Claims
- 1. - 2. An article fraction defective estimating method of estimating an assembly fraction defective of an article, said method comprising the steps of:determining arithmetically and outputting an assembly fraction defective for an article and for each work of assembling constituent parts based on each constituent part constituting said article, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-destined part, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-subjected part to which the relevant attachment-destined part is to be attached, information relating to contents of a work of attaching the relevant attachment-destined part, and information relating to conditions of an assembling shop; and extracting at least one cause of failure for each attachment-destined part and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 3. An article fraction defective estimating method of estimating an assembly fraction defective of an article, said method comprising the steps of:determining arithmetically and outputting an assembly fraction defective for an article and for each work of assembling constituent parts based on each constituent part constituting said article, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-destined part, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-subjected part to which the relevant attachment-destined part is to be attached, information relating to contents of a work of attaching the relevant attachment-destined part, and information relating to conditions of an assembling shop; and extracting at least one cause of failure, when viewed from a viewpoint of conditions of said assembling shop, for each attachment-destined part and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 4. A method of estimating a fraction defective of an article which is manufactured by assembling a plurality of constituent parts, said method comprising the steps of:inputting information relating to attaching operations in a process of manufacturing said article by assembling constituent parts, information relating to attachment-destined parts and representing properties of said attachment-destined parts which are to be attached based on said attaching operations, information relating to attachment-subjected parts for said attachment-destined parts, and assembling shop information relating to conditions of an assembling shop in which said article is to be manufactured by assembling the constituent parts; extracting a fraction defective coefficient based on said information relating to attaching operations from a storage device in which a fraction defective coefficient for each standard attaching operation is previously stored; extracting a first fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said information relating to attachment-destined parts and a second fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said information relating to attachment-subjected parts from a storage device in which a fraction defective supplementary coefficient for each part is previously stored; extracting a third fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said assembling shop information from a storage device in which the fraction defective supplementary coefficients corresponding to the conditions of an assembling shop are previously stored; and subjecting said fraction defective coefficient for each attaching operation which has been extracted to the supplementary operation based on said first, second and third fraction defective supplementary coefficients to determine arithmetically the fraction defective for each attaching operation or for each attachment-destined part relating to the relevant attaching operation and also to determine arithmetically the fraction defective of the overall article.
- 5. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 4, further comprising the step of:in the order of decreasing fraction defective, displaying the fraction defectives, for all the assembling works for said article or for all the attachment-destined parts, which have been arithmetically determined and outputted.
- 6. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 4, further comprising the step of:extracting at least one cause of failure for each work contents and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each standard work contents or standard attaching operation, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 7. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 4, further comprising the step of:extracting at least one cause of failure for each attachment-destined part and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 8. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 4, further comprising the step of:extracting at least one cause of failure, when viewed from a viewpoint of the conditions of said assembling shop, for each attachment-destined part and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus
