Abstract
The invention discloses a free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling, including a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a plurality of first yarns and second yarns which are interwoven with each other, each first yarn is laid into a loop in turns by every other needle, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the first yarns is a cord stitch; a link of the cord stitch spans two needle pitches, and the cord stitch serves as a top stitch; and each second yarn is simultaneously laid on two adjacent knitting needles and woven into a loop, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the second yarns is a double loop stitch, the double loop stitch serves as a ground stitch. The invention can effectively avoid curling and loosening phenomena in the cutting process, and has high use comfort.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to the technical field of knitted fabrics, in particular to a free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling.


BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

When the existing knitted fabric is cut to manufacture clothes, the phenomena of curling, loosening and the like often occur, so that the edge seam position of the fabric and the peripheral position of the cut fabric are often required to be subjected to overedging processing, and the “overedging” is also called as a “overlocking” in the clothing industry. The overedging processing can prevent the silk threads in the fabric from loosening, but it needs to be carried out once every time the fabric is cut, causing a large cutting loss to the fabric. In order to reduce the cutting loss to the fabric, people usually require to be cut out along the position of the overedged fabric as much as possible, thus resulting in the cut angle and orientation are restricted, and it is inconvenient to use; in addition, underwear would have traces left on the body when people wears the underwear manufactured by the fabric subjected to the overedging processing, with poor comfort and aesthetics.


SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The invention is directed to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a free cut fabric which can effectively avoid the phenomena of curling and loosening in the cutting process, and it is convenient and comfortable to use and not prone to edge curling.


In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling, comprising a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a plurality of first yarns and second yarns which are interwoven with each other, each first yarn is laid into a loop in turns by every other needle, so that the warp knitted structure formed by weaving the first yarns is a cord stitch; a link of the cord stitch spans two needle pitches, and the cord stitch serves as a top stitch; each second yarn is simultaneously laid on two adjacent knitting needles and woven into a loop, so that the warp knitted structure formed by weaving the second yarns is a double loop stitch, the double loop stitch serves as a ground stitch, and the top stitch and the ground stitch are recombined to form the fabric body.


As a preferred embodiment, the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, and the double loop stitch is an open double loop stitch.


Preferably, the closed-loop cord stitch has a yarn laying number of 1-0/2-3//, and the open double loop stitch has a yarn laying number of 3-1/0-2/.


As another preferred embodiment, the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, and the double loop stitch is a closed double loop stitch.


Preferably, the closed-loop cord stitch has a yarn laying number of 1-0/2-3/1/, and the closed double loop stitch has a yarn laying number of 2-0/1-3//.


Preferably, the first yarns are provided as polyamide yarns, and the second yarns are provided as a spandex yarns.


As another preferred embodiment, the fabric body further comprises a plurality of third yarns, and each third yarn is periodically laid and not looped between a needle loop of the double loop stitch serving as the ground stitch and a link, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the third yarns is a weft laid-in stitch.


Preferably, the weft laid-in stitch is a partial weft laid-in stitch.


Preferably, the partial weft laid-in stitch is a partial weft laid-in stitch with 1-needle pitch.


Preferably, the fabric body is a fabric body with bidirectional elastic stretching characteristics.


Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:


In the invention, the cord stitch structure formed by weaving the first yarns is a top stitch, and has good transverse stability, moderate extensibility and elasticity, smooth surface, and soft feel; the double loop stitch structure formed by weaving the second yarns is a ground stitch, and has reduced loosening and good elasticity; the fabric formed by recombining the two stitches is good in elasticity, and the loops are mutually locked and not easy to loosen; the stress of the bottom loops is balanced by recombining the two stitches, and the fabric edge curling can be prevented. The invention can effectively avoid curling and loosening phenomena in the cutting process, and it is convenient to use, does not leave traces on the wearer, and has high use comfort.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
Embodiment 1

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling, includes a fabric body, wherein the fabric body includes a plurality of first yarns 11 (front carding GB1) and second yarns 12 (rear carding GB2) which are interwoven by warp knitting processes, the first yarns 11 can be preferably provided as polyamide yarns, and the second yarns 12 can be preferably provided as spandex yarns.


Polyamide fiber (chinlon), commonly known as Nylon, has the most prominent advantages of higher abrasion resistance than all other fibers, 10 times higher abrasion resistance than cotton and 20 times higher than wool; when the polyamide fiber is stretched to 3-6%, its elastic recovery rate can reach 100%; the fiber can withstand ten thousand times of bending without breaking, with fatigue resistance superior to that of various fibers.


Spandex fiber (Polyurethane Fiber) is the abbreviation of polyurethane elastic fiber, generally written as PU, a kind of blocked copolymer, and a long-chain in the copolymer consist of a soft segment and a hard segment. There are two types, polyester type and polyether type, depending on whether the soft segment in the fiber structure is polyester or polyether. The spandex fibers typically have an elongation of 400% to 800% with very good elastic recovery properties, and even more than 99% recovery at 50% elongation. Spandex has good chemical resistance, such as resistance to acid and alkali, organic solvent, dry cleaning agent, bleaching agent and so on.


Of course, yarns made from other materials may be used depending on the actual needs and are not intended for limitation.


Warp knitting process interweaving refers to a double-guide bar full-shuttling interweaving. The guide bar is the name of a yarn guide mechanism of a warp knitting machine and can be divided into a flower guide bar and a ground guide bar.


As shown in FIG. 2, each first yarn 11 is laid into a loop in turns by every other needle, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the first yarns 11 is a cord stitch; a link of the cord stitch spans two needle pitches, the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, and the loop of the cord stitch is a closed loop, that is, the links at the loop base are crossed with each other. The closed-loop cord stitch serves as a top stitch.


Wherein the closed-loop cord stitch has a yarn laying number of 1-02-3//, the number in the yarn laying number is an inter-needle serial number, the numbers between each horizontal column are separated by “/”, and one complete stitch is finished by “//”.


As shown in FIG. 2, each second yarns 12 is simultaneously laid on two adjacent needles and woven into a loop, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the second yarns 12 is a double loop stitch; the double loop stitch is an open double loop stitch, the loop of the double loop stitch is an open loop, that is, links at the loop base are not crossed with each other. The open double loop stitch serves as a ground stitch.


Wherein the open double loop stitch has a yarn laying number of 3-1/0-2//.


As shown in FIG. 1, in the embodiment, the top stitch and the ground stitch can be recombined to form the fabric body, and the fabric body is a fabric body with bidirectional elastic stretching characteristics.


The fabric formed by recombining the two stitches has good elasticity, the loops are mutually locked and are not easy to loosen; when the two stitches are recombined, the stress of the loops on the bottom surface is balanced, and the fabric can be prevented from curling.


Embodiment 2

Referring to FIG. 3, the embodiment 2 of the present invention provides a free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling, including a fabric body, wherein the fabric body includes a plurality of first yarns 21 and second yarns 22 interwoven by warp knitting processes, wherein the first yarns 21 may preferably be provided as polyamide yarns, and the second yarns 22 may preferably be provided as spandex yarns.


As shown in FIG. 3, each first yarn 21 is laid into a loop in turns by every other needle, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the first yarns 21 is a cord stitch; a link of the cord stitch spans two needle pitches, the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, the loop of the cord stitch is a closed loop, that is, the links at the loop base are crossed with each other, and the closed-loop cord stitch serves as a top stitch. The closed-loop cord stitch has a yarn laying number of 1-0/2-3//.


As shown in FIG. 3, each second yarn 22 is simultaneously laid on two adjacent needles and woven into a loop, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the second yarns 22 is a double loop stitch, which is a closed double loop stitch, and the loop of which is a closed loop, i.e., the links at the loop base are crossed with each other. The yarn laying number of the closed double loop stitch is 2-0/1-3//. The double loop stitch as ground stitch.


In the embodiment, the top stitch and the ground stitch can be compositely formed, and the face fabric body is a face fabric body with bidirectional elastic stretching characteristics.


The fabric formed by recombining the two stitches has good elasticity, the loops are mutually locked and are not easy to loosen; when the two stitches are recombined, the stress of the loops on the bottom surface is balanced, and the fabric can be prevented from curling.


Embodiment 3

Referring to FIG. 4, the embodiment 3 of the present invention provides a free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling, and includes a fabric body, wherein the fabric body includes a plurality of first yarns 31, second yarns 32 and third yarns 33 which are interwoven by warp knitting processes, the first yarns 31 can be preferably provided as polyamide yarns, the second yarns 32 can be preferably provided as spandex yarns, and the third yarns 33 can be preferably provided as polyamide yarns or spandex yarns. Of course other elastic or non-elastic yarns may be used.


As shown in FIG. 4, each first yarn 31 is laid into a loop in turns by every other needle, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the first yarns 31 is a cord stitch; a link of the cord stitch spans two needle pitches, the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, the loop of the cord stitch is a closed loop, that is, the links at the loop base are crossed with each other, and the closed-loop cord stitch serves as a top stitch. The yarn number of the closed-loop cord stitch is 1-0/2-31.


As shown in FIG. 4, each second yarn 32 is simultaneously laid on two adjacent needles and woven into a loop, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the second yarns 32 is a double loop stitch, which is a closed double loop stitch and the loop of which is a closed loop, that is, the links at the loop base are crossed with each other. The yarn laying number of the closed double loop stitch is 2-0/1-3//. The double loop stitch serves as a ground stitch.


As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each third yarn 33 is periodically laid and not looped between a needle loop of the double loop stitch serving as the ground stitch and a link, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the third yarns 33 is a weft laid-in stitch. In this embodiment, the weft laid-in stitch is a partial weft laid-in stitch. In particular, the partial weft laid-in stitch is preferably a partial weft laid-in stitch with 1-needle pitch. Of course multiple needle pitches may be used.


In the embodiment, the top stitch, the weft laid-in stitch and the ground stitch can be recombined to form the fabric body, and the fabric body is a fabric body with bidirectional elastic stretching characteristics.


The fabric formed by recombining the three stitches has good elasticity, the loops are mutually locked and are not easy to loosen; when the three stitches are recombined, the stress of the loops on the bottom surface is balanced, and the fabric can be prevented from curling; the weft laid-in stitch has less extensibility, good transverse elasticity, and can expand the variety of product colors.


From the above, the fabric provided by the invention can effectively avoid curling and loosening phenomena in the cutting process, and it is convenient to use, does not leave traces on a wearer, and has high use comfort.


The above-described embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, simplifications, which do not depart from the spirit and principles of the present invention, are intended to be equivalent within the scope of the present invention.

  • 1. A free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling, comprising a fabric body, wherein the fabric body comprises a plurality of first yarns and second yarns which are interwoven with each other, each first yarn is laid into a loop in turns by every other needle, so that the warp knitted structure formed by weaving the first yarns is a cord stitch; a link of the cord stitch spans two needle pitches, and the cord stitch serves as a top stitch; and each second yarn is simultaneously laid on two adjacent knitting needles and woven into a loop, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the second yarns is a double loop stitch, the double loop stitch serves as a ground stitch, and the top stitch and the ground stitch are recombined to form the fabric body.
  • 2. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 1, wherein the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, and the double loop stitch is an open double loop stitch.
  • 3. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 2, wherein the closed-loop cord stitch has a yarn laying number of 1-0/2-3//, and the open double loop stitch has a yarn laying number of 3-1/0-2//.
  • 4. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 1, wherein the cord stitch is a closed-loop cord stitch, and the double loop stitch is a closed double loop stitch.
  • 5. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 4, wherein the closed-loop cord stitch has a yarn laying number of 1-0/2-3//, and the closed double loop stitch has a yarn laying number of 2-0/1-3//.
  • 6. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 1, wherein the first yarns are provided as polyamide yarns, and the second yarns are provided as spandex yarns.
  • 7. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 4, wherein the fabric body further comprises a plurality of third yarns, and each third yarn is periodically laid and not looped between a needle loop of the double loop stitch serving as the ground stitch and a link, so that the warp knitted stitch structure formed by weaving the third yarns is a weft laid-in stitch.
  • 8. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 7, wherein the weft laid-in stitch is a partial weft laid-in stitch.
  • 9. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 8, wherein the partial weft laid-in stitch is a partial weft laid-in stitch with 1-needle pitch.
  • 10. The free cut fabric being not prone to edge curling according to claim 1, wherein the fabric body is a fabric body with bidirectional elastic stretching characteristics.
