Claims
- 1. A structural body, characterized in that:
a first frame member and a second frame member are welded together; said first frame member and said second frame member are abutted and each have a first face plate, a second face plate disposed in parallel to said first face plate and a third plate for connecting said first face plate and said second face plate; said second face plates are welded together; both ends of a connection member are overlapped with a projection chip of an end portion of said first plate of said first frame member and a projection chip of an end portion of said first plate of said second frame member; an end portion of said connection member is inserted into as groove of an end portion of said first plate of said first frame member; and a friction stir welding is carried out to said overlapped portion of a side of said second frame member from beyond said insertion portion.
- 2. A structural body, characterized in that:
a first frame member and a second frame member are welded together; said first frame member and said second frame member are abutted and each having a first face plate, a second face plate disposed in parallel to said first face plate and a third plate for connecting said first face plate and said second face plate; said second face plates are welded together; to an end portion of said second face plate of said first frame member and to an end portion of said second face plate of said second frame member, a respective end portion of a connection member is joined by friction stir welding; and plural connection members are provided so as to be disposed in a longitudinal direction of said frame member.
- 3. A frame member comprising a first face plate, a second face plate disposed in parallel to said first face plate and a third plate for connecting said first face plate and said second face plate;
in an end portion of said second face plate, a groove is provided, which groove opens toward an end portion of said second face plate, and said groove is provided inn a longitudinal direction of said frame member.
- 4. A frame member according to claim 3, characterized in that:
in an end portion of each first face plate, a raised portion is projected toward an outer side in a thickness direction of the frame member, and a side of said raised portion having said groove is in alignment with an apex of said raised portion from beyond in extension line of an outer side of said first face plate.
- 5. A frame member, characterized in that:
to one end in a width direction of a plate, a projection portion which is thinner than the thickness of said one end is projected, and said projection portion is projected toward said width direction.
- 6. A frame member according to claim 5, characterized in that:
to an end portion of said plate, said projection portion is projected in an outer portion in a thickness direction of said frame member, and a side of said raised portion of said projection portion is a side of an apex of said raised portion from beyond an extension fine of a side of said recessed portion of said face plate.
