Claims
- 1. An article fraction defective estimating method of estimating an assembly fraction defective of an article, said method comprising the steps of:determining arithmetically an assembly fraction defective for an article and for each work of assembling constituent parts that form the basis of each constituent part constituting said article based on information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-destined part, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-subjected part to which the relevant attachment-destined part is to be attached, and information relating to contents of a work of attaching the relevant attachment-destined part to the relevant attachment-subjected part; and outputting said assembly fraction defective for said article and said each work of assembling constituent parts that form the basis of each constituent part constituting said article.
- 2. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of:in the order of decreasing fraction defective, displaying the fraction defectives, for the work contents or attachment-destined parts, of said article which have been arithmetically determined and outputted.
- 3. An article fraction defective estimating method of estimating an assembly fraction defective of an article, said method comprising the steps of:determining arithmetically an assembly fraction defective for an article and for each work of assembling constituent parts that form the basis of each constituent part constituting said article based on information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-destined part, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-subjected part to which the relevant attachment-destined part is to be attached, and information relating to contents of a work of attaching the relevant attachment-destined part to the relevant attachment-subjected part; and extracting at least one cause of failure for each work contents and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating an exact cause of failure for each standard work contents or standard attaching operation, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 4. An article fraction defective estimating method of estimating an assembly fraction defective of an article, said method comprising the steps of:determining arithmetically an assembly fraction defective for an article and for each work of assembling constituent parts that form the basis of each constituent part constituting said article based on information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-destined part, information relating to properties of a relevant attachment-subjected part to which the relevant attachment-destined part is to be attached, and information relating to contents of a work of attaching the relevant attachment-destined part to the relevant attachment-subjected part; and extracting at least one cause of failure for each attachment-destined part and the proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 5. A method of estimating a fraction defective of an article which is manufactured by assembling a plurality of constituent parts, said method comprising the steps of:inputting information relating to an attaching operation in a process of manufacturing said article by assembling constituent parts, information relating attachment-destined parts and representing properties of the attachment-destined parts which are attached based on said attaching operation, and information relating to attachment-subjected parts and representing properties of relevant attachment-subjected parts for said attachment-destined parts; extracting a fraction defective coefficient based on said information relating to the attachment-destined parts from a storage device in which the fraction defective coefficient corresponding to the properties for each attachment-destined part is previously stored; extracting a first fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said information relating to said attaching operation and a second fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said attachment-subjected parts from a storage device in which a fraction defective supplementary coefficient for each attaching operation is previously stored; and subjecting said fraction defective coefficient for each attachment-destined part which has been extracted to a supplementary operation based on said first and second fraction defective supplementary coefficients to determine arithmetically fraction defective for each attachment-destined part.
- 6. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 5, further comprising the step of:in the order of decreasing fraction defective, displaying the fraction defectives for all the attachment-destined parts of said article which have been arithmetically determined.
- 7. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 5, further comprising the step of:extracting at least one cause of failure for each attachment-destined part and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 8. A method of estimating a fraction defective of an article which is manufactured by assembling a plurality of constituent parts, said method comprising the steps of:inputting information relating to an attaching operation in a process of manufacturing said article by assembling constituent parts, information relating to attachment-destined parts and representing properties of the attachment-destined parts which are attached based on said attaching operation, and information relating to attachment-subjected parts and representing properties of attachment-subjected parts for said attachment-destined parts; extracting a fraction defective coefficient based on said information relating to said attaching operation from a stored device in which the fraction defective coefficient for each standard attaching operation is previously stored; extracting a first fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said information relating to the attachment-destined parts and a second fraction defective supplementary coefficient based on said information relating to the attachment-subjected parts from a storage device in which the fraction defective supplementary coefficient for each part is previously stored; and subjecting said fraction defective coefficient for each attaching operation which has been extracted to the supplementary operation based on said first and second fraction defective supplementary coefficients to determine arithmetically the fraction defective coefficient for each attaching operation or for each attachment-destined part relating to a relevant attaching operation.
- 9. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 8, further comprising the step of:in order of decreasing fraction defective, displaying the fraction defectives, for all the attaching operations or for all of the attachment-destined parts of said article, which have been arithmetically determined.
- 10. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 8, further comprising the step of:extracting at least one cause of failure for each attaching operation and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each standard attaching operation, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
- 11. An article fraction defective estimating method according to claim 8, further comprising the step of:extracting at least one of a cause of failure for each attachment-destined part and a proposal for improving the same from a database which stores information relating to an exact cause of failure for each attachment-destined part, and information relating to a proposal for improving the same, to display said at least one cause of failure and said proposal for improving the same thus extracted.
