This application claims a benefit of priority to pending U.S. patent application Ser. No. 12/748,996, filed on Mar. 29, 2010 now abandoned, which is a continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 11/760,572 filed on Jun. 8, 2007, now abandoned, which is a continuation of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 11/623,557 filed on Jan. 16, 2007, now abandoned, the disclosures of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a food pan from a top elevational view, embodying a new design;

FIG. 1A is a cross-section view of the food pan taken along axes 1A as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
