The present disclosure relates to the technical field of accessory devices of snow blowers in particular, to a front shovel of a snow blower.
Snow blower, also known as snow thrower, is a machine for clearing snow. For example, for lanes, sidewalks, roads, rails, ice rinks or tracks, an electric, gasoline or diesel engine can be used to drive an auger or an impeller to run, to throw snow to another place or a truck and carry it away. An operating range of a snow blower changes from a very small range (in which the snow blower is only able to move in a path of 18 to 20 inches to clear snow with a thickness of several inches) to a very large range in which the snow blower is mounted on a heavy-load winter service vehicle and can move 20 feet or in a wider range to clear heavy snow with a thickness of 6 feet.
Chinese invention patent application No. CN113512982A discloses a snow shoveling device, in which, a fixed frame is mounted at a front end of a vehicle, and a height of a housing is adjusted through a lifting frame, to change a height of a snow shoveling plate. When the vehicle moves forward, the snow shoveling plate scoops up the snow on the ground. An auger power head drives a transmission shaft to rotate. A right-handed auger and a left-handed auger work at the same time to collect the snow to a snow outlet. A cutterhead of a high-speed fan I rotates to generate a suction force. At the same time, a curved blade continuously transports the snow up to a vertical conveying pipe. A cutterhead of a high-speed fan II transports the snow back to a horizontal conveying pipe. An ejector rod is controlled to extend and retract to adjust an angle of a baffle plate at the snow outlet, so that the snow gradually fills an entire bucket. The snow is transported to a dumping site, and then is unloaded, to solve a head-scratching problem of mechanical cleaning and transportation.
Chinese invention patent No. CN216130043U discloses a light-load snow blower for a dune buggy, including a snow outlet pipe. A rotating shaft is fixed in a snow sweeping box, and two ends of the rotating shaft are separately provided with a first spiral blade and a second spiral blade. A snow throwing chamber is arranged at an intersection of the first spiral blade and the second spiral blade. An open end of the snow throwing chamber is aligned with an orifice of the snow outlet pipe. A power source is fixed at a top of one end of the snow sweeping box. The power source transmits power to the rotating shaft through a drive belt. At least two groups of connecting ridges are fixed at the back of the snow sweeping box. A traction frame is connected between the connecting ridges. In this application, the power source is fixed at the top of the snow sweeping box. The power is transmitted to the rotating shaft through a drive mechanism, so that the snow is thrown to the snow outlet pipe for discharging in the rotating process, and it is not necessary to use a fan to blow the snow. The traction frame on the back is directly connected to a chassis of the dune buggy. When the dune buggy moves forward, the snow is cleared.
To sum up, the inventor has found the following technical problems in the existing snow blower when implementing the technical solutions of this invention:
The snow blower in the prior art has no front shovel, or the front shovel has the following disadvantages: the front shovel of the snow blower cannot be adjusted according to an actual situation after being mounted, resulting in a failure of use under some road conditions, which needs to be improved.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a front shovel of a snow blower, which has a simple structure and can be mounted on machines with different sizes. Furthermore, an angle of the front shovel can be adjusted, to reduce the boundedness of use.
A front shovel of a snow blower of the present disclosure includes a snow shoveling plate I, a snow shoveling plate II, and two connecting arms for connecting the snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II to the snow blower, wherein

Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the beneficial effects below: During use, overall lengths of the swing arms I and the swing arms II change by using the adjustment holes II and the adjustment holes III. Overall lengths of the snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II can change by using the adjustment holes I and the elongated holes. Furthermore, the swing arms I are rotatably connected with the snow shoveling plate I or the snow shoveling plate II. Therefore, during use of the device, the T-shaped plates are fixed on the snow blower. The overall lengths of the snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II can be automatically adjusted according to a size of the snow blower, and angles of the snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II can be adjusted according to an actual situation. In addition, pitching angles of the snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II can change by using the through holes I and the through holes II, which is more convenient to carry the snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II.

The connecting arms each include a connecting plate I 7 and two connecting plates II 8 which are fixed together. The connecting plate I 7 is connected to the snow shoveling plate I 1 or the snow shoveling plate II 2. The connecting arms each further include a swing arm I 9 rotatably connected to the two connecting plates II 8, a swing arm II 10 slidably connected to the swing arm 19. The connecting arms each further include a T-shaped plate 11 connected to the snow blower. One end of each swing arm II 10 is fixedly connected with a U-shaped plate 20 through a screw. The U-shaped plate 20 and the T-shaped plate 11 are connected through a screw and are rotatable. A through hole I 12 is formed in the swing arm II 10. Bolts, nuts and gaskets are threaded through the corresponding adjustment holes I 5 and elongated holes 6 to fix the relative positions of the snow shoveling plate I 1 and the snow shoveling plate II 2, which enhances a fixing effect between the snow shoveling plate I 1 and the snow shoveling plate II 2. The snow shoveling plate I and the snow shoveling plate II will not be dislocated after being fixed.
The front shovel of the snow blower of the above technical solution has the following advantages:
(1) The front shovel of the snow blower is provided with the two connecting arms. The front shovel of the snow blower can be quickly connected to the snow blower through the connecting arms.
(2) A snow shoveling plate of the front shovel of the snow blower is composed of the snow shoveling plate I 1 and the snow shoveling plate II 2 which can slide relative to each other to adjust the length of the snow shoveling plate, so that the snow shoveling plate can be connected to snow blowers with different sizes and applicable to different operating environments.
(3) The swing arms I 9 and the swing arms II 10 of the front shovel of the snow blower can slide relatively, so that the overall lengths of the connecting arms can change according to an operating requirement, and the applicability is good.
(4) According to the front shovel of the snow blower, the swing arms I 9 and the connecting plates II 8 are rotatably connected, so that the swing arms I 9 can rotate relative to the snow shoveling plate I 1 or the snow shoveling plate II 2, and the snow shoveling plate can be perpendicular to the connecting arms or in other angles. In an oblique angle, the snow shoveling plate can push the snow on both sides of a road to the middle of the road, so that it is convenient for the snow blower to subsequently blow the snow in the middle of the road.
(5) The U-shaped plates 20 are rotatably connected with the T-shaped plates 11, so that the swing arms II 10 can rotate relative to the T-shaped plates 11, and the snow shoveling plate can rotate to a snow plane, to ensure that the snow blower runs normally.
(6) The through holes I 12 of the swing arms 10 and the through holes II 13 of the T-shaped plates 11 are connected by using the quick release pins, which is convenient for adjustment of a height of the snow shoveling plate. The adjustment holes II 14 of the swing arms I 9 and the adjustment holes III 15 of the swing arms II 10 are connected by using the quick release pins, so that it is convenient for adjustment of an extending length of the snow shoveling plate.
According to the front shovel of the snow blower of the present disclosure, all the above components are mounted, connected or arranged in a welded manner, a riveted manner or other common mechanical manners. Slidable/rotatable fixing means that a component will not fall off in a sliding/rotating state. Hermetical connection means that two connectors are sealed while they are connected. Furthermore, specific structures, model numbers, coefficients and indexes of all the components are the prior art, and can be all implemented as long as they can achieve the beneficial effects of the front shovel. All electrical modules and electrical appliances described above are commercially common electrical parts. After being purchased, these parts can be electrically connected to one another for use according to their manuals. A control module is a common built-in module, which will not be described here.
According to the front shovel of the snow blower in the present disclosure, without any explanation to the contrary. “up, down, left, right, front, back, inner, outer, vertical and horizontal” and other orientation words included in a term only represent an orientation of the term in the normal use state, or are common terms understood by persons skilled in the art, and should not be regarded as restrictions on the term. At the same time. “first”. “second”. “third” and other numerical terms do not represent a specific quantity and order, and are only used to distinguish names. In addition, the terms “include”, “contain” or any other variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusion, so that a process, method, object or equipment that includes a series of elements includes not only those elements, but also other elements that are not explicitly listed, or also elements inherent in such process, method, object or equipment.
