(a) Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a frisbee structure, and more particularly, to a game flying toy for toss and catch combining a spinning structure and a floating ornament, providing more amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
Generally, a frisbee for catch and toss is around disc and made of a plastic material in one piece. In addition, a conventional frisbee is designed with colors and/or lines, however, the whole shape of a frisbee is formed as a single round disc.
The invention disclosed herein is a new form of frisbee to replace the conventional dull round disc. The Frisbee of the invention comprises a spinning structure and a floating ornament to provide more amusement for a player.
The primary objective of the present invention that has been made to solve the aforementioned problems is to provide a Frisbee comprises a piercing hole set on the central part thereof, enabling a spinning structure to be positioned thereon. The spinning structure further comprises an upper coupling member, a lower coupling member, a fastener and a revolving component. The revolving component comprises a bearing component with an upper hook portion and a lower hook portion piercing through. In addition, the upper coupling member is arranged on one end of a fastener, the other end of the fastener is hooked up with the revolving component and the lower hook portion on one end of the revolving component is hooked up with the lower coupling member. The assembly of the spinning structure and the frisbee is to enable the upper coupling member to be separated from one end of the fastener, enable that end of the fastener to be corresponding to the piercing hole on the frisbee, and then enable the upper coupling member to be buckled and positioned on the other side of the piercing hole of the Frisbee and formed in one piece with the frisbee. A floating ornament is positioned on one end of the spinning structure assembled on the frisbee, providing more amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action.
The second objective of the invention is that the frisbee comprises a piercing hole, a round edge with an inner curve that is formed and elongate downwards on the rim along an upper surface of the frisbee, and a concave space that is formed on the lower side of the frisbee. The piercing hole on the frisbee enables a spinning structure with a floating ornament to be combined with the frisbee; consequently, the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action in the air and retain a slow landing speed.
The third objective of the invention is to provide the floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able to be formed as a single long strip.
The fourth objective of the invention is to provide the floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able to be formed as a plurality of long strips.
The fifth objective of the invention is to provide the floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure that is able to be formed as a hollow sphere.
The sixth objective of the invention is that the spinning structure further comprises an upper coupling member, a lower coupling member, a fastener and a revolving component. The assembly of the spinning structure with the frisbee is to enable the upper coupling member to be separated from one end of the revolving component, enable a hook portion on that end of the revolving component to correspond with the piercing hole on the frisbee, and enable the upper coupling member to be buckled into the hook portion of the revolving component and positioned on the other side of the piercing hole on the frisbee. A floating ornament is positioned on one end of the spinning structure assembled on the frisbee, providing more amusements for a player when the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action.

The frisbee (1′) has an upper surface (12) in pre-set width and thickness, a round edge (13) with an inner curve that is formed and elongate downwards on the rim, and a concave space (14) that is formed on the lower side of the frisbee (1′) The frisbee (1′) comprises a piercing hole (11) for a spinning structure (2) and a floating ornament (3) to be assembled with the frisbee (1′); consequently, the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action in the air and retain a slow landing speed.
The assembly of the spinning structure (2) with the frisbee (1) in
A spinning structure (2′) in another preferred embodiment of the invention (
In view of the foregoing, the assembly of the spinning structure and the frisbee with the floating ornament on one end of the spinning structure have the following advantages when the frisbee is tossed in the air:
1. the spinning structure enables the frisbee to produce a spinning action due to the wind when being tossed, so as to blow the ornament about in the wind for more amusements.
2. the frisbee comprises a round edge with an inner curve that is formed and elongate downwards on the rim along an upper surface of the frisbee, therefore, the frisbee is tossed to produce a rapid spinning action in the air and retain a slow landing speed.
3. the ornament arranged on one end of the spinning structure can be diversified, to enable the frisbee to have more flexible appearance looks.
What has been described above is the preferred embodiment of the present invention only, and it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Various equivalent changes and alternatives to the present invention can be made to the elements of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of this present invention. Accordingly, all such equivalent changes and alternatives should be included within the scope of the appended claims.
It will be appreciated and understood by those skilled in the art from the above detailed description that the present invention can achieve the foregoing objective indeed, and the application for a patent is duly filed accordingly.
