Claims
- 1. A form liner for use in a system to produce a surface of cementitious material including a plurality of surface areas each produced by a form liner to simulate the appearance of natural stone or rock formed without seams visible between adjacent surface areas wherein each form liner comprises a mold including an obverse relief surface having an outer irregular peripheral edge including a plurality of peripheral projections having an irregular edge interrupted by a plurality of outer recesses having an irregular shape and a plurality of interior relief forming pockets wherein corresponding outer recesses of adjacent form liners are operatively aligned relative to each other to form a cavity to selectively receive a corresponding keystone liner insert having an irregular contoured pocket therein such that cementitious material poured into said plurality of interior relief forming pockets and said irregular contoured pockets form a simulated stone wall having an irregular seam formed between adjacent form liners to disguise the seam formed between adjacent surface areas as grout lines.
- 2. A form liner for use in a system to produce a surface of cementitious material including a plurality of surface areas each produced by a form liner to simulate the appearance of natural stone or rock formed without seams visible between adjacent surface areas wherein each form liner comprises an obverse mold including a raised grout line forming edge extending upwardly from a substantially rectangular base or substrate to form an outer irregular periphery formed by a plurality of outer recesses to form an irregular edge or periphery and a plurality of irregularly shaped mold relief forming pockets formed therein to form corresponding individual stone or rock elements and simulated grout line.
- 3. The form liner of claim 2 wherein each said outer recess comprises an irregular bottom surface and each said irregularly shaped mold relief forming pocket comprises an irregular bottom surface having an outer irregular edge formed about the periphery thereof.
- 4. The form liner of claim 3 each said obverse keystone liner insert comprises an outer irregular peripheral edge formed about the periphery of a mold relief forming pocket having an irregular bottom surface shaped and configured to be positioned within a corresponding outer recess.
- 5. A form liner for use in a system to produce a surface of cementitious material including a plurality of surface areas each produced by a form liner to simulate the appearance of natural stone or rock formed without seams visible between adjacent surface areas wherein each form liner comprises a mold including an obverse relief surface having an outer irregular peripheral edge including a plurality of peripheral projections having an irregular edge interrupted by a plurality of outer irregularly shaped openings and a plurality of interior relief forming pockets wherein corresponding outer irregularly shaped openings of adjacent form liners are operatively aligned relative to each other to form a corresponding aperture to receive a corresponding stone or rock element such that cementitious material poured into said plurality of interior relief forming pockets and stone or rock elements forms a simulated stone wall having an irregular seam formed between adjacent form liners to disguise the seam formed between adjacent surface areas as grout lines.
- 6. The form liner of claim 5 wherein each said stone or rock element comprises an outer irregular edge formed about the periphery of a raised portion having an irregular surface shaped to be positioned within a corresponding aperture formed between adjacent obverse molds by a corresponding outer irregularly shaped openings when the wall is formed.
