FULL-SPONGE COMPRESSIBLE SOFA

Abstract

A full-sponge compressible sofa includes a sponge mounting seat and at least one sponge sofa seat provided on the sponge mounting seat. The sponge mounting seat includes a base and two armrests symmetrically arranged on the base. Each armrest includes an armrest main body and a limiting flange provided on one side of the armrest main body. Each sponge sofa seat includes a seat cushion and a backrest provided on one end of the seat cushion. The side of either one of the armrests provided with the limiting flange faces the other armrest. When the sponge sofa seat is mounted on the sponge mounting seat, the limiting flange of each armrest abuts against the seat cushion of one sponge sofa seat, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat on the sponge mounting seat.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sofas, in particular to a full-sponge compressible sofa.

BACKGROUND

A sofa is a multi-seat chair equipped with soft cushions, such as an backrest chair filled with spring, thick foam plastic, etc. and having armrests at two sides thereof, and is a kind of soft furniture. At present, in order to facilitate transportation and storage of sofas, sofas can be processed into composite structures.

In a Chinese patent “MODULAR SOFA AND COMBINATION SOFA COMPOSED OF THE SAME”, with patent No. CN202121629214.7, a modular sofa includes a sofa body and a mounting part, the mounting part can be detachably connected with the sofa body through connection elements to change the form of the sofa body. The mounting part includes at least one of a backrest, an armrest, and a leg support. However, the combination manner of this sofa is complicated in structure and difficult in assembly, thus the mounting time is increased.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

In view of this, the present disclosure provides a full-sponge compressible sofa that is convenient in assembly and reduces transport cost, so as to meet industrial requirements.

A full-sponge compressible sofa comprises a sponge mounting seat and at least one sponge sofa seat provided on the sponge mounting seat. The sponge mounting seat comprises a base and two armrests symmetrically arranged on the base. Each armrest comprises an armrest main body and a limiting flange provided on one side of the armrest main body. Each sponge sofa seat comprises a seat cushion and a backrest provided on one end of the seat cushion. The side of either one of the armrests provided with the limiting flange faces the other armrest. When the sponge sofa seat is mounted on the sponge mounting seat, the limiting flange of each armrest abuts against the seat cushion of one sponge sofa seat, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat on the sponge mounting seat.

Furthermore, the base and the armrests are integrally formed.

Furthermore, the base comprises two base main bodies, the two armrests are respectively arranged on the two base main bodies.

Furthermore, in an extension direction of the armrest main body, a length of the limiting flange is less than a length of the armrest main body, and an end head of one end of the limiting flange is flush with an end head of one end of the armrest main body.

Furthermore, a sidewall of a side of the backrest facing the seat cushion is arranged obliquely, and an included angle between the seat cushion and the backrest is an obtuse angle.

Furthermore, an interval distance between the two armrest main bodies is equal to integer multiple of a length of the seat cushion.

Furthermore, the sponge mounting seat further comprises at least one mounting protrusion provided at a side of the base facing the sponge sofa seat.

Furthermore, each sponge sofa seat further comprises a mounting groove provided at a side of the seat cushion facing the sponge mounting seat, the mounting groove and the mounting protrusion correspond to each other, the mounting grooves and the mounting protrusions correspond to each other, and between the mounting groove and the mounting protrusion there is interference fit.

Compared with the prior art, the full-sponge compressible sofa provided by the present disclosure is combined together through the sponge sofa seat and the sponge mounting seat, the base of the sponge mounting seat is symmetrically provided thereon with the two armrests, each armrest comprises the armrest main body and the limiting flange provided on one side of the armrest main body. Each sponge sofa seat comprises the seat cushion and the backrest provided on one end of the seat cushion. When the sponge sofa seat is mounted on the sponge mounting seat, the limiting flange of each armrest abuts against the seat cushion of one sponge sofa seat, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat on the sponge mounting seat. Thus, the sponge sofa seat and the sponge mounting seat form a whole to achieve quick assembly between the sponge sofa seat and the sponge mounting seat. The full-sponge compressible sofa is convenient to mount, and can be assembled or disassembled according to requirements, thereby bringing great convenience to the transportation and carrying work of the sofa.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are further described in detail below. It should be understood that the description of the embodiments of the present disclosure here are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, which show structural schematic views of a first embodiment of a full-sponge compressible sofa provided by the present disclosure. The full-sponge compressible sofa includes a sponge mounting seat 10 and at least one sponge sofa seat 20 provided on the sponge mounting seat 10. The full-sponge compressible sofa further includes other functional modules, such as assembly components and the like, which should be technology familiar with technical personnel in this field, and will not be expressed in detail one by one here.

The sponge mounting seat 10 includes a base 11 and two armrests 12 symmetrically arranged on the base 11, and at least one mounting protrusion 13 provided at a side of the base 11 facing the sponge sofa seat 20. The base 11 and the armrests 12 are integrally formed so as to ensure the stability of the structure of the whole sponge mounting seat 10.

The base 11 is configured to support the sponge sofa seat 20. The base 11 will be described in detail in combination with the sponge sofa seat 20 and is not repeated here.

Each armrest 12 includes an armrest main body 121 and a limiting flange 122 provided on one side of the armrest main body 121. The side of either one of the armrests 12 provided with the limiting flange 122 faces the other armrest 12, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat 20 on the base 11 by the limiting flange 122, therefore the armrests 12 will be described in detail in combination with the sponge sofa seat 20.

The mounting protrusion 13 is provided at a side of the base 11 facing the sponge sofa seat 20. The mounting protrusion 13 is traversely or longitudinally arranged at the side of the base 11 to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat 20 on the sponge mounting seat 10, and the mounting protrusion 13 will be described in detail in combination with the sponge sofa seat 20.

Each sponge sofa seat 20 includes a seat cushion 21, a backrest 22 provided on one end of the seat cushion 21, and a mounting groove 23 provided at a side of the seat cushion 21 facing the sponge mounting seat 10.

The seat cushion 21 is provided on the sponge mounting seat 10, the base 11 supports the seat cushion 21 so as to maintain a comfortable height when a user sits on the seat cushion 21. An interval distance between the two armrest main bodies 121 is equal to integer multiple of a length of the seat cushion 21, so it is possible to process the sponge mounting seat 10 and mount the sponge sofa seat 20 according to requirements to form a single person sofa, a double person sofa, or a multiple person sofa. When the sponge sofa seat 20 is mounted on the sponge mounting seat 10, the limiting flange 122 of each armrest 12 abuts against the seat cushion 21 of one sponge sofa seat 20, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat 20 on the sponge mounting seat 10.

The backrest 22 is configured to support a waist of a human body. The seat cushion 21 and the backrest 22 are integrally formed, a sidewall of a side of the backrest 22 facing the seat cushion 21 is arranged obliquely, and an included angle between the seat cushion 21 and the backrest 22 is an obtuse angle, so as to comply with human mechanics and provide users with a comfortable sitting posture. In addition, in an extension direction of the armrest main body 121, a length of the limiting flange 122 is less than a length of the armrest main body 121, and an end head of one end of the limiting flange 122 is flush with an end head of one end of the armrest main body 121. What can be thought of is that the limiting flange 122 and the armrest main body 121 form a step shape, so as to facilitate assembly of the backrest 22 of the sponge sofa seat 20 and make assembly between the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 be neat.

The mounting groove 23 of each sponge sofa seat 20 is mounted together with a mounting protrusion 13, and between the mounting groove 23 and the mounting protrusion 13 there is interference fit, thereby making the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 are stably connected together.

In addition, both the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 are made of sponge, the sponge is plastic product produced by cross-linking reaction of polyurethane with TDI or MDI, which may be embodied as various densities based on sizes of internal bubbles, and can be fabricated as various shapes by means of molding according to requirements, the sponge is a kind of prior art. Moreover, since both the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 are made of sponge, during a transportation process, the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 can be compressed to reduce volumes, thereby facilitating transportation. When transportation is needed, the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 can be compressed by mechanical equipments, so that air in sponge is squeezed out, and the volumes of the sponge mounting seat 10 and the sponge sofa seat 20 are reduced, thus the package volumes can be reduced, thereby facilitating transportation. At the same time, during each transportation, the same container can be loaded three to four times more, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing transportation cost.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the first embodiment of the full-sponge compressible sofa, two sponge sofa seats 20 are mounted on the sponge mounting seat 10 to form a double person sofa.

As shown FIG. 4, which is a structural schematic view of a second embodiment of the full-sponge compressible sofa provided by the present disclosure. In the second embodiment of the full-sponge compressible sofa, the base 11 includes two base main bodies 111, the two armrests 12 are respectively arranged on the two base main bodies 111. What can be thought of is that the base 11 is divided into two parts, such that during a carrying process, the base 11 can be disassembled and arranged properly for transportation.

Regarding the full-sponge compressible sofa, during both the assembly processes of the first embodiment and of the second embodiment, the sponge sofa seat 20 is inserted between the two armrests 12, and the limiting flange 122 of each armrest 12 abuts against the seat cushion 21 of the sponge sofa seat 20 to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat 20 on the sponge mounting seat 10 and achieve quick assembly.

Compared with the prior art, the full-sponge compressible sofa provided by the present disclosure is combined together through the sponge sofa seat 20 and the sponge mounting seat 10, the base 11 of the sponge mounting seat 10 is symmetrically provided thereon with the two armrests 12, each armrest 12 includes the armrest main body 121 and the limiting flange 122 provided on one side of the armrest main body 121. Each sponge sofa seat 20 includes the seat cushion 21 and the backrest 22 provided on one end of the seat cushion 21. When the sponge sofa seat 20 is mounted on the sponge mounting seat 10, the limiting flange 122 of each armrest 12 abuts against the seat cushion 21 of one sponge sofa seat 20, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat 20 on the sponge mounting seat 10. Thus, the sponge sofa seat 20 and the sponge mounting seat 10 form a whole to achieve quick assembly between the sponge sofa seat 20 and the sponge mounting seat 10. The full-sponge compressible sofa is convenient to mount, and can be assembled or disassembled according to requirements, thereby bringing great convenience to the transportation and carrying work of the sofa.

1. A full-sponge compressible sofa, wherein the full-sponge compressible sofa comprises a sponge mounting seat and at least one sponge sofa seat provided on the sponge mounting seat, the sponge mounting seat comprises a base and two armrests symmetrically arranged on the base, each armrest comprises an armrest main body and a limiting flange provided on one side of the armrest main body, each sponge sofa seat comprises a seat cushion and a backrest provided on one end of the seat cushion, the side of either one of the armrests provided with the limiting flange faces the other armrest; when the sponge sofa seat is mounted on the sponge mounting seat, the limiting flange of each armrest abuts against the seat cushion of one sponge sofa seat, so as to limit the position of the sponge sofa seat on the sponge mounting seat.

2. The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 1, wherein the base and the armrests are integrally formed.

3. The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 1, wherein the base comprises two base main bodies, the two armrests are respectively arranged on the two base main bodies.

The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 1, wherein in an extension direction of the armrest main body, a length of the limiting flange is less than a length of the armrest main body, and an end head of one end of the limiting flange is flush with an end head of one end of the armrest main body.

5. The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 1, wherein a sidewall of a side of the backrest facing the seat cushion is arranged obliquely, and an included angle between the seat cushion and the backrest is an obtuse angle.

6. The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 1, wherein an interval distance between the two armrest main bodies is equal to integer multiple of a length of the seat cushion.

7. The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 1, wherein the sponge mounting seat further comprises at least one mounting protrusion provided at a side of the base facing the sponge sofa seat.

The full-sponge compressible sofa according to claim 7, wherein each sponge sofa seat further comprises a mounting groove provided at a side of the seat cushion facing the sponge mounting seat, the mounting groove and the mounting protrusion correspond to each other, and between the mounting groove and the mounting protrusion there is interference fit.
