186, the front conductive receptacles 181 are arranged at the top of both ends of the front shell 111, the left conductive plugs 182 and the left conductive receptacles 183 are respectively arranged at the top of both ends of the left side plate shell 131, the right conductive plugs 184 and the right conductive receptacles 185 are respectively arranged at the top of both ends of the right side plate shell 141, the rear conductive plugs 186 are arranged at the top of both ends of the rear shell 151, the left conductive plugs 182 and the right conductive plugs 184 are movably plug-connected with the two front conductive receptacles 181, and the two rear conductive plugs 186 are movably plug-connected with the left conductive receptacles 183 and the right conductive receptacles 185.


In the embodiment, when the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 are connected with the front combination shell 11, the left conductive plugs 182 on the left combination side plate 13 and the right conductive plugs 184 on the right combination side plate 14 are inserted into the front conductive receptacles 181, to achieve electrical connection; when the rear combination shell 15 is assembled, the rear conductive plugs 186 on the rear combination shell 15 are inserted into the left conductive receptacles 183 and the right conductive receptacles 185 to achieve electrical connection.

In the embodiment, the locking mechanisms 17 are arranged inside the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14; when the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 are connected with the front combination shell 11, the front locking fixing piece 115 on the front combination shell 11 is inserted into the locking mechanism 17 and props against the pull hook 1741, and one end of the pull hook 1741 is a bevel; when the front lock fixing piece props against the bevel of the pull hook 1741, the pull hook 1741 drives the locking pull rod 174 to rotate and stretch the tension spring 1744; when the front clamping hole 1151 is opposite to the pull hook 1741 with the further penetration of the front lock fixing piece, the tension spring 1744 resets and pulls the locking pull rod 174 to reset, so that the pull hook 1741 is clamped into the front clamping hole 1151 and hooks the front locking fixing piece 115 to lock the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 with the front combination shell 11; when the rear combination shell 15 is finally assembled, the rear locking fixing piece 155 and the front locking fixing piece 115 on the rear combination shell 15 are locked with the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 in the same way; when the rear combination shell 15, the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 are disassembled, the central rotating shaft 173 is rotated to be extended to one end of the side of the upper shell 172, the central rotating shaft 173 is rotated by driving the limit piece 176, the limit piece 176 props against the locking pull rod 174 to deflect through the limit column 1743 during rotation, the locking pull rod 174 deflects and stretches the tension spring 1744 while driving the pull hook 1741 to be separated from the rear locking fixing piece 155 and the front locking fixing piece 115, i.e. the rear combination shell 15, the left combination side plate 13, the right combination side plate 14 and the front combination shell 11 are assembled in turn; one end of the central rotating shaft 173 is hexagonal, and the central rotating shaft 173 can be rotated through a hexagon screwdriver.


As a specific technical proposal of the embodiment, the combination cover 16 comprises a cover body 161, a fragrance box 162 is movably clamped at the bottom of the cover body 161, a leather handle 163 and handle head covers 164 located at both ends of the leather handle 163 are arranged at the top of the cover body 161, a cover groove 19 is jointly arranged at the top of the front combination shell 11, the rear the combination shell 15, the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14, and the cover body 161 is movably arranged inside the cover groove 19.


In the embodiment, after the front combination shell 11, rear combination shell 15, the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 are assembled, the device can be powered on, so that the front heating plate 112, the left heating plate 132, the right heating plate 142 and the rear heating plate 152 heat, the products to be heated and dried, such as towels, can be placed inside the device body 1 through a shelf, and the heating and drying efficiency can be ensured by placing the combination cover 16 inside the cover groove 19.


During use, as shown in FIG. 9, when receiving the disassembled device body 1, the user first removes the rear combination shell 15, the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 as shown in FIG. 8, FIG. 7 and FIG. 6, turns over the combination base 12 as shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 4, FIG. 3 and FIG. 2, and assembles the left combination side plate 13 or the right combination side plate 14 followed by the rear combination shell 15; after the rear combination shell 15 is assembled, the limit block 158 triggers the limit switch 125 and controls the circuit conduction of the PCB mainboard 123 through the limit switch 125; as shown in FIG. 20, the device body 1 can be powered on when standing up; the rear combination shell 15, the left combination side plate 13, the right combination side plate 14 and the front combination shell 11 are unlocked by rotating the central rotating shaft 173; after disassembly, the combination base 12 is turned over to be stored on one side of the front combination shell 11, then the combination cover 16, the left combination side plate 13 and the right combination side plate 14 are stacked in turn, and the rear combination shell 15 is finally put together with the front combination shell 11 for transportation.


To sum up, in the folding towel heating device, the front combination shell 11, the combination shell 12, the left combination side plate 13, the right combination side plate 14, the rear combination shell 15 and the combination cover 16 can be disassembled and folded, greatly reducing the transportation space occupied and the transportation cost; a plurality of inserting columns are plugged in the fixing seat and work with the locking mechanisms 17 to ensure the combination stability of the device body 1; the conductive terminals 18 are plugged for electric conduction between the components, not affecting the disassembly; the limit switch 125 is triggered through the limit block 158, so that the device body 1 cannot be started until the assembly is completed, being safer in use; moreover, the whole device body 1 is a folding hard shell, with heating temperature and safety better than that of the conventional folding towel heating products, meeting the requirements of users.

The folding towel heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the front combination shell (11) comprises a front shell (111), a front heating plate (112) is arranged on one side of the front shell (111), a front upper lining plate (113) and a front lower lining plate (114) respectively located at the top and bottom of the front heating plate (112) are arranged on one side of the front shell (111), front locking fixing pieces (115) are arranged at the top and bottom of both ends of the front shell (111), a front clamping hole (1151) is arranged inside one end of the front locking fixing pieces (115), a button support (116), a PCB key board (1161) located on one side of the button support (116), and an adapter PCB board (117) located on one side of the PCB key board (1161) are arranged at the top of one side of the front shell (111), two base hinged pieces (118) are arranged at the bottom of one side of the front shell (111), a plurality of front fixing seats (119) are arranged at two ends of one side of the front shell (111), and a plurality of front locating slots (1141) are arranged on one side of the front lower lining plate (114).

The folding towel heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the combination base (12) comprises a base upper shell (121), a base lower shell (122) is arranged at the bottom of the base upper shell (121), a PCB mainboard (123), a power line locking block (124) and a limit switch (125) located on one side of the PCB mainboard (123) are arranged at the bottom of the base upper shell (121), chutes (126) are arranged at four corners at the bottom of the base lower shell (122), four legs (127) are movably clamped at the bottom of the base lower shell (122) through the chutes (126), leg locking pieces (1261) are also arranged inside the chutes (126), a hinged seat (1211) movably hinged with the base hinged pieces (118) is arranged on one side of the base upper shell (121), a notch (1212) for exposing the limit switch (125) is arranged on the other side thereof, a plurality of positioning columns (128) are arranged on two sides of the base lower shell (122), and one end of the positioning column (128) on one side of the base lower shell (122) extends to the inside of the front locating slot (1141).

The folding towel heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that left combination side plate (13) comprises a left side plate shell (131), a left heating plate (132) is arranged on one side of the left side plate shell (131), a left upper lining plate (133) and a left lower lining plate (134) respectively located at the top and bottom of the left heating plate (132) are arranged on one side of the left side plate shell (131), a plurality of left inserting columns (135) are arranged at one end of the left side plate shell (131), a plurality of left fixing seats (136) are arranged at the other end thereof, and one end of the left inserting column (135) is inserted into the front fixing seat (119) at one end of one side of the front shell (111).

The folding towel heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the right combination side plate (14) comprises a right side plate shell (141), a right heating plate (142) is arranged on one side of the right side plate shell (141), a right upper lining plate (143) and a right lower lining plate (144) respectively located at the top and bottom of the right heating plate (142) are arranged on one side of the right side plate shell (141), a plurality of right inserting columns (145) are arranged at one end of the right side plate shell (141), a plurality of right fixing seats (146) are arranged at the other end thereof, one end of the right inserting column (145) is inserted into the front fixing seat (119) at one end of one side of the front shell (111), and the right combination side plate (14) and the left combination side plate (13) are oppositely arranged.

The folding towel heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear combination shell (15) comprises a rear shell (151), a rear heating plate (152) is arranged on one side of the rear shell (151), a rear upper lining plate (153) and a rear lower lining plate (154) respectively located at the top and bottom of the rear heating plate (152) are arranged on one side of the rear shell (151), rear locking fixing pieces (155) are arranged at the top and bottom of both ends of the rear shell (151), a rear clamping hole (156) is arranged inside one end of the rear locking fixing pieces (155), a plurality of rear locating slots (157) are arranged on one side of the rear lower lining plate (154), the interior of the rear locating slot (157) is movably sleeved with one end of the positioning column (128) on one side of the base lower shell (122), a limit block (158) with one end passing through the notch (1212) and propping against the limit switch (125) is also arranged on one side of the rear lower lining plate (154), and a plurality of rear inserting columns (159) are arranged at two ends of one side of the rear shell (151) and are movably plug-connected with the inside of the left fixing seat (136) and the right fixing seat (146).

The folding towel heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the conductive terminal (18) comprises front conductive receptacles (181), left conductive plugs (182), left conductive receptacles (183), right conductive plugs (184), right conductive receptacles (185) and rear conductive plugs (186), the front conductive receptacles (181) are arranged at the top of both ends of the front shell (111), the left conductive plugs (182) and the left conductive receptacles (183) are respectively arranged at the top of both ends of the left side plate shell (131), the right conductive plugs (184) and the right conductive receptacles (185) are respectively arranged at the top of both ends of the right side plate shell (141), the rear conductive plugs (186) are arranged at the top of both ends of the rear shell (151), the left conductive plugs (182) and the right conductive plugs (184) are movably plug-connected with the two front conductive receptacles (181), and the two rear conductive plugs (186) are movably plug-connected with the left conductive receptacles (183) and the right conductive receptacles (185).

The folding towel heating device according to claim 4, characterized in that the locking mechanisms (17) are arranged at the top and bottom of the left side plate shell (131) and the right side plate shell (141), the locking mechanism (17) comprises a lower shell (171), an upper shell (172) and a central rotating shaft (173), the upper shell (172) is arranged on one side of the lower shell (171), the central rotating shaft (173) is rotationally arranged inside the lower shell (171), one end of the central rotating shaft (173) extends to one side of the upper shell (172), two locking pull rods (174) are movably sleeved on the central rotating shaft (173), and pull hooks (1741) are arranged at one end of the locking pull rods (174) away from the central rotating shaft (173) and are respectively clamped with the front locking fixing pieces (115) and rear locking fixing pieces (155) through the front clamping hole (1151) and the rear clamping hole (156).
