[0023] The following statements are quotes taken from an information portfolio. Complied by an independent patent research and development corporation. Our review of Four In One Counter Bar indicates that it can be manufactured using standard production of similar products.
[0024] Materials, processes and even construction techniques would be similar, with adaptations made for the specific design of Four In One Counter Bar. Variations on the basic model would vary in price depending upon the cost of their specific components. The materials submitted by Henry J. Brown for Four In One Counter Bar seem to meet the standards set by the U.S. Government, i.e. OSHA, EPA and UL.
[0025] The materials recommended by the Inventor for the Four In One Counter Bar do not at this time appear to be a problem. The components of Four In One Counter Bar utilize standard production technology. No new research or development in this area is anticipated, nor is major retooling or materials expense expected. In effect, this provides the company with lower start-up costs, which is a major consideration for product development.
[0026] Overall, since this product appears to be well thought out and workable, there should be little added or development required for the production phase of Four In One Counter Bar. The design is innovative and yet relatively simple. Existing production processes and techniques will suffice without resorting to new technology. Based upon our review of the material submitted by Henry J. Brown, it is our tentative conclusion that this product can be manufactured from conventional and commercially available materials with existing production technology.
Claims
- 1. What I claim as my invention is the above named invention, Four In One Counter Bar. It is my claim that no one other than myself had any part in the design or conception into its development. I and I alone designed and built the working model shown in the drawings.
The Four In One Counter Bar is both unique and innovative. The need for which came to me during the renovation of an apartment in which I was working. The lack of space clearly dictated a need for a piece of furniture that could eliminate the need for at least three other pieces of furniture. Which is what the Four In One Counter Bar is designed to do. Under oath and penalty of prosecution I hereby make this claim. That I, Henry J Brown, am the sole and only party involved in the invention. And concept of the Four in one Counter Bar.
