According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frame hanging apparatus 100 is provided including an installation unit 110 installed on a wall surface, a support unit 120 which is coupled to a frame body 10 and engaged with the installation unit 110 to support the frame body 10 on the wall surface, an extending unit 112 formed to extend upward from an end portion of the installation unit 110, and a support groove 126 formed in a lower surface of the support unit 120 so that the extending unit 112 is inserted and engaged with the support unit 120.

The frame hanging apparatus 100 of the present embodiment is an apparatus that assists a user to easily hang a frame on the wall surface, and the user may install the installation unit 110 on the wall surface and hang the frame body 10 on the wall surface using the support unit 120 coupled to the frame body 10. More specifically, the user may hang the frame body 10 on the wall surface by inserting the extending unit 112 formed in the installation unit 110 into the support groove 126 formed in the support unit 120.

Hereinafter, each component of the frame hanging apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

First, as illustrated in FIG. 1, a painting or photograph 12 may be coupled to one surface of the frame body 10, and the support unit 120 may be coupled to another surface of the frame body 10. Further, since a frame cover 14 may be coupled to the frame body 10 after the painting or photograph 12 is coupled to one surface of the frame body 10, the painting or photograph 12 coupled to the frame body 10 may be protected.

More specifically, the support unit 120 coupled to another surface of the frame body 10 may be coupled to the frame body 10 using coupling members that are inserted through coupling holes formed in the frame body 10, screw grooves may be formed in the support unit 120 and the frame body 10, the coupling members may be screwed along the screw grooves, and thus the frame body 10 and the support unit 120 may be integrally coupled and provided to the user.

Meanwhile, unlike as described above, the frame body 10 and the support unit 120 may be coupled using different coupling members or may be adhered using an adhesive.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 5, the installation unit 110 may be installed on the wall surface, and the support unit 120 coupled to the frame body 10 may be engaged with the installation unit 110 to support the frame body 10 on the wall surface. More specifically, the extending unit 112 may be formed to extend upwardly so that one side of the installation unit 110 may be coupled to the wall surface and another side of the installation unit 110 is engaged with the support unit 120.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2A, 3A, and 4, the installation unit 110 is made of a nail and may be used by being driven into the wall surface, and as illustrated in FIGS. 2B, 3B, and 5, the installation unit 110 includes the extending unit 112 formed to extend upward from an end portion of the installation unit 110 and may be used by being attached to the wall surface or by being coupled to the wall surface using a separate coupling member.

Here, the extending unit 112 formed to extend upward from the end portion of the installation unit 110 described above may refer to a head of the nail illustrated in FIGS. 2A, 3A, and 4.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 6, the support unit 120 may be engaged with the installation unit 110 to support the frame body 10 on the wall surface, and the support groove 126 may be formed in the lower surface of the support unit 120 so that the extending unit 112 is inserted and engaged with the support groove 126. In the present embodiment, the extending unit 112 may be supported by being inserted into the support groove 126, due to a weight of the frame body 10.

More specifically, the support unit 120 may include a first support part 122 coupled to the frame body 10 and a second support part 124 coupled to the first support part 122, and the support groove 126 may be formed in the first support part 122 due to a difference in height between the first support part 122 and the second support part 124.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 5, since the second support part 124 is formed to extend more downward than the first support part 122, the support groove 126 may be formed due to the difference in height between the first support part 122 and the second support part 124. Due to the structure of the first support part 122 and the second support part 124, the extending unit 112 of the installation unit 110 may be engaged with the support groove 126 to support the frame body 10 on the wall surface.

Further, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the second support part 124 may be coupled to be movable up and down from the first support part 122, and when the second support part 124 is moved up and down, a lower surface of the second support part 124 may support the installation unit 110 by pushing downward, and thus a height of the frame body 10 may be adjusted.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2B, 3B, and 5, the extending unit 112 may be formed to correspond to the first support part 122 in which the support groove 126 is formed, and the support unit 120 may further include a cover part 130 that covers and supports both sides of the extending unit 112.

More specifically, the cover part 130 may include a first cover part 132 formed at both ends of the first support part 122, and a second cover part 134 formed at both ends of the second support part 124 to extend more inward than the first cover part 132.

Here, the first cover part 132 may be formed to extend downward from both ends of the first support part 122 to cover and support both sides of the extending unit 112. According to such a structure of the first cover part 132, it is possible to prevent the extending unit 112 from shaking in a state of being inserted into the support groove 126 (a lower side of the first support part 122), and according to such a structure of the first cover part 132 and the extending unit 112, it is possible to hang the frame on the wall surface more stably.

Further, as illustrated in FIG. 5C, the second cover part 134 may be formed to extend downward from both ends of the support part and extend more inward than the first cover part 132. According to such a structure of the second cover part 134, in a state in which the extending unit 112 is inserted into the support groove 126 (the lower side of the first support part 122), the second support part 124 and the second cover part 134 may simultaneously support the extending unit 112 to prevent the extending unit 112 from being separated from the support groove 126.

Meanwhile, as illustrated in FIG. 6, when the second support part 124 is coupled to the first support part 122 to be movable up and down, the second support part 124 may be moved up and down separately from the second cover part 134.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, a lower surface of the first support part 122 may be formed to be inclined so that a height difference with the second support part 124 is reduced toward the second support part 124. According to such an inclined structure of the first support part 122, in the present embodiment in which a width of the extending unit 112 is thinner than a width of the first support part 122, the extending unit 112 may be supported by being brought into contact with the frame body 10 due to the weight of the frame body 10.

Further, in the inclined structure of the first support part 122, when a nail is used as the installation unit 110 as illustrated in FIGS. 2A and 3A, a head of the nail is brought into contact with the lower surface of the first support part 122 and the first support part 122 is pushed out, and thus it is possible to prevent a shank of the nail from not being stably supported by the second support part 124.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, an upper portion of the extending unit 112 may be inclined to corresponds to the lower surface of the first support part 122, and according to such a structure of the extending unit 112 and the first support part 122, the extending unit 112 may be moved as much as possible toward the frame body 10 to support the support unit 120, and thus the frame body 10 is brought into close contact with the wall surface and may be supported more stably.

As described above, when the installation unit 110 is made up of as the nail, an engaging groove 140 may be formed in the support unit 120 to correspond to the shape of the nail, as illustrated in FIGS. 2A, 3A, and 4, and more specifically, the engaging groove 140 may include a first engaging groove 142 formed in the first support part 122 to correspond to a shape of the head of the nail and a second engaging groove 144 formed in the second support part 124 to correspond to a shape of the shank of the nail.

When the installation unit 110 is made of the nail, the engaging groove 140 may prevent the nail from moving along the lower surfaces of the first support part 122 and the second support part 124 and thus may allow the frame body 10 to be more stably supported on the wall surface, and the first engaging groove 142 and the second engaging groove 144 may be formed to have different depths according to the shape of the nail.

Furthermore, in the first engaging groove 142 and the second engaging groove 144, inclined surfaces may also be formed like the inclined surfaces of the lower end of the first support part 122 described above and thus may allow the frame body 10 to be brought into closer contact with the wall surface and supported on the wall surface.

Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 4 to 6, since the support groove 126 and the engaging groove 140 are formed in the support unit 120 concurrently, the frame may be hung on the wall surface even when the installation unit 110 is changed. In other words, in the present embodiment, the frame may be hung on the wall surface in which the nail has already been driven, the frame may be hung on the wall surface by installing a separate installation unit 110 on the wall surface, and the frame may be hung on the wall surface by being easily moved to any position as long as the installation unit 110 can be installed on the wall surface.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, a through-hole 150 may be formed in an upper surface of the support unit 120 to be connected to the support groove 126, and a spacer 160 may be inserted into the through-hole 150 to fill a space between the extending unit 112 and the support groove 126, and support the extending unit 112 inserted into the support groove 126.

More specifically, the through-hole 150 may be formed in the first support part 122 to be in contact with the second support part 124. Therefore, according to a positon of the through-hole 150, the spacer 160 may be inserted into the through-hole 150 to push the extending unit 112 toward the frame body 10, and the frame body 10 may be relatively moved toward the wall surface and thus may be more stably supported on the wall surface.

Further, as illustrated in FIG. 3, one side of the spacer 160 inserted into the through-hole 150 may be inclined to become thinner toward an end portion of the spacer 160, and a shape of the spacer 160 may allow the spacer 160 to be more easily inserted into the space between the extending unit 112 and the support groove 126.

Furthermore, as illustrated in FIG. 3, one side of the spacer 160 may have a shape corresponding to an end portion of the extending unit 112 described above, and thus may more easily push the extending unit 112 toward the frame body 10.

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, support units 170 may be coupled to the frame body 10 to be spaced apart from the support unit 120 to support the frame body 10 on the wall surface, and more specifically, in the present embodiment, the support unit 120 may be positioned at the center of the frame body 10 in a horizontal length direction, and the support units 170 may be positioned at left and right lower sides of the frame body 10 to support the frame body 10 on the wall surface.

According to the present invention, an installation unit can be installed on a wall surface and a frame body can be hung on the wall surface using a support unit coupled to the frame body, and more specifically, the frame body can be hung on the wall surface by inserting an extending unit of the installation unit into a support groove of the support unit.

While the present invention have been described with reference to the embodiments thereof, it may be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be variously modified and changed by adding, changing, or removing elements without departing from the scope of the present invention as set forth in the claims of the present invention, and other embodiments are also within the spirit of the present invention.
