- 6. The fuel control device of claim 5, wherein said housing means includes a housing member having a part thereof disposed against said one side of said plate and having another part thereof engaging the other of said sides of diaphragm means and holding a part of said one side of said diaphragm means in sealing relation with said one side of said plate to cooperate therewith in defining said chambers.
- 7. A fuel control device, comprising:
- a housing means, said housing means including a substantially flat plate having opposed substantially parallel sides, said plate having first and second openings in spaced apart relation passing therethrough, wherein, said first opening defines a first valve seat and said second opening defines a second valve seat;
- a first movable valve member carried by said housing means for opening and closing said first valve seat;
- a second movable valve member carried by said housing means for opening and closing said second valve seat, wherein, one of said movable valve members operatively controls the position of the other of said movable valve members;
- diaphragm means, portions of said diaphragm means being disposed against one of said sides of said plate, said diaphragm means cooperating with said one side of said plate to define a first chamber associated with said first valve seat and a second chamber associated with said second valve seat and wherein said diaphragm means carries said first valve member and said second valve member thereon.
- 8. The fuel control device of claim 7, wherein said diaphragm means comprises a one-piece homogeneous member.
- 9. The fuel control device of claim 8, wherein said diaphragm means has opposed sides, said valve members being carried on one said sides of said diaphragm means.
- 10. The fuel control device of claim 9, wherein said housing means includes a housing member having a part thereof disposed against said one side of said plate and having another part thereof engaging the other of said sides of diaphragm means and holding a part of said one side of said diaphragm means in sealing relation with said one side of said plate to cooperate therewith in defining said chambers.
- 11. The fuel control device of claim 10, wherein said housing member has a portion thereof that cooperates with said other side of said diaphragm means to form a control chamber for positioning said first valve member relative to said first valve seat in relation to the fluid pressure and said control chamber.
- 12. A fuel control device, comprising:
- a housing means, which includes a substantially flat plate having opposed substantially parallel sides, said plate having first and second openings in spaced apart relation passing therethrough, wherein said first opening defines a first valve seat and said second opening defines a second valve seat;
- a first movable valve member carried by said housing means for opening and closing said first valve seat;
- a second movable valve member carried by said housing means for opening and closing said second valve seat, wherein one of said movable valve members operatively controls the position of the other of said movable valve members; and
- a one-piece homogeneous diaphragm means, which carries said first valve member and said second valve member thereon, portions of said diaphragm means being disposed against one of said sides of said plate, said diaphragm means cooperating with said one side of said plate to define a first chamber associated with said first valve seat and a second chamber associated with said second valve seat.
- 13. The fuel control device of claim 12, wherein said diaphragm means has opposed sides, said valve members being carried on one of said sides of said diaphragm means.
- 14. The fuel control device of claim 13, wherein said housing means includes a housing member having a part thereof disposed against said one side of said plate and having another part thereof engaging the other of said sides of diaphragm means and holding a part of said one side of said diaphragm means in sealing relation with said one side of said plate to cooperate therewith in defining said chambers.
- 15. The fuel control device of claim 14, wherein said housing member has a portion thereof that cooperates with said other side of said diaphragm means to form control chamber for positioning said first valve member relative to said first valve seat in relation to the fluid pressure and said control chamber.
- 16. A fuel control device, comprising:
- a housing means, comprising:
- a housing member;
- a substantially flat plate having opposed substantially parallel sides, said substantially flat plate having first and second openings in spaced apart relation passing therethrough, wherein, said first opening defines a first valve seat and said second opening defines a second valve seat;
- a first movable valve member carried by said housing means for opening and closing said first valve seat; and
- a second movable valve member carried by said housing means for opening and closing said second valve seat, wherein, one of said movable valve members operatively controls the position of the other of said movable valve members; and
- a one-piece homogeneous diaphragm means having opposed sides and carrying said first valve member and said second valve member thereon, portions of said diaphragm means being disposed against one of said sides of said plate, said diaphragm means cooperating with said one side of said plate to define a first chamber associated with said first valve seat and a second chamber associated with said second valve seat;
