The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fitness equipment structures, and in particular, to a foot dumbbell exerciser.
With the popularity and development of fitness sports, people's demand for fitness equipment has become increasingly diversified. Although traditional fitness equipment such as treadmills and spinning bikes can provide a full-body exercise effect, they may not be precise enough in exercising specific parts such as legs. Therefore, various fitness equipment for leg exercises have appeared on the market, among which leg dumbbell fitness exercisers have received widespread attention for their unique exercising methods and effects.
Tools for performing leg exercises are complex, heavy, expensive and take up a lot of floor space. People who perform workouts at home do not have access to these leg exercising tools and may skip or not perform these exercises, which results in an incomplete body exercising process.
The existing leg dumbbell fitness exerciser combines the characteristics of dumbbell exercises and leg exercises, can be exercised indoors with a small space, and provides resistance through the weight of the dumbbell, so that leg muscles may be exercised in the process of overcoming resistance. However, weights usually are tied to the legs in existing leg fitness exercises, resulting in uneven force on the legs and poor exercising effects. The existing shoe-type exercising device is inconvenient to fix and install dumbbells, cumbersome to wear and fix, and not convenience enough to use.
Therefore, a new type of foot dumbbell exerciser is now needed to solve the above-mentioned problems.
The present disclosure provides a foot dumbbell exerciser, which solves the problems of the existing foot dumbbell exerciser being inconvenient to use and having poor exercising effect by technologically transforming the existing leg fitness exercising device.
In order to achieve the above objectives, the technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is:
A foot dumbbell exerciser includes an exerciser body and a counterweight fixing member, where the exerciser body is composed of a base support member, a lateral support member, and an outer wrapping fixing member; the lateral support member is vertically arranged on the rear end of the base support member and is integrally connected with the base support member; the outer wrapping fixing member locks the foot to the base support member or releases the foot from the base support member through a locking structure; the counterweight fixing member is detachably mounted at the bottom of the base support member; and a exercising counterweight member is detachably mounted on the counterweight fixing member.
Preferably, the exercising counterweight member is a dumbbell, the counterweight fixing member includes a left clip, a right clip and a fixed installation portion, the lower ends of the left clip and the right clip are hinged with each other, the left clip and the right clip form a cylindrical structure when closed, a crossbar of the dumbbell is clamped and fixed in an inner cavity of the cylindrical structure, the upper end of the left clip and the upper end of the right clip are provided with the fixed installation portion, and the left clip and the right clip are detachably connected to the base support member through the fixed installation portion.
Preferably, the fixed installation portion includes a left protruding portion, a right protruding portion, and a fixed insert; the left protruding portion protrudes from the upper end of the left clip, the right protruding portion protrudes from the upper end of the right clip, the left protruding portion is provided with a first through slot, the right protruding portion is provided with a second through slot, the bottom surface of the base support member is provided with a fixed installation slot, the left protruding portion and the right protruding portion are arranged to fit together when the left clip and the right clip are brought together, the fixed installation slot is for the left protruding portion and the right protruding portion to insert, a horizontal slot is provided at the bottom of the rear end of the base support member to communicate with the fixed installation slot, the fixed insert is inserted along the horizontal slot and passes through the first through slot of the left protruding portion and the second through slot of the right protruding portion in turn, and a second fixed installation portion for fixing the fixed insert is provided on the inner side of the horizontal slot.

In the present disclosure, a counterweight fixing member is detachably mounted on the bottom surface of the base support member. The counterweight fixing member includes a left clip, a right clip, and a fixed installation portion. The lower ends of the left clip and the right clip are hinged with each other. The left clip and the right clip form a cylindrical structure when closed. When in use, a crossbar of the dumbbell is clamped and fixed in an inner cavity of the cylindrical structure. Further, in order to realize that an exercising counterweight member may be detachably mounted on the counterweight fixing member 2, the exercising counterweight member is a dumbbell. The counterweight fixing member 2 includes a left clip 21, a right clip 22, and a fixed installation portion 23. The lower ends of the left clip 21 and the right clip 22 are hinged with each other.
