As shown in FIG. 1-13.

The folding unit cabinet of the present invention comprises two support frames 1 arranged one above the other, a foldable rear plate 2 and at least one side plate 3, the upper and lower sides of the rear plate 2 are respectively hinged on the two support frames 1, and the side plate 3 is hinged on one of the support frames 1;

In the usage state, the rear plate 2 is unfolded, the two support frames 1 are separated from each other, and the side plate 3 is rotated to be supported between the two support frames 1;

In the storage state, the rear plate 2 is folded, the two support frames 1 are close to each other, and the side plates 3 are rotated so as not to interfere with the approach of the two support frames 1.

The specific degree of “separated from each other” of the two support frames 1 mentioned here may be such that the rear plate 2 can be unfolded, and the specific degree of “close to each other” may be such that the rear plate 2 can be folded.

When the folding unit cabinet of the present invention is converted from the storage state to the usage state, as long as the two support frames 1 are pulled apart, the rear plate 2 can be unfolded naturally, and then the side plate 3 is rotated to be supported between the two support frames 1. That is, when changing from the usage state to the storage state, as long as the side plate 3 is rotated so as not to interfere with the mutual approach of the two support frames 1, the rear plate 2 is folded, and the two support frames 1 can be stacked. The folding unit cabinet can quickly switch between the storage state and the usage state. It does not need to be disassembled and assembled. The operation is very convenient, which is convenient for storage and reduces storage space. After receiving the product in the storage state, no assembly is required, and it can be quickly converted into the usage state for use, which is convenient for consumers to use. Moreover, the side plate 3 is supported between the two support frames 1 in the usage state, which can play a reinforcing role, prevent the two support frames 1 from approaching each other, and prevent the rear plate 2 from folding, so that the product can be stably maintained in the usage state and prevent deformation.

Moreover, the folding unit cabinet of the present invention can be assembled into a combination cabinet, used as a wardrobe, a locker, a display cabinet, etc., and can be assembled into various styles according to needs, and has a wide range of applications.

In one embodiment, one side plate 3 is provided and is hinged on the left or right side of one of the support frames 1, or two side plates 3 are provided and are respectively hinged on the left and right sides of one of the support frames 1. The side plate 3 is used as the side enclosure of the cabinet, which is hinged on the left or right side of the support frame 1, and the enclosure effect is better. When two folding unit cabinets are spliced left and right, only one side plate 3 or no side plate 3 is required between the two folding unit cabinets. Therefore, with the above design, when assembling the combination cabinet, you can choose the folding unit with a side panel 3 on the left side, a side panels 3 on the right side, or side panels 3 on both sides according to the space requirements and strength requirements of each unit of the combination cabinet. In this way, the structure can be simplified and materials can be saved.

Preferably, the side plate 3 is hinged on the support frame 1 above. With this design, when in use, the side plate 3 will naturally fall under the action of gravity, and it is easy to switch to the usage state, and the operation is more convenient without consuming too much effort.

In one embodiment, it also comprises at least one foldable support column 4, the two ends of the support column 4 are respectively hinged on the two support frames 1. the support column 4 is unfolded in the usage state, and the support column 4 is folded in the storage state. With this design, the structural strength of the folding unit cabinet in usage state can be further improved by the support column 4, and the support column 4 can be folded when not in use, thereby realizing the folding of the entire combined cabinet.

In one embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the rear plate 2 are respectively hinged on the rear sides of the two support frames 1, and the two ends of the support column 4 are respectively hinged on the front sides of the two support frames 1.

In one embodiment, one support column 4 is provided and both ends are hinged to the front left or right ends of the two support frames 1, or two support columns 4 are provided and two ends of a support columns 4 are respectively hinged to the front left ends of the two support frames 1, and two ends of the other support column 4 are respectively hinged to the front right ends of the two support frames 1. With this design, it is similar to the design of the number of side plates 3. When two folding unit cabinets are spliced left and right, only one support column 4 or no support column 4 is needed between the two folding unit cabinets. Therefore, with the above design, when assembling the combination cabinet, you can choose the folding unit with a support column 4 on the left side, a support column 4 on the right side, or support columns 4 on both sides according to the requirements. In this way, the structure can be simplified and materials can be saved. Thus, the support column 4 can be added according to the stability of the folding unit cabinet to ensure the stability of the folding unit cabinet.

In one embodiment, the support column 4 comprises an upper rod body 41 and a lower rod body 42 that are hingedly connected, and the upper end of the upper rod body 41 and the lower end of the lower rod body 42 are respectively hinged on the two support frames 1. With this design, it only needs to be folded and unfolded between the upper rod body 41 and the lower rod body 42, which is convenient to operate. Of course, the support column 4 can also use a structure in which more than three rods are hinged. In a specific implementation, the upper rod body 41 is hingedly connected to the lower rod body 42 through a first hinged shaft.

In one embodiment, the rear plate 2 comprises an upper plate body 21 and a lower plate body 22 that are hingedly connected, the upper side of the upper plate body 21 and the lower side of the lower plate body 22 are respectively hinged on two support frames 1. Likewise, with such a design, it only needs to be folded and unfolded between the upper plate body 21 and the lower plate body 22, which is convenient to operate. Of course, the rear plate 2 can also use a structure in which more than three plates are hinged. In specific implementation, the upper plate body 21 and the lower plate body 22 are hingedly connected by a second hinged shaft.

In one embodiment, in the storage state, the support column 4 and the rear plate 2 are folded inwardly to be placed between the two support frames 1, and the side plate 3 is rotated inwardly to be placed between the two support frames 1. With this design, each component can be stacked together, and the occupied area of the folding unit cabinet after storage is small. Of course, it is also possible that the support column 4 and the rear plate 2 are folded outward, and the side plate 3 is rotated outward. The advantage of turning outward is that the thickness of the folding unit cabinet is further reduced after storage, which is convenient for placing multiple layers.

In one embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the rear plate 2 are respectively hinged on the rear side of the corresponding support frame 1, and the upper and lower ends of the support column 4 are respectively hinged on the front side of the corresponding support frame 1. The side plate 3 is hinged on the left or right of the corresponding support frame 1. With this design, when the unit cabinet is unfolded, the shape is regular and the internal space is large.

In one embodiment, the support frame 1 is configured as a U-shaped structure with an opening facing forward, which comprises a rear frame 11 and two side frames 12 whose rear ends are connected to the two ends of the rear frame 11. The upper and lower sides of the rear plate 2 are respectively hinged on the rear frame 11 of the corresponding support frame 1. The upper and lower ends of the support column 4 are respectively hinged on the front end of the side frame 12 of the corresponding support frame 1. The side plates 3 are hinged on the side frame 12 of the corresponding support frame 1. This design is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, and reasonable in design, which is convenient for the combination between the various parts and ensures the stability after combination.

In one embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the rear plate 2, the upper and lower ends of the support column 4 and the side plate 3 are respectively hinged at corresponding positions of the support frame 1 through at least one hinged mechanism 5.

Preferably, the hinged mechanism 5 comprises a hinged seat 51 and a hinged shaft 52 (illustrated in the Figure is that the hinged seat 51 is arranged on the support frame 1, and the hinged shaft 52 is arranged on the upper and lower sides of the rear plate 2, the upper and lower ends of the support column 4 and the side plate 3, of course, the position of the hinged seat 51 and the hinged shaft 52 can also be exchanged), the hinged seat 51 comprises a clamping block 53 distributed in a U shape and two blocking blocks 54. A shaft groove 55 is formed on the side of the clamping block 53 facing the two blocking blocks 54, and the hinged shaft 52 is rotatably clamped in the shaft groove 55 and forms a limit position with the two blocking blocks 54. The hinged mechanism 5 designed in this way is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, easy to install, and provides a limit effect. The hinged shaft 52 is not easy to fall off, and ensures the stability of the folding unit cabinet in the usage state.

In one embodiment, a limit strengthening mechanism 6 is provided between the upper plate body 21 and the lower plate body 22 and/or between the upper rod body 41 and the lower rod body 42, and the limit strengthening mechanism 6 comprises a limit block 61 protruding from the hinged end and a limit groove 62 at the hinged end (illustrated in the figure is that the limit block 61 is located on the upper plate body 21 or the upper rod body 41, and the limit groove 62 is located on the lower plate body 22 or the lower rod body 42. Of course, the position of the limit block 61 and the limit groove 62 can also be exchanged). When the upper and lower plate bodies or the upper and lower rod bodies are unfolded around the hinged shaft, the limit block 61 is clamped into the limit groove 62. With this design, through the mutual cooperation of the limit block 61 and the limit groove 62, the structural strength of the upper plate body 21, the lower plate body 22 and the upper rod body 41, the lower rod body 42 can be increased, and, and can make the upper plate body 21, the lower plate body 22, the upper rod body 41 and the lower rod body 42 only fold in one direction, and avoid folding in other directions, thereby ensuring the stability of the folding unit cabinet. Wherein, in order to further enhance the stability of the upper and lower plate bodies or the upper and lower rod bodies in the usage state, a clamping structure 63 is provided between the limit block 61 and the limit groove 62.

In one embodiment, it also comprises a first anti-off buckle 43 and a first anti-off opening 44 respectively arranged on the support column 4 and the side plate 3 (illustrated in the Figure is that the support column 4 is provided with the first anti-off buckle 43, and the side plate 3 is provided with the first anti-off opening 44 is provided on. Of course, the positions of the first anti-off buckle 43 and the first anti-off opening 44 can be exchanged). In the usage state, the first anti-off buckle 43 is clamped in the first anti-off opening 44. With this design, the side plate 3 and the support column 4 form a connection, the positions of which can be limited, so as to prevent the side plate 3 from being rotated during use, and to prevent the support column 4 from being folded, thereby ensuring the stability of the product. When changing from the usage state to the storage state, first take out all the articles prevented from inside the folding combination cabinet, and then separate the first anti-off buckle 43 and the first anti-off opening 44 to disconnect the connection between the side plate 3 and the support column 4, and then turn over the side plate 3, and fold the support column 4 and the rear panel 2 respectively.

In one embodiment, in the usage state, the side plates 3 block on the inner side of the rear plate 2 to prevent the rear plate 2 from being folded inward. This design prevents the rear plate 2 from being folded inward during use through the limiting effect of the side plate 3 on the rear plate 2, thereby ensuring the stability of the product in use.

In one embodiment, a carrying plate 7 is installed on at least one of the supporting frames 1. The “installation” here can be a detachable installation or a non-detachable installation (that is, a one-piece structure). Designed in this way, the carrying plate 7 can be used as the upper or lower enclosure of the cabinet and the carrying platform of the articles, which is convenient for placing articles inside the folding unit cabinets. When two folding unit cabinets are spliced up and down, the two folding unit cabinets can share one carrying plate 7, or no carrying plate 7 is provided, so as to expand the continuity of the vertical space. The carrying plate 7 can also be integrally formed with the corresponding support frame 1, so that the overall appearance looks like a plate.

In one embodiment, when the carrying plate 7 and the support frame 1 adopt a detachable installation structure, the carrying plate 7 is detachably connected to the corresponding support frame 1 through at least one sliding insertion mechanism; wherein, the support frame is also provided with a buckle structure for the up and down/left and right splicing and fixing of adjacent folding unit cabinets, such as guide rail/guide groove structure for left and right splicing on the left and right side frames; clamping groove and clamping buckle structure for upper and lower splicing, etc.

In one embodiment, a clothes rail is provided under the carrying plate 7 or the support frame 1. This design is convenient as a wardrobe for hanging and storing clothes.

In one embodiment, a cabinet door 9 is further comprised, and the cabinet door 9 is detachably mounted on the two support frames 1.

In one embodiment, the support column 4 or the support frame 1 is provided with a first magnetic attraction part 91, and the cabinet door 9 is provided with a second magnetic attraction part 92 that is attracted to the first magnetic attraction part 91. Designed in this way, it is convenient to limit the cabinet door 9 and prevent the cabinet door 9 from opening automatically without external force. In specific implementation, the outside of the cabinet door 9 is provided with a handle.

In one embodiment, the cabinet door 9 is detachably mounted on the two support frames 1 in the following manner: the support frame 1 is provided with an engaging block 93, and the cabinet door 9 is provided with an inserting shaft 94 matching with the engaging block 93. This design facilitates the detachable installation of the cabinet door 9, facilitates the use of the cabinet door 9, and facilitates the storage of the folding unit cabinet by disassembling the cabinet door 9.

Based on the folding unit cabinet of the present invention, the present invention also provides a folding combination cabinet, comprising at least two folding unit cabinets, each of which is connected to each other. Compared with the prior art, the folding combination cabinet of the present invention has the same advantages as the folding unit cabinet of the present invention, and will not be repeated here.

In one embodiment, each of the folding unit cabinets is arranged in a row. This design is convenient for each of the folding unit cabinets to be connected to each other, and the appearance is regular.

In the folding unit cabinet of the present invention, the structure of each of the folding unit cabinets does not need to be completely consistent, and can be adjusted accordingly according to actual needs. for example:

In one embodiment, the two support frames 1 of the two adjacent folding unit cabinets in the horizontal direction are connected to each other, and the two adjacent folding unit cabinets in the vertical direction share one support frame 1. This design facilitates the combination of folding unit cabinets according to actual needs, saves the material of the unit cabinets, and facilitates the combination of suitable folding combination cabinets according to the required size, thereby facilitating the use of folding combination cabinets.

In some cases, it can be specifically designed that the folding unit cabinet on the left is provided with two side plates 3, and the folding unit cabinet on the right side is provided with one side plate 3, which is located on the right side.

In one embodiment, the two support frames 1 of two adjacent folding unit cabinets in the horizontal direction are connected to each other in the following manner: one of the support frames 1 is provided with at least one first sliding groove 13, and the other support frames 1 is provided with at least one first sliding bar 14, and the at least one first sliding bar 14 is slidably inserted into the at least one first sliding groove 13. This design facilitates the combination of multiple folding unit cabinets, thereby facilitating the installation of the combined cabinets. In such a design, through the first sliding groove 13 and the first sliding bar 14, two adjacent folding unit cabinets are connected together, thereby facilitating the combination of the folding unit cabinets in the horizontal direction.

Of course, the side frames 12 of the two support frames 1 of the two adjacent folding unit cabinets in the horizontal direction may also be integrally formed.

In one embodiment, the position of the two support frames 1 of the two adjacent folding unit cabinets in the horizontal direction are limited by the following method: the support frame is provided with a positioning groove 15 at the end of the first sliding bar 14, the groove wall of the first sliding groove 13 is provided with a positioning block 16, and the positioning block 16 is clamped in the positioning groove 15 in the usage state. In such a design, through the cooperation of the positioning groove 15 and the positioning block 16, the positional relationship between two adjacent support frames 1 is avoided to change in the usage state, so as to ensure the stability of the folding combination cabinet.

In the specific implementation, it is sufficient to arrange a side plate 3 between two adjacent folding unit cabinets in the horizontal direction, so that the design can achieve the effect of saving production materials while ensuring the stability of the folding unit cabinets; The carrying plate 7 on the top of the uppermost folding unit cabinet and the carrying plate 7 on the bottom of the lowermost folding unit cabinet can be integrally formed on the corresponding support frame 1, and the other carrying plates 7 are configured to be detachably installed, which is convenient for forming spaces with different heights and dimensions as required. Designed in this way, the height dimension of the folding combination cabinet can be adjusted by arranging the detachably installed carrying plate 7, which facilitates the storage of articles and facilitates the use of the folding combination cabinet.

In one embodiment, a rib 31 extends outward from the rear side of the corresponding side plate 3, and the rib 31 is used for blocking on the inner side of the rear plate 2 of the adjacent folding unit cabinet to prevent the rear plate 2 of the adjacent folding unit cabinet from being folded inward. In this design, the position of the rear plates 2 of the adjacent folding unit cabinets are limited by the outwardly extending ribs on the side plates 3. This prevents the rear panels 2 of the adjacent folding unit cabinets from being folded inward during use, thus ensuring the stability of the folding combination cabinet.

In one embodiment, a limiting hole 32 is provided at the bottom of the side plate 3, and a positioning column 33 is provided on the support frame corresponding to the position of the limiting hole, and the lower surface of the positioning column 33 is configured to be an arc-shaped convex structure. Designed in this way, the positioning column 33 positions the limiting hole 32 on the side plate 3, and the arc-shaped convex structure prevents the side plate 3 from being folded inward by itself without external force.

After the foldable cabinet unit of the present invention is folded, a stable gap space is formed relative to the top plate and the bottom plate after the rear side plate and the support column are folded, and the gap space can just place an uninstalled door body. Therefore, the folded folding cabinet unit not only reduces the volume, but also achieves the function of storing the only “part” of the folding cabinet unit, and the structural parts of the folded unit cabinet are against each other, which increases the folded strength of the folded unit cabinet and avoids pressure damage during transportation.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the above-described exemplary embodiments, but that the invention can be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics of the invention. Accordingly, the embodiments should be regarded in all points of view as exemplary and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being defined by the appended claims rather than the foregoing description, and it is therefore intended that the scope of the invention be defined by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description. All changes within the meaning and range of equivalents of the elements are embraced in the present invention.
